I order warp and there is no filling in it . It’s not worth it

I live this location , its workers because of the service they provide. Specially, a girl named raman , she always serve guests with smile and make beverages perfectly.
I usually visit this restaurant because of two reason first it’s close to my house and the second is the lovely staff working here. I notice there’s a girl named raman Sidhu she serves guest very politely and always with smile on her face…it’s very good experience being served by such kind of workers😊
30 minutes waiting in the drive through, messed up drinks, 10 minutes to issue a refund. Will never attend this location again.
Very slow 🐌 would have been better off driving thru. 7 workers and the walk in person was taking his time with a line of 10 customers waiting. But coffee was better 😀
Loving it, the girl who served me was on the ball. Quick and had everything done, she looked responsive to her colleagues. And friendly, it's been a while seeing out going people. Keep it up. (During the supper/evening time)
Ordered Turkey Bacon Club. Out of Artisan bread, fine. They asked if I would switch to a normal bun, fine. I asked if it was the same price, I was told it was by a completely unsure employee who asked someone else who just shrugged and said same price. Receive my order and it’s HALF THE SIZE of the Artisan Bread. In what universe is half a sandwich the same price as a full. Completely unacceptable and would like a credit for a proper sandwich. Thanks for the cheat!

Ordered a Hot Chocolate with 3 creams and they did not add the 3 Creams.

This is the slowest and worst quality Tim Hortons location in Canadian history. Try finding somewhere else to grab coffee.

After repeating my order several times I arrived at window with a long wait to receive my suppreme ice cap rather skimpish on the good stuff whip cream and syrup.

Its a Tim Hortons. Pretty much exactly the same as all other Tim Hortons.
Whenever i come to get a coffee in my 15 min break i always have to wait for atleast 10-12 minutes just to get a coffee. The service is too bad. The staff always stand around and talking to each other and nobody attends the customers everyday.
Service was very slow and screwed up our order
i asked them for a plain toasted bagel with butter. They ended up giving me an everything bagel. Even when i told them to make sure it was plain. I also asked for a caramel iced cap work no whipped cream because im lactose, and a little less cream always helps. They gave me an iced capp with no cream AT ALL in it, just the slush and the caramel. When i politely asked them to redo it because it was wrong, they started arguing with me. So i gave up and just went to another tims.
I don t know why they don t put the boston cream in a donut container. Every time chocolate stick to the paper bag they give.

I appreciate and respect hiring immigrants. However, if youre going to have them work, they need to understand not only English, but the food they are serving. I stood outside waiting for 15 minutes, line didnt move an inch. Cars lined the drivethru. People are fed up, and Im done supporting your stores until you train your staff properly, instead of burdening hour experienced staff with essentially with being glorified baby sitters.

The counter that the SUPERVISOR was pouring coffee on was a mess, covered in spilled coffee with coffee cups sitting in that as she handed them out the window. Also waited an exceptionally long time for my simple blt wrap to be made. Supervisor was also rude.

My girlfriend who is white and does not wear masks walked in and placed an order, no issues, they nicely asked her to wait outside for her order to be completed. We decided to go this morning but this time I went in with my built in face covering sweater 3 times thicker than a mask and right after a guy just wearing a thin bandana over his face. The racist manager refused to serve to me and threatened to call the police. I worked 3 years at Restaurant Brands International and never encountered a more unprofessional person in all the tim Hortons stores Ive dealt with. One day she will learn.
I wanted to give kudos to the three sweetest, most lovely women who helped me out today with an order issue. I knew it wasn t a problem directly from the store as it was a problem with the third party delivery driver and the two managers at this store we re doing the best they could to resolve the issue. The driver didn t arrive and it was almost three hours since my order was placed and the two managers went above and beyond to make sure I received my food and left me a lovely surprise! Another very sweet coworker from the store thought my iced coffee was forgotten and came directly to me and still gave it to me regardless. Kudos to every single one of them for going above and beyond, being very sweet and understanding, and genuinely being the most down to earth people I ve had the privilege of meeting. 5/5 stars!!!

Tim Hortons is always loveable. Breakfast or lunch or dinner , they have multiple combos food with budget friendly price.
Unless youre in drive through, this place is terrible. If youre a customer outside youll watch 10 cars get served before 1 in store customer. On top of that, when you finally get your order, its often wrong. Especially the coffee! Go to the Tim Hortons on Airport road, youll get good service and quickly there.

The only double drive in Timmins, in a convenient location at the center of town. Avoid the inner window if in a rush as its often the trainees, but for the most part the lines move fairly quick. The staff is usually quite nice and the items are not often messes up. Some days can be a little slow, but who doesnt have their bad days? The only downfall is during covid, and the small store front, only one customer can go in at a time leaving quite the line up outside. And unfortunately, my main reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that if you walk in youre usually left to wait as they prioritize the drive through. It sometimes takes longer to go in than it would to drive through in a long long.

Depends on who is working. Majority of the time the order is wrong even with just a beverage. And if you have any kind of food allergy DONT order food from here cuz guaranteed that whatever you are allergic to will turn up in your order.

I am in town for work for about a month, not once they got my order correct. My order was simply Garden salad with grilled chicken, which I order the same way same thing every Tim Horton I go. The picture I attached was just one of the many mistakes, instead of garden they gave me Caesar, the chicken I paid $2 for werent even there at first, I checked and told them the chicken werent there and they even argue with me saying they added even when it was all green inside with a transparent cover, they then took it in and added chicken as shown in the picture, $2 for 5 pieces of half a pinky size. Cant take it anymore!!!
Service today was horrible. Cold egg on my sandwich and the lady that served me needed a big hug because she wasnt pleasant:-)
