Beautiful little hometown restaurant, very friendly staff, attentive, and polite! Food is great, perfect portion size, and didn't have to wait long at all. Only 2nd time in Timmins and found this gem... I will definitely come back for my meals here when I return next year! Anyone expecting anything different doesn't value the home style personable small business... you can keep scrolling to your box store restaurants.

Excellent home style food. Hamburg steak was great! The rest of my group lives their good as well. Dessert selection is amazing and home made. Sugar pie, fruit pies, butter tarts and more. We will be back. Service was great.
Restaurant Nadeau is a lovely "hole in the wall", great small place. well known and well loved in Timmins. Might be a small restaurants but serves super yummy home made food of all kinds. They have a large menu selection (not pictured is their breakfast menu can't find it online) but breakfast is the best, from fresh fruits, french toast, pancakes, and the traditional ones like eggs and bacon, etc. They now have a pizza selection which I personally find, eh, just ok. I would not order pizza again, however that won't stop me from having any of their other yummy food! *Be aware* that they're pizza menu does not explain their pizza properly. All of their pizzas come with their regular pizza sauces base. For example, the BBQ chicken which is what I had ordered, does not mention tomato sauce in the discription, so I was expecting BBQ sauce pizza, but it's a regular pizza with just BBW sauce drizzled on top. Unfortunately the BBQ sauce was too liquidy and not made for pizza either. I'd suggest getting there early to get a table as there are only a couple inside or get your food to go, pick up or delivery! Wait times are really good considering it's a smaller kitchen, and the staff are all super friendly. My biggest suggestions for them would be to get their updated menu posted online, as they are very active on Facebook and post images of their food, their specials, hours, etc all the time! But a menu would be nice to see, especially for that yummy breakfast food!! (Perhaps even a seperate menu for take out, or have the menu with asterisks and notes i.e. their chocolate milk is unable for take out because it's bagged milk that needs a glass!)
This was the first place I went when I got to Timmins, it was such a long drive from Nova Scotia and honestly it was such a pleasant family style atmosphere, I felt right at home. The staff was so sweet and very efficient, Ashley was our server and she really made it a fun and welcoming experience. The coffee was good, and the food was delicious! A great experience overall, definitely will be back!
Wow! We had the breakfast poutine and it was the most amazing poutine we've ever had! We were told everything includingthe hollandaise sauce was homemade and it showed. We are definitely coming back and we highly recommend it. We had breakfast, the staff are very friendly(Awesome), service is quick. The food is amazing and you get a lot for the price. The coffee is very good as well.

Delicious food , waitress was done her shift & she stayed a little bit extra just because our food was almost ready she didnt want us to wait I find that very kind . They sure do make there customers feel welcomed !

Not as good as the breakfast I ve had in Torun, Poland; but for Timmins this was amazing. It s a Timmins 5/5, unlike Mike s which sucks. Service was quick, friendly, and bilingual. Unfortunately, I don t know how to speak French, but I m sure this would be useful for someone who does speak French. The menu was short and to the point, and they offered ample parking for our Ford F-350 Long box. We were on our way to the airport and we were hoping to kill time by eating here, but unfortunately the service was too quick. Now we have nothing to do because it s Timmins, but I suppose that s not the fault of the restaurant. Timmins is a brighter place because the friendly staff at Restaurant Nadeau. Merci Beaucoup.
Very tight dining room but absolutely endearing and incredible staff. The food was amazing, the prices were fair, and the service was consistent, professional, and so warm. Mostly scratch made dishes on the menu and satisfying portions. My only negative feedback is for in the winter or on brisk days: if you can help it, do not sit near the doors. Its very cold even with the double set of doors. The space between both doors isnt enough for a person to come in, shut the first set behind them, and then open the next set. The kids and I were cold, but the 4 of us felt it was absolutely worth it.

Its simply the best breakfast i have found so far in Timmins. We get a free breakfast at the Holiday Inn, but I would rather walk the 650 meters to this place. The service is always excellent, and the food comes out so quickly. I had the eggs and sausage, and its so fresh and delicious. You just have to try it.

Wish I could have went back again to try several other menu items that looked good. It had a warm, friendly atmosphere. Nothing fancy, like a diner. I recommend it.

This place is likely the best place in Timmins. I was recently on a work trip to Timmins and went here every day for breakfast. Partly due to the home made food, but mostly due to the service. The server has an incredible passion for her work, big smile, exceptionally friendly, and amazing at what she does.

The Nadeau is super cozy. Nothing too fancy but the prices are great and the food tasted fine. Unfortunately, both of our orders of eggs were undercooked, which put abit of a damper on the meal at first but neither of us are the types to make a big fuss in the moment and we polished off everything anyways. Hopefully we can come back and give Nadeau another chance. Parking: Street Parking! Wheelchair accessibility: Not Wheelchair Accessable, steps enterance and then pull full forward doors for entry.

We ate breakfast on the patio - 3 times last week. Excellent service and food. Vegetarian omelette was great - finally an omelette with a generous portion of fresh veggies. Gluten free toast is delicious! Coffee was very good, too.
