NYF is my go to place in the mall, all the poutines are gluten free and delicious I can never pick a flavour because I like every one I ve tried. Prices are pretty good and staff are friendly, when I used my free birthday fry from the rewards program they wished me happy birthday. Vegetarian options: The gravy is vegetarian so their classic poutine is also vegetarian. I have no idea if any of the bonus flavours are vegetarian Dietary restrictions: All the poutines are gluten free (as well as the hot dog itself, but not the bun), and everything is nut free as well. Parking: It s a mall parking galore, but if it s busy you may have a bit of a walk Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is located in the food court mall right near the wheelchair ramp, and the counter isn t super high so you could reach everything. If the food court is busy you may struggle finding a seat that fits a wheelchair but there s a good number of them.

Im a delivery driver. The food wasnt ready when I arrived, but new customers kept coming up to the cash and ordering the same thing I was picking up for my delivery customer. I had to wait for 5 customers to be served before they finally started making my food. Reminder: delivery drivers represent a customer who has already paid, prioritizing unpaid customers is wrong. Furthermore, delivery drivers arent paid by the hour like your employees, so youre eating into driver pay by taking too long. Train your employees to be better humans, good humans would already know that what Im saying is true, and they would work to ensure delivery drivers arent waiting for no reason.

Just took one of their poutine. Turns out its without cheese curds but american cheese instead and also without gravy sauce. Can that really be named a poutine? Plus the size was super small for its price.

Ordered two fries and a hotdog. When I got home there was no hotdog in the bag. I tried to call them, and the phone rang and rang. I had to call back three times before someone answered. I explained that they forgot my hotdog and my food will get cold if I go get another one. He offered me a poutine and then hung up on me almost immediately ,without taking a name or details. Not going back.

The store got all new staff member as I discussed with them. The service I got from newly hired staff was excellent. I got my order within minutes only. I am a vegetarian and I was not expecting any veg dishes and I asked one of the staff member they explain me the whole menu after that i got to know I have plenty of options. They customise my order according to my choice, after having the dish, I truly satisfied. They were whole new staff and I fully satisfied with the customer service. The staff there all seem so stiff, unmotivated and miserable (before, they were friendly, customer service oriented and lovely to talk to). They almost seem afraid to talk while their manager is around. Looks like theyve made some questionable decisions - I wanted to tip the staff like I used to, but the tip jar that used to be there has been taken away, apparently. No wonder the staff look like they dont want to work there. All this has been reflected in the food, customer service and atmosphere, which has been reduced down to we only care about your money.

I came at New York fries. The time mentioned in my receipt is 17:13:23, dec 20th. Me and my friend we ordered a poutine. I observed that the the cashier mentioned as manager in my receipt was being so disrespectful, unprofessional and extremely rude at her staffs in front of the customers.
