I visited subway on Thursday evening. Chicken Teriyaki Sub was really good . Harman and Sukhman were working there . I also tried footlong cookie as they suggested me and it s really yummy.

I had tried 3 other Subway locations for the rice bowls, all 3 locations were a disappointment, rice bowls half full. Once trying the Lundys Lane location in Thorold, I havent gone to another location since. I order through the app, rice bowls are always full, fresh and ready when I stop to pick-up. The other meals I have ordered at this location have been well prepared, fresh and delicious as well.

First time at this subway, Sukhman and a trainee was there serving me with excellent patience while i waited on the phone with my girlfriend as she decided what she wanted to eat. I think i am going to make this my regular spot now.

Friendly staff, lots of parking, busy spot for workers. Limited indoor seating. Seasonal outdoor patio. Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies for a veggie sub. They have bowls with alternate protein. Dietary restrictions: Good salad options for those on dietary restrictions Parking: Location is attached to an esso truck stop so there s a little bit of paved parking and a large dirt parking lot

Vegetarian options: Staff is very friendly and provide hygienic and super delicious food with a smile

Driest subs ever ordered... excuse was maybe it was lesss....NO definitely asked for extra... 2 olives ...3 cucumbers next to no sauce...ordered the chicken bacon ranch bacon was half a strip...called an the way of their making this right was so so Sorry...will never order again

I use this location multiple times a week, sometimes for Breakfast sandwich and lunch in the same day. Raman and Navdeep are excellent, they also have a new employee who is great as well. They are very polite and courteous. I dont even have to tell them what I want as they remember my lunch and breakfast order (always the same). Definitely recommend this location.

Hated my experience here, the service was not good, the workers didn t know how to work the register properly, they obviously need more training and the line was long because they didn t know how to work well. The food was okay but they are not trained well.

Stopped in for a quick bite. Young lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. Plenty of toppings, and everything was fresh. Shop is inside a gas station. Hand sanitizer is laid out for customers to use. Will definitely come back to this restaurant if Im in town. Well done!

I visit this Subway several times a month; the entire staff is great; today I was served by Raman, a regular sub chef; always attentive to orders and prepares the food well. And kudos to the manager D.K. for running such a tight ship! Efficiency, quality and more!

I choose this subway over most.. .not only is it convenient in for those living in thorold south , it is clean, the food is always fresh and they load me up with olives and pickles . The staff is always welcoming and time efficient which for those grabbing and going its a blessing! I am actually on my way there soon

A healthier choice for lunch, a smaller kiosk version with a large variety store and gas. Gas is usually cheaper across the street fyi Subway now has wraps on spinach and sun dried tomato wraps. Mmmmm and their soups are good too.

One of the the best subways in the niagara region ! Everything is always fresh and tastes great. Employees are nice and fast making sure my sub is exactly how I like it. The owners are also amazing . They remember you by name and always take time to ask how you are. This location is out of my way, but i dont mind taking the extra time because the quality food and service is worth it !
