Made my tea wrong twice. Was incredibly rude and tried to return my money and say I was the rude one. Then made me wait five minutes to give me a coffee. They were going to refuse to make my beverage. Incredibly rude staff, the manager even refused to give her name and so did the staff. Will never return to this Tim Hortons.
The usual Tim hortons. discounted brown employees here and at every other Tim hortons across Ontario. Thanks government of Canada ! I honestly hate going to Tim hortons now. Everything’s made with zero care. Worst customer service. Always have attitudes. Time to go back home
The manager didn’t know how to deal with trainers they listen to others and said u can’t work at tim the manager is indian when u hire u r fully traiined or make all the products good that doesn’t look good bro hope to meet u soon
The paki dude that takes everyone’s orders always has a problem and it is always absolutely miserable. I’ve been here four times in a span of five months and every single time that I’ve been there I’ve had the same person take my order and they’ve been so rude and they rush me and don’t even get my order right and then when I get up to the window, I’m being charged for the incorrect stuff and the manager wants to rush me, but it’s not my fault. If the order taker would’ve gotten my order correct in the first place. This Tim Hortons needs to be shut down or needs new management.
We stopped at this Tim Hortons on our way to Sudbury and we were told they didn't have the new loaded buffalo chicken ranch wrap, they made my husband's iced coffee wrong, my tea was ordered with one tea bag in one on the side and it was served to me with 2 tea bags in it. I had to ask to have one removed. Then I had to ask for it to be stirred. I have been both a long time customer and worked at Tim Hortons restaurants and I have never had such a bad experience at Tim Hortons as I did at this location. I do NOT recommend this location.
They don’t make proper service with delay and mistakes- awaiting long time with remainder about order, finally give wrong order, which I must to spoil- instead of weggi they give chicken - I spend my time and money for nothing
OMG. The Pizzas are awesome. Pizza and a ice cap. Perfect lunch. My cat likes the chicken pizza the best. Very polite staff and fast service. Thank you Tim Hortons

Came in today, April 2, at 9:55am. Fast service as always. Love this tims. Was disturbed to see customers conspiring with the cashier and person making sandwiches to put over a tub of cream cheese on a bagel. Sad to see staff ripping off their employer like this.

This location is starting to be even better than Macdonald at screwing up the order that they repeat back to you. Do the workers place bets on how many people than can get to turn around to have their orders corrected? Or maybe they just enjoy helping people waste thier money...

Found brown clumps of something in my ice capp this morning, not sure if mouse droppings or clumps of coffee from the machine not being cleaned properly. Either way very gross.
The people at the window are always rushing , never giving back change then when asked for change they give it you so rudely ! They look so miserable and the service is not friendly at all ! Do not go here if u want friendly service

We go here because its close to our home but will be stopping since they cant follow simple instructions, like decaf with sweetener,very important when you have gestational diabetes, or when you ask them not to put sauce on a breakfast wrap because of allergies. This place has gone way down hill
Worst Tim Hortons in Timmins. I have to change my order every time I get to the window, after I ve ordered and am ready to pay (once even after I ve paid). I ve also paid extra for bacon on two of my sandwiches and got home and realized none had bacon. Never going back to this establishment and neither should anyone else. Also, the employees are rude and seem to never know what they re doing, and their coffee tastes like cleaning solution half of the time. I d give zero stars if I could.
have you tried placing people who speak english at the drivethrough speaker, or do you just hate your customers? some days I look at the building as we drive in, and say screw it then drive to the mall and stand in line
If I could put no stars, I would. They cannot follow simple instructions for orders through drive-thru. Everytime I go my order is always incorrect! I speak loudly and clearly and always have to repeat my order 2 to 3 times to make sure its correct and they still end up getting it wrong. Disappointed!

Travel for work and by far worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Arrived 2 hrs before closing and was told only had drinks. This has happened 3 times now. I honestly never stop there anymore cause its so bad.

If you want disappointment, to be ripped off and not receive what you ordered come here. Ordered a turkey bacon club. Received only a few slices of bacon, tomato and lettice. Nothing else. They forgot the main ingredient. No receipt provided either. Note to franchisee..Service and quality should be placed before rushing paying customers out the door with poor quality, ill prepared meals in order meet your service quota times and save money by skimping on ingredients! Wont be returing to this place.
No wonder nobody was eating there at lunch. Poor service, poor quality, and really bad attitude. I could tell she made my iced latte wrong because she didnt mix the base with the espresso to begin with and I could see how much milk she used, so I kindly asked her to add more coffee to fix it, then she went on to explain how she made it and told me it was fine so I gave up asking again. My potato wedges were undercooked, and my sandwich had the two ends of the tomato on it, along with 2 tiny strips of cheese. My coworker went there the other day and ordered a pumpkin iced cap and they also made it wrong, she said it tasted disgusting. Never going back to this tim hortons ever again.
Never know how good its gonna be, probably the slowest one in timmins. Once waited 20 minutes for a coffee with only 4 vehicles in front of me.

The in-store experience always beats the drive thru. Even the simple errors that happen in the drive thru can be easily fixed in shop. Generally the place isnt packed in the evening so its great for a casual date with the wife.

I ordered an egg and cheese farmers wrap and they added bacon in that which I can t have. I waited almost half an hour to talk to manager and he said all he can do is just make a new wrap and that s it without even trying to do something else. It was a poor experience for me at Tim Hortons that I never expected.

Great Food and service
Great service. Products can use some works. Their amazing breakfasts are pure salt and a bit of pepper. Most treats are pure sugar and artificial sweeteners. Very few products has actual taste to it. Fortunately they can still make a decent coffee.
Tim Hortons is always awesome
Always a pact place in Timmins Ontario, this is a standard Tim Hortons that serves up chili, coffee, donuts and everything that Tim Hortons is famous for. I went there many days for breakfast, and the service was always snappy, and the food was always what you would expect from a Tim Hortons.
