Very unprofessional for delivery to a apartment building, when you order a pizza for delivery to your apartment and you have to go down to the parking lot to get your pizza from the delivery driver because he wont bring it to your door.

I loved the deals of this restaurant and also the pizza I ordered was very delicious and staff working here was also very nice. I recommend everyone to visit this restaurant once.

0 STARS. The new owner of this restaurant needs to talk to the employees. There s NEVER any SLICES. I don t want to purchase a whole pizza I want a slice. Get it together . All the reviews are 1 star, clearly something is wrong at this restaurant.

If I could give negative star I would. Dont order from this company. If you get sick off their food they will refuse to give you a refund for the money you spent on their food that made you sick. Its something they dont offer and yes thats a direct quote from them themselves.

I ordered pesto Mediterranean Stromboli at 10:57 p.m. and was specially given instructions to call me or knock on the door before delivery because of wild animals around my house. The delivery came after 40 minutes, and the driver did not knock or call. When I received the order, it was damaged. And I call the store again, and they assure me of the replacement. But now that it s been one hour since I reordered the food, the driver still has not come. I called customer care to cancel the order; they said they couldn t refund my money, because it s company policy and they tried to call the store, but they didn t pick up their call either. Pathetic service and policies of Pizza Pizza. I will not ever order from them again.

Once again, Ive had great pizzas and horrible pizzas here. Sometimes I think it depends on the crew. The deep fried foods have gotten more pricey and poorer quality at this location. My comparison would be from the Fort Erie one which made excellent deep fried goods. P.s. This is my customer feedback

Its pizza pizza and always tastes like pizza pizza, no love or care involved in this stuff. Have you never had pizza pizza its like little ceasers but takes a bit longer. Stopped in for a quick pizza (15mins) place was so gross every table was dirty, bathroom was disgusting. Got pizza home it wasnt cooked long enough.

We picked up pizza tonight around 7:30 pm, the guy who made it WOW you really know how to make a pizza, So delicious Best I had this year!!

Would give 0 if possible! They gave us burnt ,very thick crust and less toppings pizza on takeaway! Upon complaining we received a call from the store manager ( or maybe the person who made my pizza stating he s the manager ) literally saying why did we complain! And blamed that we were asking for free money by complaining. Like what the hell ! It s our hard - earned money that we spent in return of good pizza ! Why would they expect me not to complain when they didn t got their job ryt ? It s really pathetic and unacceptable to talk to customers that way! This should be seen and corrected! Maybe train staff properly on being sensible .

This store is absolutely the worst. We ordered delivery and was called to say they couldn t deliver. Then was about to leave and the order shows up. The food is insanely dry, overcooked. The panzo was supposed to be double pepperoni and extra cheese. It came as just normal. The Stromboli was completely burnt. Stay far far away from this store

We ordered cheesy crust pizza which was not up to the standard that one would expect. It was over cooked from one side and pineapple which should ve been on one side was on a couple slices only.

This is the best pizza I have ever had from PIZZA PIZZA. I ordered online & had some specific instructions & they followed them perfectly. Usually when I order from PIZZA PIZZA and ask for well done, it never is. The location on Portage in Niagara Falls never got this right.

I was truly disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Pizza Store. Not only was my pizza delivered late, but it also arrived cold. Moreover, I found it highly inappropriate that the payment machine was prompting for a tip, especially given the subpar service. Expectations were not met and I believe they need to reconsider their service standards.

Went at around 10pm and thought I was going to be able to buy a pie because they close at 2am, but when I go to order the worker says that they don t make pizza at this hour. When I asked him about it he looked like he didn t know what to say, and ends up saying they stop making pizzas in the evening. Does this make any sense? It s a pizza place. It s very obvious that they just didn t want to make more pizza. I understand if I would ve went 10 minutes before they closed but this was an entire 4 hours before closing. The staff is obviously lazy. Not to mention when I got back in my car one of the workers came out with an entire pizza pie and got into his car. Apparently they only make pizzas for themselves. Whoever owns this place needs to look into this because these workers are making you lose money.

Can the owner please look into the cleanliness of this place. I wont review anything else until the place meets cleanlinest standards. If this is the condition of where the public accesses, it leaves me to think about the spaces we cant access. Floor, tables, chairs dirty. Hire an additional worker if necessary.

This pizza pizza does not stand up to its brand. Order last night online, added Parmesan cheese( for an extra charge of course) and they didn t put the regular cheese on the pizza. When called to let them know, they blamed it on the way I ordered. I did not ask for the cheese to be taken off, I did ask for Parmesan to be added. I hate that this is one of the 3 food options in Thorold after 10pm. Pizza pizza should be checking on their brand as this franchise doesn t seem to care. Never order from them. Go to dominos on hartzel if you can t find a mom and pop shop open.

Once again pizza pizza fails. I placed an order over the phone, since they made a mistake last time I used credit. They made a mistake again. I ordered pickles not knowing they are being discontinued. When my food arrived i was missing the pickles. So i call pizza pizza since you cant call the store anymore.... And inform them of this error, they then tell me they tried to call me. i didnt receive any call? I then need to argue with them for a refund because they called me. after i escalated and went to the supervisor. they said that they would check the call logs to check. she returned and said its taking to long that she will replace the 7 dollars of credit Dont order from pizza pizza in Thorold unless your excited for bad food. I dont know what to say today. I was there on new year to grab five pizzas. They ask us to wait about 20-25 min. No issue with their service. All good. One incident i want to describe that make you feel ashamed. I had some friends as my sisters with me too. Who wants to use washroom. I used washroom already. when my sisters turn comes up. That guy was become aggressive on us. He said it is closing time. Please leave this place right now. I requested him, my sisters are with us. She cant use washroom anywhere else in this night time. It is an emergency. He refused and shout on us. He literally said you guys are enjoying the new year and i am working, why should i help. I am not gonna allow anyone after that!. Even, we were already inside the store and our pizzas were not ready yet. His voice was still loud on us. I was thinking to call cops. But my family were with me. I didnt wanted to waste my precious time. Good part is, two girls employees named shamma and veerpal were observing everything. They ask me to get my sisters inside to use washroom with gratitude and apology on his basis. But that guy still didnt left his useless attitude and he left the counter. I dont know the name of that guy. But i hope you guys know your employees better than me and you will find it. So, the border line is atleast teach a lesson to that guy that humanity is thing which should be exist in the behavior. And avoid these cheap things in future. He was literally trying to harassing my sisters. Never gonna come here again. Once again big salute to shamma and veerpal

Ordered a veggie pizza truly disappointed and disgusted by their customer service. Contacted the manager at the location; absolutely disrespectful and disgusting attitude towards customers; during the call I sent him the pic of the pizza on the number he sent; he responded this is our BEST pizza and regular cheese; been working here for a long time and know what a great pizza looks like; veggies look great; and that I will have to pay xtra if I want more cheese . Well this is by far the WORST pizza I have had in years! Cheese missing in between the entire pizza; veggies just thrown in one spot dough tasted raw!! HORRIBLE presentation and taste!! Will never order from this location!

My personal favourite here is half moon cheesy garlic bread with thick base and extra cheese!!

This was the worst pizza Ive had in my entire life. Day old, dry, rude customer service once I informed the person behind the counter of the issue. They say they are the #1 pizza place in Ontario, that couldnt be further from the truth.

I waited 2 years to be back in Canada and all Ive been screaming about this whole pandemic was wanting fried pickles and a Caesar salad from pizza pizza lol. Finally get here, Caesar salad on the menu. They dont serve it here apparently. We ordered pickles and two panzerottis. We get our food, the pickles are soggy and we asked for plastic silverware and napkins. They dont have either. Just take it home and eat! Well we cant, we live in another country and you cant take prepared food across the border. Waste of 30 bucks.

This is the worst pizza place to order from. I ordered a pizza with green pepper and pineapple all on it and half chicken and half pepperoni well done got a pizza that was barely cooked that got a replacement pizza with just cheese on it and then when called for the third time was told that they said told the right pizza and there was nothing I could do about it. Offered to give back both of the pizzas and take pictures to prove I was not lying and got nowhere

I ordered a pizza online, when I went to pick up the pizza wasn t cooked at all so I asked to re-done. Employees was arguing with me saying its cooked, hard white crust and employee telling this is the standard. So you are now trying to slander my name in the region by making false accusations with no proof. And calling me to bully me into not complaining about 2 pizzas that could potentially make me very ill. That driver should be fired.. and the general manager needs lessons in PR ..People relashions ..oh and Ive been waiting for you guys to call me back with an email for me to forward you the security footage... go figure no one called back after i said i have it all recorded.. and your driver attempted to run me over!

Ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday November 6 for my grandchildren s birthday. If I could give this a zero I would. The crusts were paper thin, it was less than normal sauce and toppings and it looked like a five year old cut it. We had to pull it apart. I was embarrassed to give it to them but pizza was the plan. Almost thirty dollars wasted. So very disappointed.

Terrible pizza. Not cooked. It was raw and disgusting. This is not the first time. When I brought it back I was told I should have checked it before I left. Cant the person that cooked the pizza and cut it tell that it was raw. Unreal. Never again will I order pizza from here.

Ordered 2 pizzas tonight, one came fresh and cooked, the other was plainly obvious it was taken from the hot table, had toppings thrown on it and put in a box to avoid throwing it out, the cheese and crust were cold and hard, and the toppings raw. Disgusting, i would never expect a restaurant to be this lazy.
