Stop in for a quick meal while out shopping. I got an order of green pepper steak and the steak wasn't cooked. Approached one of the gentlemen working for a refund because I didn't want anything else from that place but he refused to refund me my money. That place definitely isn't what it used to be. I will not be returning. Would give 0 stars for service if I could.
Went there today Nov 30, 2024, @ 12 o’clock to grab something to eat for lunch. The man serving us was the rudest man ever. He had no gloves on and the women before me did not like that he was touching all the forks with his dirty hands. He did not like her comment and ask me what he is supposed to do? I told him gloves!!!! He went on and told her not to go back there! Sadly I’ve been a longtime customer and I always would talk with the owners when they lived here. I am so sorry I will no longer be eating here!!
On Monday september 9th at 1:00 pm my friend and I went there for lunch and our food was cold
Soo ive been eating here for years and ive never received an order sooo small before. Same price for less food... will be my last time going here.
Food court... combo number 4 pictured... called sesame chicken and general tao... which is which? They're both the exact same, they taste like deep fried chicken... one has lemon sauce on it, the other seems to have hoisen... not sure what they were thinking....
The number one worst Chinese Food I have ever experienced. Will never have this mall garbage again. Rice way over cooked and mushy, general tao was all burned horrible flavour and this is my favourite dish and not a vegetable in sight, how do you make greasy oily chow mein ? Chicken ball sauce don't bother it's supposed to be cherry sauce theirs has no flavour and is as liquid as water with red food dye in it. I am amazed this place is still in business. Very over priced.
I been looking for good Chinese food for so long and one of my friend suggested me to try wok express and now i am in love with that place. They make best rice and spicy chicken. They staff there is very nice amd friendly. I suggest every Chinese food lover to give wok express a try.
I ordered through skip, got a call saying they were out of black bean chicken and asked if I wanted a substitute which was fair because it was an hour before close. I agreed to a substitute but was bummed because black bean chicken is my favourite. My order arrives and it came with black bean chicken, I was pleasantly surprised, it was very fresh too which leads me to believe that they made a fresh batch up for me. I'm so amazed if that's the case as it's such a kind gesture and much appreciated! Very good service and always good food.

most of my food was cold and didnt taste very good. Poor communication.
Third time there and same problem. Food luke warm, overcooked meat not able to eat it. Would not recommend this place. Gave them 3 tries. Uneatable meat. Cold rice.
They served me old hard dry rice, wok express down south is not like this man, do better next time.

Very professional and welcoming staff, and you will find affordable food for the right price and a variety of assorted foods in trays gathered right in front of you :) Only con this restaurant has however is just when ever it is near the closing time of the store, the food isn t as freshly broadened and it tends to get a bit dry and loses flavour and taste, but it s still worth devouring and consuming, the pro of that though however is they usually have a combo deal in their last hour of store operation for more venue business and for the quality of the food during that hour which is reasonable enough. Overall though I love this restaurant, I come by as frequent as I can and purchase some nice food from there when ever possible as it really is affordable and a lot of the from other restaurants that serve the same exact entries of food tend to be excessively expensive.
I had Wok Express for Lunch recently. I starting feeling terrible the fay after. I have food poisoning and I ve been sick for 2 days straight. I wouldn t suggest eating here.
Miss the old owners the changes in the food no longer appeal to me

Good variety of food and good serving sizes, but food smells and tastes greasy.
TERRIBLE! My mother and I were tired from a road trip so we stopped to get some food and we got it and went back to my hotel room. The food was mediocre but there were strands of hair in it!!! While Im here, as an asian person from out of town this not good at all for asian food. Please change up the recipe or something because I was furious, FURIOUS!!!

They have the best honey chicken in town!! The staff are always friendly and super efficient! Its my main reason to go to the Timmins Square!!
