I ordered through Uber eats pick up for my wife at 11.30 pm and disappointed with the drive thru experience .The person delivered the food at the window was so rude and no basic manners.

Tried the wing combo, way too salty. Waste of money. Even the chicken legs and thighs are salty.

I m regular here but, today I had the worst experience at all We always use to got mayo on side. With extra charge. This visit the staff has denied we have even requested with extra charge. N one has starred Rudly and said we don t provide that and al .. Worst experience on this visit

our experience here may differ from others. chicken was from the warmer, it was old. it was okay, the tenders were burnt rock solid inside. not to be racist but there was drunk natives harrassing the cashiers during our visit. there are homeless people in broad daylight soliciting the outside of popeyes and between the burrito place. other than that, our experience was good.

Not a review, but a question. Is your gravy served with mashed potatoes vegetarian? Ive looked for answers online but keep seeing different results.

Super expensive! You can get a nice dinner at a decent restaurant for that price.

My first visit here exceeded expectations! The drive-thru was incredibly fast, and the service was top-notch. Upon their recommendation, I tried the strawberry biscuit, and it was delightful. The sandwiches are substantial; I was full after just one! Feeling happy and completely satisfied.

I recently had the Big Box from Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, and it was awesome! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, the sides were delicious, and the portions were generous. Its definitely worth it!

Food was okay. Nothing amazing. The apple pie was quite bready. The fish sandwich could use more sauce. The picture also showed a different sauce, or maybe it was my mistake.

Popeyes chicken is ****in awesome! Great food, good service. The atmosphere is challenging due to drunk people frequently loitering in and outside of the building. I have personally witnessed the manager buy some loiterers chicken so they would move along. I thought that was really kind and in my opinion was a good way to professionally go about the situation. This was truly on par with high-end restaurants. I will definitely be back for the eight-piece chicken nugget. Update: No more, line ups here. Lots of people tried it, and it was busy the first month in two, but after the novelty wore off, its just like any other chicken place..... Well, a friend wanted to go and try the chicken sandwich, absolutely ridiculous prices, and it wasnt even good. I read some reviews, and someone said the chicken sandwich was a good deal at $7. We just paid $10 for the chicken sandwich...... The pickles tasted like old cucumber and made the breading soggy. Could use a little more mayo to cover up that awful flavor. I barely ate 1/4 of it and just threw it in the garbage ... and now I will definitely not go back.... Absolutely hate it when food is premade and kept under heat lamps, especially when they arent busy ..... KFC will get my business or Mary Browns next time I go for chicken.... Lineup at the drive thru wasnt too long but if you want to try the spicy chicken strips (they call them tenders but they are NOT tenders of the chicken breast - its chicken breast cut into thick strips) you will have to go early because they were out by 1 in the afternoon. I can say Ive been there and tried it, but I probably wont go back unless its because someone Im with wants to go. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but I dont understand what the big deal is because its still deep-fried chicken .... greasy ..... lots of breading , yay more to absorb grease....

Worst service imaginable

Service was ok and employees seemed tired and a little lazy the food was not the best and my chicken was not that warm and the crispness was just sog. Also the service was slow and it was dirty inside. And the chicken tasted old and not fresh at all! I am pretty disappointed and feel as if I threw my money in the garbage I dont get the hype?

Food is great always! But i never get any hello or any response whenever i greet them. I just receive debit machine to pay. It happened three times in a row that i just get a random stare from the crew.

I went today to the drive thru window .I was having a really bad day.. was late after an appointment going back to work and decided to try a chicken sandwich.. It was later in the day and I was starving. I ordered and my debit card wouldnt work.. the chip has been acting up... the person (manager I think) said dont worry about it and have a nice day... I will go pay tomorrow but It was so nice of them to let me have my lunch without being able to pay... BIG THUMBS UP... you dont know how much I appreciated the kind gesture.... will be visiting again and paying lol...thanks so very much Thunder Bay Popeyes...

We dined in on a Tuesday afternoon, not really busy but don t know why did it take them so long to prepare for the order. Food was extremely great, really fresh Coleslaw, chicken and onion ring. Missing some stuff for my order even though it already took them over 15 minutes to prepared. Half way in the sitting, staff called out my name loudly hoping that I will go to the counter just to ask me if my order is already done. Like? Hello? Don t you supposed to know what you are doing? And it s so rude to disturb customers while they are eating like this. Will I comeback? Good quali of food could not beat bad service.

Item availability always an issue. Drive thru means it should be fast. But people have different idea here for drive thru. Told me to wait 6 to 8 mins for chicken and plus i was the only one in drive thru. I got something else instead and it tasted just right.

The food is so greasy the chicken crisp melts into grease when you bite into it. It is pure grease. KFC is much better. Also their ghost pepper wings are a joke. Maybe call them baby pepper wings because they dont even have a slight kick. Ghost peppers a LIE. Nasty food btw. Their shrimp and chicken is gross. The only thing thats okay is the chicken sandwich, something about it makes it less greasy and have a bit more flavour. Otherwise super disappointing. I heard its better in the states. Their food is pure grease and nastiness.

For a fast food place, it was very good. My only complaint was that the onion rings were soggy. The chicken sandwich was excellent.

Love the chicken; wanted to try some limited time options, but skip missed my order up. Bharat, a supervisor i believe; personally came and dropped off the correct order instead of relying on skip to send another driver. Quality chicken and outstanding service!
