I ordered the gf chicken shawarma pizza and Greek salad. The feta on the salad was definitely the most cost effective they could find. The dressing was not like the Greek dressing I am used to. The pizza was not good. I was hungry and forced myself to finish a piece of it. Also, when I called to place the order, the guy (maybe accidentally?) hung up on me twice. I don t leave a ton of reviews, but we should have gotten food from the hotel restaurant instead.

The owner was friendly then all of a sudden switched up and became very rude even tried to charge my friend 4$ saying that she even gave extra change he gave her 5$ for a pop she gave him back a 1.3$. Extremely uncomfortable environment. Also, over priced just overall not a good experience. pizza was not cooked properly. I hope they could figure this out and do reassessments to the place and get things checked out and fixed. Wish you the best of luck in the future!!

Had a problem with my order but I was busy so it slipped from my mind. Manager said to come same day or next day and cant do anything. Ordered late night here for convenience. Id rather get delivery next time. I only knew the drink was bad after taking a sip and then i checked expiry date. Im not in the habit of checking expiry dates when i buy from restaurants. Ill start doing that from now. Also I dont care about the $3 or $4. That wasnt what bothered me. Its the way you guys handled the issue. Kindly be polite to your customers. Thank you

Great pizza shop with a wide variety of toppings and cheeses such as paneer cheese and tandoori chicken. Meats and veggies were fresh and flavourful and the fact you can get extra thin crust (not just thin) is amazing.

Decided to check this place out on uber eats. Love the taste of the sauce, dough and cheese. It could be a 5 star but super light in the toppings. Most places have double or triple the toppings without having to double up. Id order again but just get cheese.

A rude employee, especially the one who wears glasses. You must be nice in talking to anyone before you become an employee .

Also, the Man with glasses who works here always allows for such a warm experience and delivers great, meaningful conversation. He makes my day. I can never understand if I come back for the food or service because both are so good! I wish i can give more than 5 stars. Highly recommended!!!

I ordered a Tandoori Paneer Pizza with butter chicken base and other Toppings. It was delicious and the cashier- big guy(dont know his name) was super nice. I was just visiting Niagara . If i ever come to this side, ill buy the same pizza again.

Ordered xl pizza, paid 36$ + 4$tip. Asked the employees if I can use the washroom? They put the employees only sticker bought from the Dollar store on the washroom s door. I asked them if they have keys they said we don t have the keys like how they use it during their whole shift? There was no hand sanitizer station either. The employees there do not want to be bothered for anything. I asked them if they have oregano she said the bottle is empty . Okay? If it is empty then fill it up. Not only that I asked them if they have take out bag for pizza slices they said they don t lmao. This was my first ever visit to this place and I will never be coming here again. Worst service ever. The employees were touching everywhere like cellphones, counters etc and also not wearing gloves and making pizzas with the same dirty hands. Bad sanitation. I recommend others to don t visit this place ever. Edited: It s funny how the owner of this place is always saying yes sir this will never happen again to Caucasian people (assuming by their name) but always blaming the people of colour for any bad reviews. It was pretty late at night and pizza depot was closing, I came in wanting a pizza slice, but hey didn t have any so they he said he will make me. I told him to take his time. When I got my pizza it look like boxed pizza, that they warmed up. (But they didn t I saw them). It just didn t taste or look like pizza depot from Brampton.

Midnight or day time Pizza Depot Thorold at 3510, Schmon parkway has truly won my and lots of students heart with their outstanding pizza quality and the unforgettable experience. They make always fresh Pizza for everyone. We ordered 6 party Pizzas and 4 Medium pizza , they all were excellent made with perfection. The staff is very very helpful and all the pizzas are super yummy and affordable. They also have combo offers which are great for university students like me. Late night around 2am order also taste the same. The store manager never compromise with quality of food. Best Pizza at Thorold location. Highly recommended!!Exceptional customer service and cleanliness. Must try.

Ordered a Medium Pizza, lightly done and 10 breaded wings. Pizza was burnt, top part of the crust was burn and the bottom was burnt. Complete opposite of what I asked for. Wings, no sauce on them - ordered the points flavour, and there was next to nothing on it? Just a bit of hot sauce. I ve ordered from here before and this JUST became my go to pizza place, unfortunately not anymore. Hope you guys fix this issue, maybe we ll try again in the future.

This place is new and I ve already tried them 4 times. I must say their pizza s that I ve tried were great!! But today I tried the burger combo and I absolutely did not like the chicken. It doesn t taste like a real chicken pattie. I don t know what it was but I gave a 4 stars because I really did enjoy the pizza. Would not get a burger from them again though.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. my friend was photographed against her consent while being in bar clothes. As this is acceptable for employees to do? When i spoke to the manager about this issue he just said i will speak to the staff! In my personal opinion this is not enough to do to such major issue. We have called him multiple times he keeps promising to look at the cameras but has not done so nor let us know. Disrespectful and disgusting. do not go here if you want to feel safe.
