There was a guy around 11:49 pm and we tried to order drink but he didn't even let us order. He was really rude guy
I come to this Tim Hortons once in a while, and everytime I’ve been here it takes at least half an hour to be served even when I am the only one here. Nobody bothers to stop and say “oh sorry I’ll be with you in a minute” they behave like I’m bothering them and that it’s a terrible inconvenience to serve me. I won’t come here again, the last time I was here I was the only one in line and waited 15 minutes, nobody even acknowledged me. I just wanted to buy a coffee and ended up leaving because of no service
I just placed an order for 3 tea and they gave me cold and when i asked for replacement the guy who was taking the order at drive through he started arguing and added hot water in my tea and gave me the same tea back. He said thats how our coffee is. I have been to several times hortans all over the canada. Never had such a disappointing experience and behaviour from any employee like that before. If you are reading that review sir please be nice with people and respond them politely. If i was polite with you then no need to show that shitty attitude. I just need my tea am not here for my personal frustrations or grudges. If you are tired go take a 5 minute break but do your job properly. Please and thank you
Worst service workers are not paying attention to customer they are just walking past by and always scold each other. Next thing the girl she was so rude and just throw straw to us and did not even care. But I did not had the coffee and I left it on the table so she can have it. They do not know meaning of customer service. Last Thing they did not accept their mistake. We are daily customer and we won’t accept this behaviour. Just wanna address of that girl name is Sukh.
Tim hortons has gone complete downhill which is sad because it's suppose to be a known Canadian place that we all use to love.. now Noone speaks English so u never get ur order correct and very dirty when making ur food I just waited 25 mins for a simply sausage and a hashbrown and what do u know cold food 🙄
Absolute horrible service no matter time of day visiting this location. There can be a lineup of delivery drivers waiting for their orders but us walk in customers have to wait for half a hour at a time till they get going, cuz online orders take priority over being there in person. Absolutely no help from other staff members while us regular patrons wait in line to the point where some customers are having to resort to grabbing chairs from the tables to sit while waiting in line.
I just placed an order online and it was quite disappointing. I’ve always had issues with my orders. I ordered two egg wraps with extra egg and specifically selected no bacon. However, when I received my order, both wraps contained bacon, and neither had the extra egg I paid for. This isn't the first time my order has been incorrect, which is frustrating. It's disappointing that such a reputable chain can't get simple orders right. All my hard earned money gone to waste and also stayed hungry, definitely would request for a refund and please ensure customers get what they pay for.
Disgusting food. The quality has dropped below any acceptable standard. Took a chance and ordered a steak biscuit. I wouldn’t feed that “meat” to a stray animal let alone a human. I could not bite through the “meat”. Stick with coffee only here and make your own food at home. Hours later, Tim Hortons asks me to contact their customer service department to discuss my experience. In short, after their location wastes my time , money and energy, I am now being asked to give even MORE time and energy so they can try to improve. I will not do this. You have enough info to improve already. For months, the fact that you are skimping on the quality of ingredients has become obvious to many. Before, your food was pricey but tasty. Now it’s expensive and DISGUSTING.

If youre going through the drive thru service is pretty good they have like 7 staff serving the customer. If youre a walk in customer be ready to wait. They have one cash open only most times and the person serving you is on their own. Ive been going almost everyday for over a year and a half and Id have to say its not getting any better.
Thought I would test this app out. And honestly I enjoy the location, but service can be slow, but the staff for the most part are very friendly
The restaurant on 400 Algonquin is NOT open 24 hrs, at least not to everyone. The store closes around 10 pm and opens around 6 am. It provides a drive thru service for truck drivers after those hours, but if you feel for a warm cup of coffee after leaving work at 4:30 am, you cannot go inside and they do not take walk foot orders at the window.

Dont bother calling they just pick up and hang up on you. No this wasnt at a busy time either. It was just after midnight.
Staff was very rude and she even chased a customer in town about 20mins after he left. Staff has no business attacking customers in the community screaming at him and call7ng him derogatory names. Will never go there again

Don t trust this tim while ordering from drive thru because they don t listen today morning i went their drive thru while going for work there is one turban girl who took my order i clearly said while ordering that i don t want any kind of meat in my order because i am vegetarian but when i took my first bite after reaching my work place i found meat in it. I wanted to give 0 star but there is no option here for it i will never ever come this place as it doesn t care about other religion so

Terrible service, waited almost 20 mins for my order while watching customer come and go with their orders. Only to witness about three orders of coffee made without cream due to employee not realizing the machine was out a cream. It took a senior employee to come over and fix the mess caused by under trained and under skilled employees. I will never spend another dollar at this establishment.

I usually go to the other Tim Hortons branch in Timmins. Went to this one for the first time and NEVER going there again! I ordered a French Vanilla, Grilled Cheese and a Bagel through drive through. The girl working there gave us a French Vanilla and asked us to wait at the front for the food. So we just went ahead and parked. One employee comes and gives us the Grilled Cheese. We told her we had ordered the bagel as well. She said she would go and check. About 5 minutes and nobody comes out. I went inside to see what was going on. I asked one of the employees about it. She just said yea you were given the bagel with the French vanilla. I was like umm no, I was just given the coffee. She just looked away and said yea I remember making the bagel so it must have been given to you. First of all, if I wouldnt have gone inside they wouldve just left us waiting. And secondly, instead of dealing with this professionally shes straight up saying on my face that Im lying. If I had the time I would wait for them to check their CCTV footage. Never going to this branch again for sure!

I came in to get a brunch today and I wanted to try something new than the usual which I always take, so I looked up at the menu and asked the associate taking my order, whether the loaded chilli is a vegan option or not. I was told that it was vegan and I ordered that along with the rest of the food and ate it as well. I wasn t able to complete the entire food so I took it with me at home and my friend told me that it contains ground beef in it. I am an Indian and we believe cow to be holy and we hold religious sentiments towards them and I had to eat ground beef because the associate told me that the dish is vegan. I am really not happy with the service and completely disappointed as well.
I paid 9 dollars , well 8.54 cause I tipped for a blt no tomatoes extra bacon and what I got was rock hard burnt bacon . I highly suggest not wasting your money here since they think it okay to serve bacon this way. Disgusting.

Bathroom door is always locked and monitored, so I am imagining they have issues with some locals... We seen a person by the door that kept looking at the vehicles as he was flailing his arms around with some weird facial expressions We didnt stay as it doesnt seem like a safe place...

My girlfriend went in to buy a Take 12 original blend and a dozen muffins. She didnt know that the Take 12 was the name of it and just called it the box of premade coffee. She asked the male trainee and he had no clue what she meant (she even said that it came with cups, stir sticks, etc and the box had a spigot). The old lady who works there and was training him told him what my girlfriend meant. When my girlfriend apologized and said that she didnt know what the exact name of it was, he was extremely rude to her and said Next time, order it as the Take 12 as thats what we call it in a condescending way. Usually that older lady has the attitude, so Im guessing that it rubbed off on him. But Ill tell you what. We received that poor attitude in the past (from the older lady a few times before) but I can guarantee you that we will NEVER go to that location ever again... even if I live literally 2 minutes away. Ill glady go to one of the other ones here in Timmins.
Stop in tonight to grab a wrap and a coffee after picking up a friend from the bus terminal a 9:45 PM Only 1 person in line ahead of me. Waited 20 mins because I was hungry only to be told the kitchen was closed and no food available. Ordered a large DR DD. BURNT, OLD COLD ....NOT EVEN SURE IF IT WAS EVEN DARK ROAST AND IT SURE WASNT DD EITHER. Worst Tim Hortons ever. Do not recommend at all.

It is alrite line up to wait sometimes and there is a park around with picnic tables for seating.

Very slow service...never enter items when ordering through drive thru or provide total price. Last visit was a coffee and a donut...I got a coffee and a muffin, gave the muffin back...waited for my donut...got that...then when asked for change as I paid cash got a sneer....as if I owed a tip.

I have ordered from Tim Hortons several times. I have tried hot chocolate, double double, french vanilla, chicken sandwich, chicken wrap. And cold brew. I liked almost everything here. The food is good. Service is good

I stopped at Tim s before going swimming this morning and I ordered a sausage breakfast wrap with half the sauce, and once I got to the pool I took a bite and had a mouth full of egg shells. I returned after the swim was done to get a new breakfast wrap. I told the cashier that I d like another wrap as mine was full of eggshells and the cashier or staff around her did not apologize or anything, but did give me another wrap without questioning. Unfortunately it s enough for me not to return there.

I just came from the super 8 and ordered lunch at 400 Algonquin. From Tim hortons, I came back to my room to have my soup with along with my bun. I have bitten into the button and its so hard it broke my denture. It has chipped the denture plate on on top of my tooth. I called the store and spoke to GURP. R. E!T. Apparently she is the manager. She will not give me the head office phone number and told me that they make the button fresh daily. I am a 60 year old woman. She is a signuating that. I have lied to her if I could show you a video. Of the bun I would love to It is so hard like a rock so still. I have no head office phone number that I need to make a complaint. She didnt even want to give me the address of the store. I am not from this area but I know the store I went to that I ordered. I am on camera on the drive through at 1115 on Wednesday today. So there is recollection of my buying the food I truthfully dont understand how these people operate a business anymore. Whether it be inconsiderate, she told me that she doesnt have head office phone number and shes a human being. She forgets she cant remember I requested if she go to look for It. She told me she doesnt know where it is. For someone that runs ahead store. How do you not have head office phone number? All I know is I paid 17 almost $18 for a bun that you cant even eat and chipped my tooth.

One of the fasting Tim Horton s in the North if you go during regular weekday hours. Line-ups dissolve fast and your order is usually accurate.
Tim Horton has much better food than McDonalds but their coffee is subpar.
Popular store for its location. Super busy at times but workers are fast and efficient which are great. I love there coffee 99% of the time except the time I got COFFEE GROUNDS at the bottom of my cup!

Saturday December 10th 2022, 6:15PM, who was the store manager if there was one. Waited over 19 minutes to be served at store front, I left in frustration. I hope corporate notifies the owner of this business to view security, if you want my money, service is required.
As a typical Canadian man, I love me some Tims. Their espresso gets me ready to attack the day like Im the protagonist of your favourite anime. The West Side Gucci gang of Tim Hortons in Kirkland Lake make the best coffee, the best donuts. Their sandwiches slap so hard theyd cook a turkey in a single hit.

This morning when ordering, i was using the app on my cellphone. The manager seemed to be a lil anoided with me. fact that im new using the Tim Hortons app i am still not all that fast with it, i will get better and faster and i was the only person who was inside ordering, i did not hold nobody up,and i was verry pleasant and thankful with him and i even left a tip Aftrer my order was over 30$ Server could of been a lot more pleasant and cheerful.

A homeless lady was in the store. Another patron was buying her lunch. She felt woozy so the kind lady sat her down at a table. The employees became very upset that the table was not sanitized yet, saying very loudly that she couldnt sit there. The other woman repeatedly stated that the girl was going to fall if she didnt sit. They did cleaned the table. Then they went to take the homeless lady her name and number. Since this poor woman did not have a phone number, they made her leave the premises. Highly unacceptable. All other customers were shocked and upset. The employees were voicing their frustration with the covid protocols loudly. I will not be returning anytime soon.

They dont allow to use Washroom facility if you looks homeless or any other race or colour. They let me use it but they stop my worker for using it.when I complain to Manager they said we sanitize after each use But I can see they did not shown any interest for my worker who requested more then 5 Times to a Tim Hortons employee I dont like it ..not going to buy anything in coming future.

Everything is usually pretty good. Its easy to use the app and then pick up. I know they are doing their best with the current situation. Today they were training some new staff so service was a little slow but its understandable and Im patient. Ill say to the new person definitely hang in there because I know it can be overwhelming at first. There is definitely a learning curve to a place like that with everything being thrown at you all at once. I know because I worked at a different Tim Hortons a few years ago. It can take a couple months to really get everything down.
