Great food and first rate interaction with our server, Jess, who was friendly, funny, and checked in on us just right. Started onion rings, and I had the Cowboy burger with a side poutine, and my wife had the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper strips--both meals were delicious and generously portioned. Others in our party had the 9 oz sirloin, dry ribs, and another Cowboy burger. Everyone enjoyed their meals. We left feeling full and very pleased. Definitely would go back, anytime.
Server was so friendly. Wish I could remember her name. Food was excellent. Hot wings were the breaded type. Not my favorite, but they were very crunchy so I liked that. Blue cheese dip was too mild. Every one at our table really liked their food.
I ordered the Shepards pie for delivery and it was the most memorable shepards pie I've ever had.... and I don't mean that in a tasty way. It was plain ground beef, veggies and 10 lbs of mashed potatoes. 100% unseasoned. It took a few bites to find the ground beef and veggies; it's mainly mashed potatoe pie. It was very disappointing and comical to have had a meal like this. My mother took a couple bites and she only forked out mashed potatoe. The service was great. I'm not sure how the atmosphere is, I'd only assume its family-friendly, so I am giving it 5* based on my assumption. Overall, this restaurant wouldn't be a top place I'd recommend to anyone.
I have to be honest with a middle of the road rating. I don't think I've ever had a meal here that I could classify as great. It's not terrible, either. It's just okay. My last few visits, though, I left feeling like I could have had a better meal if I whipped something up at home. My most recent experience was a burger that was dry enough that it fell apart when i bit into it. The french onion soup tasted like it came from a can and was microwaved. Nothing was awful per se, but none of it was good either. The servers are generally very pleasant. Our server apologized when we discussed how the food was for us. She was prompt and helpful throughout. I'd say the service is definitely the bright spot here. The atmosphere is kinda... well... average. Nothing really stands out, but I don't think it's something I'd even noticed if the food was great. Overall, I can't say I would go out of my way to come back. Obviously, some people like the food as it's generally pretty full there, but I have found it underwhelming in my experiences.
It had been awhile visiting Apple Bees, but it was a great experience this evening. The staff at the door were friendly and greeted us upon arrival. We were immediately seated and menus were given, along with beverages shortly after. We placed our orders and food arrived promptly (apps within 15min and mains about 15min after). Our waitress Tina was great. Staff all seemed to enjoy working there, which makes a difference. The restaurant and bathroom were clean and appeared well stocked. Food was reasonably good for chain food. Overall, an enjoyable time out here.
The food and table server was good👌🏼. But obviously, the young girls' front servers were having some kind of attitude…. ☹️ You need more customer service training. You guys are working for the customers, remember that 😉
Food came out quick and our server makes some really great drinks. I can't remember his name but he had a few tattoos and a mustache. Great sense of humor and ensured we were looked after.
Tonight, we tried the All You Can Eat Special included are Riblets, Boneless Wings, and Double Crunch Shrimp accompanied by bottomless fries and coleslaw for $25.99. My husband had the shrimp and I the riblets for starters. You can change what you order for the next round. The 2nd round you got 4 chicken Boneless wings, you can try all the different flavours of sauces. Wonderful meal, great service.

I had the broccoli alfredo. The sauce was creamy but didnt taste like alfredo sauce, very little flavor to it.

Don t order the red skin garlic mashed potatoes. It is literally just a red potato smashed onto a plate with no flavor and no garlic. The server said they don t even make it at the restaurant, you have to complain to Applebees head office if you don t like the food. The marinara sauce that came with our mozzarella sticks was nasty and watered down. In a nutshell - overpriced, bad food, rude service.
Was very disappointing food, dont even get the Caesar salad.

Very first time at an Applebees - service was great. Good menu selection. Late lunch atmosphere was quiet.
We had a lovely lunch! Our choices were Cowboy Burger, Cheese & Bacon Burger, Rack of Ribs, Thai Salad with Cajun Shrimp. Everything was delicious and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Great job, Applebees! Well be back!

This Applebees has delicious food compared to any Ive visited in the States. Big portions, hot food thats prepared correctly. Service was great as well.
Service was not great & very slow. No idea what our servers name was as she didn t introduce herself. We weren t asked once how our food was (which was gross & not as advertised or pictured in menu.) We will not be back.
The door staff were pleasant and quick at their assigned tasks and the two waitresses that served us were so nice and very efficient. Thank you ! Oh and the food was great too !

Stop in for valentines special. Servers were excellent, arranged a table to accommodate wheel chair for our party. Server was good and polite. Food however was disappointing. Entire meal was less then warm. Broccoli was both cold and over cooked. No trace of butter. My med rare looked like liver cooked right through. Not sure what changed in kitchen but needs improvement Wheelchair accessibility: Has ground floor area for wheel chair access

Been around for awhile now and the restaurant is feeling dated. The wait staff is very nice and I have been fortunate to always have great service. Last there I got the full rack of ribs. And it was good. Not great. And it could have been better. Its great for the groups and such..Ill only go if invited and not likely to be a spot I would go as there are many other choices in town.

The food was fairly good. Filling portions at a reasonable price. The restaurant, although full of diners, was quite enough to be able to have a conversation without a cacophony of sound that requires you to compete in loudness. The service was wonderful. Our server was very busy but still was able to take care of us fully.

Our server was very attentive and we appreciated that the staff worked as a team to get our food out together and items we needed if our server was busy at the time. I got the quesadilla burger for the first time and it was delicious!! The ceaser salad was just ok. Disappointed they used boxed croutons and no bacon. I love eating here. Its always clean, the food is always fresh and tasty. Staff are always friendly and have a smile. price is good. What I would like to have would be a dessert for the childrens menu. I would recommend it 100%.

Being from out of town we didnt realize that this place closed at nine pm. We arrived at about 8:20, But did not realize to a later of the early closing time. The staff was excellent,. Some items we ordered were no longer available, The manager came over and apologized & offered substitutes and made everything right. We never once felt rushed.

Well their sign says closed Monday threw Sunday at 9pm. As u can tell by the date Im posting this. Its Saturday 8 50 pm and the doors are locked this is poor customer service. The management should change their hours of opening my family had to eat McDonalds thanks. Never coming hear again.!
Mom love the oriental salad
I went here with my son and family for a celebration of 4 birthdays. There were 7 of us. The waitress was amazing and did everything possible to make it a great supper. Steak was ordered by 4 of us, and they all came out over cooked. Sent 2 back, 2 decided to eat it the way it was cooked. The 2 came back 1 cooked c0rrect and of course one not, sent it back again and still came back under cooked now. My son left as he was very frustrated his was cooked wrong again, and it was his bday. The waitress was amazing, and again, I will state she did her best to make good out of a bad situation.
The hostess was very welcoming and the waitress, Cindy was friendly and attentive. The foods were scrumptious and flavourful and presented/served nicely. The atmosphere was somewhat casual but cozy.

I love Applebees. Whether you are going for lunch or dinner, with friends or family, Applebees has the fare for you. Excellent food with a great variety of dishes. The atmosphere is pleasant and generally busy. Big bar, big windows, big eats. Prices are reasonable and the service is always satisfying. I give Applebees a solid 4 our of 5 through and through.

Its been a really long time since we last came to Applebees and I thought we were coming here for a nice supper. Food was rushed out. Ordered Chicken Bites and they were swimming in sauce, had to use napkin to get alot of the sauce off them. Ordered 2 steaks, cook of steaks were spot on but the seasoning was almost none existent. One steak had poutine with it and cheese curds were like ice and didnt get have a chance to melt, made fries cold quickly. We also ordered Loaded Crispy Potatoes and there was so much sour cream that couldnt eat or taste anything else. When one person was done eating survey took all plates away when still picking at meal. Would have been nice to bring home left over steak home for pups. Did survey after meal and it doesnt even give you option to have them contact you to make it right. Another waste of time lol.

Pretty standard boxed foods, not that busy and not that clean. The server had cat hair all over her and the seat of the booth was broken. Other than that it was decent

A good meal at a fair price and Jessicas service was great. My family shared the buffalo burger, the cowboy burger, fish and chips and the Mexican chicken bowl. We all were very satisfied with our meals.

Had about a 20 minute wait but dinner was delicious. Lots of options, tons of parking, food was quality and our waitress was fabulous. No complaints.

Our waitress was Tina and was very friendly and efficient. Service was quick and the meals were delicious. Parking: Parking was close to the door but on a slight slope. Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door did not open when the button was pushed.
I was really expecting better. They screwed up my drink, brought the wrong soup and almost entirely forgot one of my childrens meals. The hamburgers were tasteless, the kids grilled cheese was gross, the bourbon chicken and shrimp was bland and nothing like the picture. Spent the entire time eating while holding my 7 month infant and wasnt offered a highchair once. Multiple servers helped bring the food out and not one scanned the table for areas to offer missing peices. Having worked in a restaurant in the past, my expectations are a little higher than most but I dont think this met even the bear minimum. We arent the kind of people to make a big stink in public because it just isnt worth it but I hope someone reads this and makes some serious improvements. Definitely wont be in a hurry to return.

Was out to Applebees tonight for my fathers birthday... I was shocked at how small the print is on their menu these days. If they are wanting to pull the senior crowd they might want to have menus with large print. Even I needed to use my phones camera to read the menu..

This rating is based 100% on service. Was looking for a cold beer and a snack to pass an hour in the afternoon. Found out the draught taps where broken so had a can of beer and the chicken tacos. The tacos where pretty good. (Small for the price but hit the spot) and the beer was cold. I couldnt get over however, the server Wylie was on point. She was always there when you needed her and I watched the other tables and she was always there too and leaving everyone happy and laughing everytime. I would have given this place a 3 stars but she saved the day for them.

Pricey but absolutely worth it. Oh my the food was goooood. Whatever you do, get their wings with honey garlic sauce.
The service was great and the food delicious. Ryan made a special effort to make sure our meal was perfect. And for anyone who is gluten-free: the dulce de leche carmel cheesecake is to die for! Highly recommended.
