We always enjoy Boston Pizza despite the fact it is not in Boston! We wish it were, however! Food, service, and atmosphere are good and quite acceptable. You can, of course, select other places for more fine experience and food items.
Fantastic service here. We stopped here for dinner and the waitress was great. We had our order in within a few minutes of being seated. She was on top of refills and accommodating anything we needed. I would recommend others to check out the lounge dining here.
My wife is gluten-free and tried the cauliflower crust pizza. It was okay but only tepid in temperature. I ordered the chicken parm. The server paid no attention to us. She did not check back after a few bites, did not offer extra parm cheese, and did not refill our drinks. We only saw her at the end with the bill. She still got a 15% tip but likely deserved much less.
Patio is really good for drinks during summer! I would totally recommend the fishbowls however this rocket drink came with 90% of ice. Servers don’t pay attention to patio customers, they knew we were sitting there because we came through the main entrance and then went to patio yet we waited for 15mins until the server came to take our order!! Everything is bit pricey but overall good vibes!
Here today server said they don't have regular BBQ sauce when I know most places have regular BBQ sauce for the ppl that can't have alcohol. also my son made a mess of spilling water we told her and she didn't even bring something to clean it up. Jackie was less than stellar and kind of had a condescending tone when I asked for a jug of water it was not a pleasant experience. The other time I have bee. There have been wonderful. But the food is always delicious.
Ordered a Boston brute with cactus 🌵 cut fries. The app stated @45-60min wait…it was at my door in 25mins! The brute was so big they had to add an extra container bc there was no room in the sandwich 🥪 container. The Brute is my go to and now so is Arthur Street location
This location was very clean and great friendly service. I would give it a 5 but honestly boston pizza is making all their food too peppery ruining a lot of it. Bandera bread was amazing though.
Delivered the wrong item! I was told when it was delivered that they don't deliver to this hotel and to not order for delivery here again. Meanwhile I gave the address and distance to the person who took my order. Update: I was in contact with a manager who offered to make it right, so I visited this location a second time 1 week later, for take out. The order was correct. However, the item was not as described/pictured on the BP menu. I ordered the grilled pineapple, beet and goat cheese salad, which was missing the slivered almonds, and was made with canned pineapple instead of grilled pineapple as advertised. It also had spinach in it which was not described on the menu. All in all, the effort to make it right was appreciated; I just would like to see the menu items created as described and pictured on the BP Menu, which may be a result of ingredient shortages or lack of staff training. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.

I went last night to celebrate my upcoming 60th birthday. We were on the bar side. The food was delicious. I have always had the best food there. Our experience with our waitress Charli, ( I hope I spelt that correctly) was the best I have ever had. She went above and beyond ( she did not know it was for a celebration until the bill was paid). She deserves to be acknowledged for her great customer service ( I really hope that she does). Had always had a great meal there but her service last night made it such a special evening.

Took my son for dinner for his birthday. For $80 for the 2 of us. 2 apps and 2 meals. Waters to drink. My appetizer was cold for half of it. The deep fried ravs. Honey chicken sandwich really had no taste. My son had Bandera bread and Mac and cheese. Although they discounted my appetizer for being cold. But for $80 and a super bland dinner. Service was alright. It was very quiet in the restaurant at the time. Maybe 4 tables. I dont think I will be back.

Went for supper with kids, overall good experience. Got the Shrimp tacos, Honey Garlic wings and Perogy pizza. Kid-friendliness: Brought a toddler and a teen. Gets a bit overstimulated for my toddler but it was a busy night. Still a good place to bring children to eat.

Was told 45m wait time when I called. Ordered an individual Boston Royal. Asked again if that would still be 45m and was told yes. Showed up exactly on time and received pizza that tasted like it was sitting in the warmer for 20m which is what I was trying to avoid. Cheese was completely solidified already. I only live around the corner. Train your staff better.
just had one of the most disappointing, over priced pizza in my life... why is a medium pizza over $25? absurd, Boston pizza you are not steakhouse quality, why have steakhouse prices.

Fantastic dining experience in the Sports bar. Charli was an incredible server with a fantastic sense of humour and sense of caring. Will definitely go back. And oh yeah, the food was great too. Love the gluten free options and quality of food.

Great food and service. Very family friendly. Its the best place in town to bring kids for dinner. Kid-friendliness: Kids can be a bit loud and silly in BP without drawing much attention since its already a loud place. Great options for picky kids and special drinks and desserts that they love.

Very generic. Pizza is normally quite good but expensive. However the last several times we have been there the pizza has not been very good... And still very expensive. A bad combo. Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals.

The server is complaining about tip and I clarified why I didn t gave them the tip but even she is arguing and she is not satisfied with my clarification and i felt shame why they are doing so and its not a good thing to ask customer for tip. First ever experience

Very bad experience last night . Ordered dinner and some drinks go to pay and the server Carly f. Told us to tip her cause she pays ten bucks for the table we were dinning at. I was gonna tip her but not after that experience. Afterwards she kept giving me and my family dirty looks. We attend this bp regularly but not after last nights experience.

We stop in after the show to have something to eat. I was not that hungry, so I just ordered a bowl of French onion soup and a tea. My friend ordered a meal and a coffee. The server was nice and polite, but he brought the food no flatware, no napkins. We had to go in the kitchen to ask for it. I got a spoon for my tea and thought he would bring me a spoon for my soup, but no, and no napkins. The soup was okay, but not very much cheese on it. It was a quiet night, not many people in the restaurant. The place was clean and all the staff were very nice.

(Arthur St) Went Saturday evening with a party of 5. A tiny wait to be seated. Communicative staff. Our server was fast, and very friendly! The bar staff replenished the drinks was also playful friendly. Food was perfect! Portions were amazing too. Great job guys! Vegetarian options: We specifically chose this place because there was a lot of options for a person in our party who was vegetarian. They seemed very pleased with their meal
First time to return to BP after a terrible experience a couple years ago, was actually delightful and appetizing. Some what diassapointed by the narrowed menu but everything was top notch, including our service ( Thanks Jakie )
Nothing special food is OK. The one thing that stood out was the service she was awesome. Made sure she received a great tip. Other than that the atmosphere was ok and they need to work on the menu the food is barely acceptable. Didnt surprise me.
Hospitality like no other establishment! Kudos to the staff and regular patrons who welcomed us after we flew in from Toronto with little certainly about our accommodations due to the poor health of our family member. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and even found someone with an AirBnB in case we were unable to stay with family. Thank you!!
Food was alright. Drinks were good. Service guy was nice, but was distracted/flirting with some waitresses in the back so we were waiting à while (even tried to get his attention) for our bill. Parking: Parking lot is messy, and not organized well.

This has been one of my familys go to when it comes to getting together for a lunch or something abit more like a bday . This visit we celebrated my husbands and my fathers bday and we all very much enjoyed our entres and even with all 5 of us leaving stuffed with doggie bag it was still only a bit over 100!! I love the Boston Royale pizza but havent had anything I didnt like and musta tried everything over the years numerous times . I like their pizza dough and how its soft but still really crispy and their sauce is amazing with a perfect touch of heat Kid-friendliness: My kid loved the atmosphere as we now live a few hours out of town and dont get to frequent restaurants often he thought it was a fun and upbeat place .
The server Ashly was very rude. she was treating us very badly and didn t pay proper attention to us.This is not first experience with her.Very bad.
I went to Boston pizza to celeb my friends wedding anniversary and I ordered a burger with no lettuce and less tomato but I got the dish with all the veggies on it, when I said that to the server Ashley that I ordered with no lettuce n less tomato she told me rudely just pick it off this is not the way to serve people .

My friends and I reservations for 10 pm on December 15th 2023 at the Boston pizza on Arthur street and we had an amazing time. We all ordered appetizers which were all very good, i had gotten myself Thai Chicken bites, Spicy Onion rings, a glass of wine and worms and dirt for dessert. I had never had the Thai chicken bites or Spicy Onion rings before but it was worth while to try and would order again. I was also very happy that they still had worms and dirt as I havent had that since I was a child and it was a nice treat to have again. As well everything was reasonably priced with my order being under $50 before tipping. Our server Jackie K was very helpful, polite, cheerful and on-top of serving as we didnt have to even ask for refills on our drinks as our server would bring us new ones after she saw our glasses were empty and making sure our overall time was enjoyable. Our server made our night even better as normally I dont like going out due to some servers not being the kindest however all the staff especially our server were very pleasant and made the experience even better as great servers always make a difference when it comes dining out. Definitely would recommend coming here for a casual night with friends, or for a nice dinner, semi casual ambiance, amazing staff, and flavourful food. Kid-friendliness: Welcoming environment for kids, Ive enjoyed coming here since I was a kid myself
Just an amazing restaurant! Food, staff and environment/ atmosphere are all top notch. If you get a chance order the Royal Hawaiian pizza and Ceasar salad. You wont be disappointed!

Food was excellent. Server fantastic. Nice atmosphere in the sports bar section where we met for lunch. Only downside was a man drinking beer at a table by the window behind us sneezed coughed hard sending his beer all over us . Didnt come over to apologize or by a round of beverages for us . Our waitress replaced our beverages . I will go back again.

So so bad! The absolute worst dining experience food was cold and there was a fly baked into the pizza. We sent it back and they offered us a burnt pizza. Rude waitress that didn t even have well kept hair or dress. We refused to pay for the pizza and will not be back! ! Do better! Will never be back actually.

Atmosphere...welcoming. I dont remember our server name but she was engaging and funny. She worked Saturday 10/1/22 night,caucasian with black trimmed glasses and made me a very tasty cosmo. We started with honey garlic wings, flavorful. I had a thai chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. It was goooood and crunchy...YUM. My fiancée had the ribeye meatloaf. Food tasty. Staff friendly.Worth the stop.
The food is great Id still go back there just for the food, but may be more inclined to do a take away, the servers.... Well I think they are really burnt out and tend to be inattentive. Had to wait a while to have them come to the table for assistance and when we wanted to leave we had to wait on the bill for quite a while. Just my opinion that I really did not want to tip them after that but I did anyway.

This is the best BP in town. I have nothing to say other than they are doing a great job. Thank you. Kid-friendliness: Soon as i walk in, they see my kid and set him up with drawing paper and crayons.
Dietary restrictions: Inside of meat ball temperature feels like 20 C degrees ,after complained re-send another threes, tried one , inside temperature still not enough warm feels 30-40c , spaghetti meat balls pasta very disappointed in this location, the memorial location much better experience than Arthur, the management should improve their jobs
Terrible service they told me I have to leave at 7:30 and I got here at 5:30 I we had to leave and gave us a coupon for a free dinner never coming here again

Today me And my friends went to Boston s at the bar side and they asked us to sit and later asked for the ID to order drinks. One of my friend said he will get his ID in 5 min but instead she was so rude and asked him to leave in a very unprofessional way. This is not how you should deal with someone who come for a dine in.
Food was really amazing but the bartender was very rude to us.
Pizza was good. Could not get thin crust. Only offer regular crust. Crust too thick and doughie. Will not go back until they offer a choice of crust.
Loved it. The staff and servers are great. The food is delicious and seems to be good portions. The tables are cleaned and everyone wears masks. Better watch out there might be lineups. Parking is plentiful out back. I would recommend.

We usually eat at BP about once every 2 months (various locations throughout Ontario). We always get the classic nachos. 3 years ago, while traveling through TB, we stopped at this location. I recall commenting to our waitress that the nachos were the best we ever had. This evening, we got take-out. And they did not dissapoint. Even better than the last time. WAY TO GO TB BP !! Simply amazing
