Tim Hortons in Timmins

Fastest best tasting Tim’s in town.the bad reviews seem to be directed towards the wrong Tim’s this one is at the esso gas station.

Super slow service. Only 2 people were on. This is a management issue

Tim Hortons is hit and miss. They serve good coffee but if the menu item has to be prepared, it seems there's a 50/50 chance they get it wrong. Obvious miscommunication in the drive through makes for a frustrating experience at times. You may end up driving away with the wrong food. My last order was for a simply sausage breakfast sandwich, on a homestyle biscuit with a hashbrown and a coffee. I received it on an English muffin when I clearly specified the former, so I have to recommend you dine in to ensure your food is make to your liking if you're inclined to eat breakfast.

Ordering through the drive-through is frustrating as oftentimes someone whose first language isn't English will be taking your order.Understanding and being understood is a challenge. I often get to the window, I repeat my order, ensure it is correct,I ask the employee at the window to confirm this is my order, they look at their screen and say yes. I get home, and it's not even close to what I ordered. Often times, they don't write on my lid like they used to,or when they do, it isn't legible. This should be the standard practice so that I can right away know what I paid for and received, is what I ordered.

Everytime I get a a wrap or sandwich I always ask for extra sauce because the normal amount of sauce is always non existent but the amount of times I pay extra for that extra sauce I don't even get it. So maddening considering I'm already home by the time I realize.

They made a mistake in serving the correct order, so they let me keep the old coffee and made another one with the correct order. They found the mistake themselves. This shows they respect their customers and are keeping everyone safe following COVID regulations.

This is by far the best Tim Hortons in Timmins. I used to go there every morning more to see the staff than the breakfast I would eat. They made a big difference in my day even if they didn't realize it.

They always get my coffee just right! Always polite, great service, and walk in is not very much wait! Their is a smaller selection of baked goods as it is a smaller location inside a gas station
