Exceptional service by Mary-Ellen. Warm staff who takes care of all your needs, doing all they can to cater the customers, and checking the level on your coffee cup to top it up. You can definitely get a great breakfast here. The bacon is crispy, the house potatoes are fresh and crispy, the eggs done to perfection.
Our server, Jimmy, was phenomenal!! This was our first trip to Canada. He made sure we tried all things Canadian, food, the local beer, gave us recommendations on places to check out. He was incredibly friendly and helpful!! Jimmy is our favorite Canadian so far!! 😊 Thank you!
We had dinner as a group of 6 and found our server to be kind and energetic; however, the food was terrible. Every person at the table ordered something different and not one person was pleased with their meal. For example, one customer ordered a chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it appeared and tasted like it was prepared by dumping some jarred Alfredo sauce on the noodles, it was not warmed up, and topped with two or three pieces of pre-cooked chicken strips. Those who ordered sandwiches complained of flavourless meals with a side of frozen french fries. Very disappointing meal for a beautiful establishment.
Brutal service Cold food Servers have no clue what their job is. My daughter’s carrots and celery were old and dry My wife had a rubber beef dip made in garlic bread! WHAT? Server asks me how it is...I say meh...he picks up the plates and walks away. Good grief. The hotel is fine...the restaurant it terrible. Go anywhere else!

great staff, below par food ordered eggs benidict and finn pancakes everything was over cooked and tough. the eggs were over cooked and it was covered in paprika that overpowered the flavour. the finn pancakes were rock hard and when i lifted it up it wasn t flexable. maybe time for some new cooks?

The food is delicious and the portions are excellent! Got the fish and chips and caesar salad tonight and it was more then enough for the two of us and hit the spot!
