McDonald's in Timmins

The food tasted great, but my cheese burger was crushed under all the other burgers that were in boxes. Very nice customer service but always have to ask for a tray when I have four drinks on a to go order. Also the drink machine by the exit door has been putting out warm drinks for years now.

Kids play land is dirty , floors are filthy , seen them prepare food with no gloves Bunch of dirty tables ! No one has cleaned them since I ve been here ! Grossed right out !

Atmosphere is nice, its a modern, clean restaurant. Service is usually good & any issues usually addressed quickly & corrected!

Curb side service and their staff service has gone down. This was the third time they missed on my orders. They don t take their time to ensure all order items are in the bags. Will never going back there until new staffing and improve their services.

I wish I could give this ZERO stars cause I definitely would! I am not impressed with my recent visit what so ever! Decided to order a filet o fish for myself, 2 sweet chili chicken burgers for my husband, a large fry to share and a sausage mcmuffin, I used the app, so when I get there they tell me they arent making filet o fish anymore, and asked if I wanted something else... the cook said he can make it and they told him not to...and refunded me in cash.... I am not impressed what so ever! Why is it the cook is saying he can make it and they Students refused!?!?!? I am not happy what so ever! The customer service was horrible ! Not to mention food was absolutely disgusting and cold ! 0/10 I definitely do not recommend!!!

Food was ok other than the 25 min wait when we were 2nd in line. Watched as the guy doing our meal put two burgers and nuggets on the tray then went to the back...came back...put fries in..unloaded supplies...put handles on buckets...grabbed one fry put it on the tray then again gone for two mins...another...two min finally the childrens fry and we can eat... Parking: In a full sized truck there is little to no room to park and back out after when the drive thru is full, which it is 90 percent of the time. Has nothing to do with driving skills all to do with the lack of space. You cant back in because of the angle parking so you are forced to pull in and then hopefully someone waits for you to back out when you leave.

i got 2 snack wraps and had to park and wait 15 minutes for them, mean while i was the only one at the drive thru. so unprofessional and awful service. do better!!

I ordered 2 burgers two fries and two drinks they gave me one burger with everything that was supposed to be on both burgers and said if you didn t get it you ll have to go around again and order another one or go inside

I just spent about 15 minutes in the drive thru here and was still asked to go and park to wait for my order to be ready.

Fries cold. Mocha coffee wasnt made properly and ordered a large and got half a cup. Restaurant was not clean and no ice.

This McDonald s used to be a great place to grab food quickly on the go. Now they make you go through the drive thru which most of the time takes about 30 minutes to get through from the entrance, all to get to the window and be told to go park in the curbside pickup section (or the business next door - the oil change place). For them to then come out with each order and scream your order like it s up for auction to anyone who claims it. Where you 50% of the time then leave with the wrong order as they only name one item and most just grab and leave at that point. Not to mention they rarely get an order right to begin with. The service has gotten POOR!!!

Life is too short to complain about fast food restaurants but this McDonalds location is the absolutely slowest, most disorganized and most depressing looking staff members Ive ever seen in Manitoba and Ontario combined. Only approximately 2/20 staff are wearing hair nets, constant order mix-ups and small arguments between customer and cashier when customer is trying to correct the order, always long wait times and many vehicles waiting on the curb side for their drive thru orders. I worked at this location in 2006 and there is no way any of this would fly. Please look into this matter, should someone from the corporate office stumble upon this review. Its a zoo.

Ive switched to McDonalds for breakfast but am leaving you forgot something in my order several times. I went back the next day because you should remember my order by now because I order the same thing for a year sometimes 5 days a week. I understand there is mistakes Tim Hortons does it as well but when I go in to Tim Hortons when this happens they know what I order and give me what I payed for not just steal my money.

I used the curbside option. I like that they dont prepare the food until you are on the premise and check in. The wait was somewhere between 5-10 min. The food was perfectly fresh--hot and crispy fries and nuggets, as well as a hot coffee.

The staff were friendly the coffee was hot the fry s were hot but the mcchicken and the quarter pounder blt was as cold as ice and the buns were on the stale side. I won t be going back next time I am in town

This is one of the worst McDonalds Ive been to. Took 15 minutes to get breakfast in restaurant and wast busy.

The restroom with the change table needs to be more visible and there should be paper towels in there. It was like a sauna in there also.

It was a nice place with play area and great food.

Absolute worse experience from the manager, the manager was so rude. We went there for dinner. The door was open and so we decided to dine in, the manager came to us and said that we have to leave as they are going to close in such a rude way and dont even let us order. She could have atleast said that in a better way.

They often forget something, they forget burgers and many nuggets. Bad janitors and bad employment.

Almost every time I order from here they cant seem to finish the burger properly. Ordered a Big Mac got the bottom bun, one patty and that s it. They don t even deserve the one star I gave them. 0/5.

Dont rate fast food

No point in table service, had to pick it up. It is McDonalds though and should be expected. Food was warm at best make sure its hot before you drive off. The childrens play area was dirty, and had bugs in it.

I ordered 2 junior chicken meals and the food was just thrown in the bag fries container were upside down all fries were fallen in the bag. Moreover, I ordered ice coffees i tried to put straw in the cup it broke and spilled all over the car seat. Very poor service was highly disappointed. These guys need to work on their skills.

I have boycotted this particular restaurant because of consistent bad service, incorrect orders, and as a last draw, bugs in the food. Only way I will ever eat here is if I become the manager and whip the place in a better state. Horrible service, horrible management, and disgustingly unclean.

McDonalds is just like being with family.

The location generally has long waits and can occasionally make errors in customization. For instance, I ordered a burger with extra sauce and instead got a burger with no sauce. Edit: Service keeps going downhill. Now days you can spend minutes on end at the drivethough being lied to about pricing, as if the staff doesnt expect you to be able to spot the lies on the big screen that displays the total for your order.

Absolutely the worst McDonald s I ve ever been to, not only do the burgers come all separated in the wrappers (meaning the meat and buns are not put together, lettuce UNDER the burger and sauces seemingly just put on the wrapper) they commonly get my order completely wrong. The odd time they get it right it s a disaster and requires assembly at home.. didn t know it was that hard to work at McDonald s. As for atmosphere it s fine it s like a normal McDonald s but HORRIBLE customer service. For fast food it s incredibly frustrating to see that they don t know how to put a party in between buns with some lettuce and sauce. They have the worst customer service I ve ever experienced, go to any other fast food place in town if you don t want this garbage service.

Mess up my order completely and then graciously offer it for free, as if I came here solely to play their little guess the meal game. Ive come to realize that the restaurants true specialty lies in defying all odds by consistently messing up my order. Its a rare gift, really. Food

Terribly designed drive thru. There are 2 places to order but theyre both in the same line...? Whats the point of that? Then they dont use the first one but nothing says so so you just sit there yelling at it before you give up and realize theres another one thats actually in use. Then they put parking right in front of the end of the drive thru so if a large vehicle parks there and youre driving a large vehicle, you could get stuck. Also the sign shows an egg and bacon bagel (as per the sign) with mayo, tomato, and lettuce on it but if you order by what its called on the sign you get a basic egg, cheese, and bacon bagel instead without the rest.

Have ordered from here a fairly regularly. Quite honestly is hit and miss. Some days the food is hot and fresh, other days its cold and bland. Frequently noticing the carbonated drinks are flat and warm, food is either over seasoned, or under seasoned.

Absolute worse experience the manager is so rude ..I order something through drive through and it s staff mistake that they are not able to understand what i was ordering..And She was rude to me ..All this happens third times with me ..So frustrating..That s how they treat to customers..She should not be a manager there..

Was going through the city of Timmins and decided to have a breakfast here on a Monday thanksgiving and it was an amazing and delightful service by the staff, I was assisted by a lady at the front end of the restaurant who gave me my perfect order without missing a single thing great job Armita! Well done McDonalds.. Probably the better McDonalds place in ages I have gone to.

Stopped in for a quick snack and to play at the playplace. Food was as expected, after we collected our missing items. Playplace area was as clean as could be expected.

Went into the restaurant and placed an order at the self serve station as there were no cashiers at the front. There were about 9 door dash drivers waiting and half a dozen or more people already waiting. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 value burgers and fries. This was the most awful service I have ever had!

Its amazing how McDonalds in one location differs from the other. Over last couple of weeks I gave seen where one location is exceeding service over another, it a comes down to customer satisfaction and whether the restraunt actual cares about you as the customer. Timmins does on the most part. KL not so much.

They had actual servers bringing our food over to our tables, they were very humble and are following COVID regulations. They also checked us for proof of vaccination, with ID (dont forget to take your ID)...

Employees are always nice and friendly, but I dont go often as the food, while delicious tasting, always sloppily made (burgers, especially the Big Macs) and leave me with a sore stomach. And while I go, maybe 5 times a year, something I like is always gone from the menu. No more Vanilla Chai Iced Frappé, or Caramel flavour for hot lattes, and going through just today (Jan 13th) no smoothies.

This McDonald s has gone through a renovation and this includes the teams attitude. My experience with staff was super energetic and pleasant. The food was definitely made with more passion than other McDonald s

Ordered an EggBLT with no bacon and no mayo... No option for a different sauce on the kiosk in the morning. When I asked for the sauce the worker sasses me, you have to pay for that BEFORE ordering and refused to give me the sauce. Also why do I have to pay if I paid for bacon and mayo that I didnt get? Managers are good. But the employees need to be retrained. I used to manage a McDonalds so I now whats right and wrong.

Slowest McDonalds Ive ever been too. Staff didnt seem to know where they were going. Manager should try to organize the staff better.

Literally the most incompetent McDonalds in Ontario. Ive watched paramedics and police wait 10 mins for a coffee. Good thing they didnt get called out. Workers were too preoccupied talking to serve.

Food was typical McDs. 1 star is for disgusting state of washrooms. So in mens room urinal leaking across floor. And according to my wife, a leaking toilet in ladys is doing the same. Urine is being tracked all over restaurant. Just by patrons using washrooms and walking out.

If it were possible, I wouldnt even give them the 1 star, very unorganized establishment. They do not properly follow procedures set in place for accuracy of orders, proper items, or follow instructions. Constantly missing items from my orders, or items completely off from what I ordered. Clearly this location does not care about their customer service or positive customer experience. No work ethic, no morals, no care. Its ridiculous, like cant even match order number items, my bill and items never match. What a disappointment they are setting in place for the industry

This McDonalds has improved greatly. I still check my bags to see if missing items cause often I am, but I can honestly say they make amazing burgers, icecoffee, and coffees, and I also love the renovations they ha e done to the inside. Finally you can sit and eat while your kids play on the slide.

Absolutely the worst service ive ever had a a fast food chain. Ive waiting 20 mins after paying at the drivethrew window and had to go in after 20 to get my food. The next time i was there i was the fourth car that had to go park after paying and was 15 mins and they got my order wrong and the pop was just brown carbonated water. I went in and complained to manager and was to there was nothing she could do about my poor service. I wont be back!

Probably the worst store in town. Super rude and just childish behaviour from the employee s at this location. Will not be returning! Placed an order for TWO vanilla frappe s. The woman on the intercom was very nice and happily took our order. Once we got to the second window, the young man (obviously in highschool) handed us 1 drink. My girlfriend then politely asked, was there a second drink on that order? We ordered two. He replied nope and then we asked to get another added to our order. He agreed and made us our second! We said thank you, and right as we were about to leave the window he mocking jokes to his employee working with him. DO YOU WANT A THIRD? And laughs very loud as we drove away.

She yelled at one of them and then go into it with a woman and child about apple fritters including stomping around like a baby the whole 30 mins it took for me to get my burger and fries.....and it wasnt as usual....anything I ordered..I just walked out cause I figured if I tell her my orders wrong she would have a total melt down

Not impressed with the language

I was reminded why I havent eaten at Mc Donalds in years. Bun was stale, meat patty was dry, fries were flavorless and the wrap was loosely rolled with barely anything in it.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Every time there is something wrong with your order. The last time I was there I had a roughly $70 order that was missing items, things made incorrectly, etc. I drove all the way back to have my order replaced. I was told that they were only going to replace the things that were made incorrectly. Mind you, after they remade everything and I drove back home, everything would have been cold except those items. The manager actually yelled at me when I asked them to replace the entire order. She said, and I quote this is a $70 order and it is going to come out of someone elses pocket! My response was exactly, its a $70 order. I think all of my food should be hot and made correctly. At that point she threw the original bag of food on the ground and yelled at one of her workers to go in the back and have my meal remade. Thus is only one of a few bad experiences I have had here.

Not one single employee was wearing a hair net. Really gross to see hair flying around. Manager brought my drinks and when I asked for a tray she just walked away. I really think you should be paying attention to the reviews regarding your manager.
