Ordered by phone. Told 15 minute wait, but took 45 min. Food received was incorrect. Trying to address this with the clerk was unhelpful - no apologies, no help, and no acknowledgment that the order was transcribed incorrectly. Never going back - extraordinarily disorganized & poor customer service.

The quality has slid but most of all the customer service is way down. Not helpful or friend. Its like you are putting them out for asking questions

Burgers and fries were delicious! And so many fries! The Veggie burger had so many tasty toppings included, like grilled onions!

Friendly staff and excellent burgers, we have independent burger places in Thunder Bay who have higher quality product for comparable price of the fast food places. Better option for sure!

Did not order much save for fries and onion rings to pick at while enjoying some conversation with a friend. The onion rings were good, albeit a bit greasy. The fries were quite good but also somewhat greasy. Ill definitely try again and enjoy more of a meal. Then Ill update this rating again!

Somehow got charged $2 more & I didn t get given a receipt. Did the math myself from the menu with tax added. Odd. Also wish they had real cheese :(

My favourite burger place in town; Id pick them over any other burger joint every time. You literally cant go wrong with any of their options.

The food makes up for the rude staff I guess. I see a lot of other reviews mentioning a particular staff member who works the drive thru and is miserable and rude. I can only assume this is the same staff member I dealt with. The reviews are consistent and date back for months so evidently the owner doesnt care. I usually order ahead via skip to avoid the long wait in the drive-thru. Once my order is ready I will go pick it up - if the drive thru is dead I will cruise through and grab my order at the window, if its busy Ill go in and grab it (reasonable). Tonight my order was ready and the drive thru was completely empty - not a single vehicle, so I tried to grab my order through the drive thru. When I asked for my order the worker simply said no. and refused to give me my order. I had to go inside and get the order. It seems like a mild inconvenience but there was no reason for this and it seemed like this person was just being petty for the sake of being petty. Was not impressed with their attitude when I went inside either.

Pretty decent burger, good bang for buck fries that are also better then any fast food fries.

Best burgers and fries in town. Great prices too. I always tell people about Outlaws because it seems like most people flock to beefcakes and burger barn, while I think Outlaws is superior to them in terms of burger and fries combo.

Went in today with my girlfriend and got ourselves a burger, chicken burger, and Cajun fries. Burger wasnt too greasy, and chicken burger was juicy and delicious. Food was 5/5 and a great price. The only thing was the front counter person was a little rude, she clearly didnt want to be there. Tipped for the cooks in the back. Would be 5/5 if it wasnt for the rude counter clerk. Around dinner time today while going through the drive through, the employee on the headset was quite quick to cut us off before we were done ordering. Was not any nicer at the window either. Upon getting the food the lid on the gravy cup was not secure and gravy went all over the bag. Despite the long wait and negative experience the food was good.

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and I was grateful to find a place where I could quickly grab a meal rather than the usual gluten-free foods available at fast food places such as fries or a plain salad. Unfortunately even with indicating I have a gluten allergy I have been sick the last two times Ive gotten food from here. I understand that cross contamination occurs sometimes however after being glutened consecutively Outlaws unfortunately is no longer a consideration when eating out. This is unfortunate as being celiac already greatly limits where and what you can eat. Its rather unfortunate as the food is amazing. Dietary restrictions: Celiac, cant eat gluten.

the lady taking our order wasn t very kind & was very pushy.. acting as if we were inconveniencing her by being there. the gravy portions are very small & the lids are faulty. the food is super good though, great homemade? gravy!

Im so torn between Outlaws and Burger Barn. I gotta give Burger Barn the edge, but by the barest of margins. The burgers at Outlaws are about as good as you can find anywhere, and the service here is decent too! Ill definitely be back to try the burger with the jalapeño cheese sauce! I think its called the Renegade?

I was lamenting that there was no Five Guys up here, when what should appear? Outlaws! I love the grease-stained, overflowing bag of hand-cut fries. I had a double-cheeseburger as well, and while the meat was not so juicy, it was satisfying and Ill definitely be coming back! (Additional star for the new pizza)

1st time visitor and last time supporter. Should have gone to 1085 memorial Ave for my burgers instead.

2nd try here, first was mediocre, this time was pretty bad. I asked for no onions, 2 times to be sure. I got lots of onions. The burger was so dry, no other toppings even though I said yes to other toppings and confirmed the second time no onions. I took the onions off, ate two bites and could hardly choke it down. The dog however loved it! Maybe just have a drive through for dogs? The poutine was ok, not great,thats why the 2 star rating. Should have drove out of my way to burger barn. Lesson learned. 20 dollar lesson

Excellent burger, but young girl at front desk very miserable. I ate in on other side and another couple were also talking about the girls poor attitude. May want to consider hiring someone who will elevate your business and not have people forget your food and only remember the poor service

This fast food restaurant was within walking distance from our hotel in Thunder Bay which was awesome as we had been driving all day and needed some exercise. The renegade burger was delicious with grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, bacon and jalapeño cheese sauce. The combo included a huge amount of fries ( done to perfection) and a soft drink. If I am traveling through again I will go back but next time my husband and I would have 1 combo and 1 burger. There are more than enough fries to share!

Solid burger place. I had the veggie burger and tried fries with Cajun and regular salt. Burger was tasty and highly customizable. Fries were on the softer side. There was no dine-in, but picnic tables outside.

BEST Burgers I have had in a while. We were just passing through on our way home and stopped in based on the reviews and they were correct! Absolutely great burger and fast service! Personally I wouldnt order fries again they werent crispy like I typically want but thats okay! The burger was worth it and filling!

Good burgers but its very uncomfortable to have to eat at Osaka Sushi. Idky they wouldnt have put the dividing wall a bit more in ctr so Outlaws could have 2 or 3 tables. Very poor design

The girls who helped us were great, helpful and kind. Our food was so good aswell. It was less money for 5 people to eat there than at McDonalds. 10/10 recommend.

I know their burger is legit but didnt expect chicken wing is dang good. Way better than KFC and any other places. Via picture you can see that they use fresh oil and chicken. Dang good....will order again for beer...cheers +that cajun fries are from combo... God dang freaking a lot

Burgers were pretty good. The grilled chicken burger was like chewing on a tire but with less taste! Maybe invest in some spices, it would help. The fries were ok if youre into the greasy, soggy paper bag fries.

My boyfriend is severely celliac and ate here after paying extra for the gluten free bun. He ended up really sick in the evening from their combo. Do not recommend eating here if you are allergic to wheat.

Very good burger and fries at an excellent price

My wife and I only discovered Outlaws this past January, the food was amazing! We couldnt wait to try the pizza and wings on our next visit to Tbay together, hopeful to dine in. Unfortunately things have changed, the world has changed and those items are no longer available. Fortunately all is not lost and we can still enjoys the best burger and fries in town!! Their Cajun fries are to die for, Ive had basically everything on their menu. They have a drive thru to! But I always go back because its a good amount of food for a fair price, 10/10 would recommend

First experience at this restaurant. My husband has diverticulitis and asked for a seedless bun. Charged $2.50 for a celiac bun. Even McDonalds give you two bottom buns for free. Nothing special about the burgers to justify a $35 lunch for two. Fries were good!

Troubles with the tills didnt slow service down. Fresh burgers and fries made the visit great. Hunger for burgers this will satisfy.

All I will say is... stop in for a burger and fries and you will probably say good bye to McDonalds, Wendys, A&W and DQ. A close second is Burger Barn. Outlaws doesnt skimp on their excellent fries. Also.. if you like a beer with your burger, youre in luck.

Tonight was the first time that we have had the food from Outlaw Burger. WOW!!! This was by far one of if not the best burgers that I have ever had! My husband loved his burger too, and my granddaughter loved her chicken fingers! Great fries too! Great food, and very reasonable prices, for the three of us less than $33.00 including tip and delivery!! We will be back!

Very disappointed! I ordered from here before and it was great. Today I ordered the grilled chicken combo and 1. Did not receive my fries 2. Did not receive any of the following toppings that I asked for onion, peppers chipotle sauce. 3. The burger is supposed to come with lettuce and tomato and there was none and 4. The topping I did recieve that I asked for was 1 jalapeno, just 1 tiny jalapeno that they put in. In short I paid almost 14 bucks for a slab of chicken on a bun and a drink. Not sure who put this together but this was absolutely ridiculous. Not going to order from here again.

Service was great. Ordered a pizza there were maybe 10 topping in total on the pizza even though i asked for extra. Would not recommend the pizza even though i put 7 topping on it. But service was great.

Oh man... These are amazing burgers and fries! They are fantastic home style fries and old-fashioned burgers. We had this for lunch and didnt need to eat supper because we were still so full. They also have a gluten free option and take precautions for celiac/allergies. Outlaws has arguably the best burger in Thunder Bay and rates in there as top 5 Ive had in my travels around Canada & US.

Great food, however when the person cooking and packaging your food is wearing his mask around his chin while putting open food into containers when a mandatory mask law is in effect, that is very concerning. Please ensure that your staff in contact with the food is masked at all times. I noted that when I left after my complaint and you remaking my food, that your employee pulled his mask back down around his chin again. Thats pretty ignorant. Its fine to make a mistake, but to blatantly do it again once it has been identified is just plain dangerous, ignorant and illegal.

Im 100 %Gluten Intolerant and asked for a Gluten free bun, which I did receive. However I noticed the guy making my burger used the same greasy gloves for my burger as he did when he made a Glutened bacon burger before mine, as his hand was still greasy from the bacon I saw him carrying. I was not happy!! I wasnt 100% sure that he did this though, so ate my burger...which later, I got sick from the cross contamination.

The topping options on their HANDMADE burgers are brilliant! Most of the toppings are no extra charge but if you really want to kick it up a notch I suggest adding avocado and bacon- the health benefits of one cancel out the guilt of the other. Today they were out of avocado so I was forced to try something new. Usually this is a problem for me, but not today! I tried their HOMEMADE buttermilk battered chicken burger and I can honestly say it was the best chicken burger I have ever eaten!!! Nothing here disappoints!
