Honestly didnt live up to what everyone had been saying about the place. Service wasnt great - watched a few people come in after waiting for more than 15 minutes to be told wait for another 7 because its still in the oven (but they had actually forgotten to put the pizzas in the oven). At the end of it all there wasnt a garbage bin to throw out my empty pizza box, and judging my the look of the fellow I gave it to it was not okay?

Debit machine wasnt working so I could not place my order. Come home to find out the debit machine actually did charge me after all. Went back and not only did I not get a refund I didnt get any food. So Im out 25$ and they lost a life time customer over it. Saying they dont have the money on their end as they stand and stare at a screen less cash register.....how do you even know you didnt get my money? Because my bank statement sure says you have it? Next time issue refund and you wont lose a life time customer who lives just down the road over 25$. Now I have to wait a week for the bank to refund me....

I swear the sauce was rotten the pizza tasted fowl and it left a stench in my cabin I rented I really hope for this business this was just a bad day and they forgot to switch out the tomato sauce for the pizza 0/10 .btw I have 2 growing boys here and they couldn t get past 1 piece 2 large pizzas for 55$ down the tube

A few years ago I had good experiences with Franki s. The pizza was decent and the service was friendly. That has not been the case over the last year. One time I ordered a pizza for pick up and I was given the time that it would be ready, but when I arrived they had no record of my order and therefore no pizza had been made. With a strict time schedule and family waiting at home, this was a big deal. Most recently, when I tried to order, no one answered my call. I called several times. Confirming that I had used the correct number each time. I like to support local businesses over national chains, but it will no longer be Franki s.

Not sure if it s only me but I ve had the pep slice from the counter, I think it s Brooklyn style, and both times they just killed my stomach. Had 1 today to see if it ll happen again and yup stuck on toilet.

My favourite pizza place in town, they have the bet panzerottis. They always have great service. Went there again tonight to grab dinner and the young man behind thr counter was amazingly kind, polite and fast. ****Super sad edit**** we havent been to Frankis since February of 2022 because of poor customer service from Sebastian. I see my review reaches a lot of people and the spirit is still there but I refuse to go there anymore. In Feb of 2022 I called in our usual order. Went to pick it up and there was an issue, Sebastian told me I ordered a pizza and not a panzerotti. We only ordered panzis but ok I didnt have time to wait the 15 mins for a new one. So I asked formy money back. Sebastian felt it was necessary to explain to me that I ordered wrong, fixated on it. I didnt care I needed my refund so I can go grab something for all these kids before their event. Sebastian continued to tell me I ordered wrong. I was trying to explain it didnt matter I just needed the refund I was now going to be late. Sebastian then tells me hes not giving me my money back. Super cute. Other people come in and he starts acting like Im out of control. It was a real shame. Im sure they dont miss my business but Ill be honest - they dont deserve the benefit of my great review. Sorry Franki.

Visited Frankis for the first time today. Everyone was friendly and polite, and our pizza was out in what seemed like no time. The pizza was fresh and delicious. Chain restaurants cant touch the taste and quality of a freshly made pizza. I will definitely be returning on my next trip into town.

Food was great, a cute little Pizzeria with friendly staff and fresh pizza we watch come out of the oven ! Staff informed us it had been opened for almost 22 years.

Great place for a stop during a days drive! Very warm welcome and staff, vegetarian option possible and pizza ready in 5 minutes! We really recommend this place if you want to eat good pizza in addition to benefiting from a great customer experience <3

Franks is awesome. Everytime I come back to town I make sure to stop by and get there walking special. Two HUGE slices of pizza and a pop for $8.00 The pizza tastes great and it seems like theres always a fresh pizza coming out of the oven. Dont pass on this place, its a must try.

It was a super clean place! The service was good and the prices were a bit high but still not exorbitant. The pizza was cut terribly, the base was basically chopped tomatoes and hot sauce. It was too acidic and the seasoning was bland. The only redeeming thing about the place is the people but the menu and the portion control needs to be at a better standard.

Been going since I was 10. Im 25 now and still brag to my friends all over the world about a large pep from franks. From delivery to pickup, Im always left with 100% customer satisfaction and great service. 10/10 will be a customer for life.

Great pizza, I bought two slices they were huge and excellent tasting. They had a good selection of by the slice for lunch and of course full menu as well.

Pizza dough was under cooked. Pizza was sliced in a hurry, some pieces massive some merely slivers. Overcharged me $2.00 too. Staff was friendly though.

Usually really good pizza. Had a few slices lately and been super dry/ not enough sauce. Needs to be fresh slices. Usually good pizza i will be trying again soon. Hopefully they start throwing out pizzas if sitting to long Lack of sauce

Unfortunately my Mother ordered a pizza and was met with someone who clearly does not like his job. She found the menu online, not their own site as it is defunct, but some other random site. This menu listed salads so of course ordering one would make sense right? Well not according to the guy taking the order, he informed her he had been there for 8 years and they have not had salads since. Well perhaps if you had a current menu on the internet people wouldnt ask for stuff you dont have, not rocket science. Also she asked for help with toppings and again she was met with the same attitude. Hey Franki s it may be a good idea to have someone on the phone taking orders who has customers service skills and can deal with all sorts of people including the elderly. Ordering a pizza shouldnt be an upsetting experience as it was for her. Nice one, you have lost a customer.

Usually we have a great pizza from Franki s, but today when we ordered extra cheese we actually got less than a regular serving of cheese. I guess they pocketed the $6 we paid for the extra cheese. Maybe they needed the money to cover their covid expenses!!!

Used to be good pizza but one of my friends who used to work their not too long ago said one of the new hires can t make the pizzas right and messes them up. Also the past few times I ve ordered from them it s been different and not cooked evenly/properly so that s why I m lowering my review. Unfortunately I think they might be going downhill and I find that very sad as they used to be my favourite pizza place. Unfortunately it isn t anymore.

Terrible, probably the worst pizza i ever had. Never delivered the Dips we ordered and charged me $75 for a medium pizza, a small pizza and 1lbs of wings, thats $35 a pizza, shocking and shameful. Absolutely terrible and would not call here again under no circumstances. Sadly im being forced to give this place 1 star and not less.

Pretty good pizza. I wish they had a larger variety of multiple pizza, however the most they have for deals are two, so it gets expensive for a large family that needs to buy four at a time.

An experience certainly not to be repeated. Very narrow external space, so much so that it prevents smooth passage between one table and another. Almost poor table service, poor food quality and excessive quantities of seasoning in both sandwiches and pizzas. I strongly advise against those who want to spend a pleasant evening in company.

Really wanted a good pizza and that is just what we got! Small restaurant the seems mostly for takeout (few tables inside). Pizza was tasty and enough for supper for 2 people, and left overs for lunch the next day. (This pizza is not as good as others when served cold after being in the fridge overnight)

Local pizza spot. Kind of small inside but, the make a killer pizza. The crust is just the right thickness and the amount of toppings is perfect! And they are delicious. The only issue I had was the oil had accumulated in the bottom of my pizza box by the time I had picked it up, and it led to one of the boxes kind of ripping open when I get home. Thankfully none of the pizza fell!

Came into town and was planning on having a panzarotti . Ordered 2 and they both were flavourless, with minimal meats. Not the Frankis I remember. I was very disappointed

The pizza is very good. You can eat on site but its limited. No glass, no utensils and paper plates. We ordered the combo with a 2L of liquor so we were a little embarrassed to drink it. They were nice enough to change it for cans.

Taste is ok, but attention to detail is not there considering how much they charge for a pizza. What I mean. Is sauce over the edge, cheese over the edge. This leads to burnt pizza while cooking. Also they dont tend to the dough that separates causing large doughy bubbles in the pizza. Basically very sloppy.

Food is good, but the sons owner does not listen to the order when people are placing it. How can you mistake a panzerotti and a pizza? Even worst, he refused to refund the tip when I had the order replaced? I geuss when I go there and he is there, I go elsewhere for my panzerotti.

Ordered two panzarottis. They were under baked, and filled with cheap toppings like canned mushrooms and cheap deli ham. The sauce that was served on the side was just unseasoned thin tomato puree. I hope thats not what they put on their pizza.

I eat a ton of pizza. Ive tried a lot of pizza. Local and chain pizza. I always come back to ordering Frankis pizza because they arent just local, but they make delish pizza at some of the best prices in town. Another local place on the south side of town charges something like $4.25 for a single slice of pizza. For almost that same price, $6 all in you get 2 giant slices and a pop at Frankis! My favourite pizza in town!

best pizza in town. its fresh always hot and homemade. the owner is very nice and always on site ensuring first class quality on everything he puts out. If your not happy he will fix it. My kids love it; they also eat it every Friday at school. Way better then the nationals down the street. Thunder DAD
