Staff is very rude and they don t know how to treat with customers. They behave very rude with delivery drivers and treat them like slaves. I will recommend all people not to visit this place. Owner does not know how to speak with the guest.

Not a good place to visit, the manager would make you feel doubt your decision to come in this restaurant. I don t know if he has any rivalry with the owner or what, but he shows to customer that they don t need to come here again . Most of these good reviews are fake and the worst India I have met in this restaurant.

Ruben, fries and bison burger were all very good. If having bacon let them know how cooked you want it. One of those rare places that actually serve mayonnaise vs miracle whip!! Great service.

Stopped in while we visited Timmins for a wedding. Very welcoming and kind staff. Sit down, diner atmosphere. Plenty of option on the menu for everyone served hot and fresh. Overall 5 stars, would recommend to friends and family!

I ve been here twice; once for the bison burger and then the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. Both were excellent.

Got the millionaire foccassia burger with onion rings and a milkshake. Service was great, flavors as well. Really enjoyed the onion rings and milkshake. The burger was a round patty on a sub bun, which was a bit odd.

OMG!!! Sivas stir fry was seasoned to perfection! I did not need to add salt or pepper. Saucy and fresh, just like me! The staff is always pleasant, even during stressful rushes. Its always worth the wait...when we have to wait! Oh...their milkshakes stay nice and thick while you eat and they are delicious!!!! Vegetarian options: Salads and veggie burgers available! Dietary restrictions: I try to cut down on starchy food due to being a type 2 diabetic. I get my stir fry w/out rice and my burgers with no buns. Wheelchair accessibility: They havr a ramp and no booths.

I would rate this restaurant a 10 out of 10 if I could. Amazing food all made with fresh ingredients. The employees are very friendly and all ways making sure you are satisfied. You need to try them out

The staff have always been very kind and welcoming. The food is delicious, and the price is more than reasonable. For around $23, you can get a sub (they dont hold back on the toppings like some other places), a good amount of fries (or poutine), and a delicious milkshake with a refillable foutain drink. Id recommend it to anyone, and unlike other places, you will be full after this meal. Best $23s, every time.

Solid food. I did not appreciate the attempted, forced upsell from tap to bottled water. The also tried it on three other customers while we were there. I don t know the difference between Quebec poutine and not-Quebec poutine. Owned by the brother of Siva s, staff and menu shared between. Timmins is weird.

Arrived in Timmins Wednesday night (May 15/24) asked at the hotel about a good place to eat. Was directed to new Burger Planet, what a great recommendation. The food was great and all the staff are very nice and polite. Service was great and very quick, all this made for a very pleasant meal.

Best place in town for burger and fries kind of food. The fries are fresh cut, crispy, and golden brown. Everything is always hot - and they bring it to your table. The owner and his staff are phenominal. We have tried the burgers, mushroom caps, greek salad, chicken fingers, poutine, philly cheesesteak sub, butter chicken....nothing has ever been disappointing. The portions are very generous, we can never finish our meals.

This will be our new go to place for takeout!! Excellent experience in every aspect. Upon calling I was greeted by a man who was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. We ordered 2 chicken finger platters which came with pop...pulled pork poutine...vegetable spring rolls...& fries...gravy. Everything was top notch quality, fresh, crispy & hot. Portions are huge...especially the pulled pork poutine. You definitely need to order here if you havent....AMAZING!!!

Did an online order to be delivered at noon, order didnt show up until 12:25, was 25 minutes late and our food was stone cold. I called the store and was told that our next order we would receive a free App, I was not happy about the service we received.

Coconut shrimp is the best in town!!! I ordered the fishermans platter and the shrimp is so good that i ordered a second side of it. The battered fish is impeccable and perfectly made year round. Every time i walk into burger planet im greeted with the most heart warming welcome. 10/10 the best place to eat in Timmins :)

We chose New Burger Planet because the menu has something for everybody. With two families including three teenagers, having a varied menu is a big plus. The staff were all very friendly and service was fast. The food was excellent and all three teenagers were very happy. We had burgers, wraps, chicken fingers, fries and poutines. Everything was great and we all left feeling very full. The prices are quite good for the amount of food we received too! Thanks for the great food and service!

Not fancy but an excellent diner in Timmins with an extensive menu...fish and chips, burgers, pizza, sandwiches. Fries are fresh cut, not processed. Good food, very clean, and great service. A perfect little diner.

Our first time trying this place tonight! The burgers were amazing! I had the lotsa mozza and my partner had a cheese burger. I also had a regular sized Quebec poutine and butter pecan chocolate milkshake! The fries were crispy and fresh. Portions were very generous and the price was right. Restaurant was very clean. The best part was the amazing friendly staff! We very much enjoyed meeting you and trying your great food. Cant wait till we are back in Timmins to try more of the menu. Wanted a sub late night, and couldnt eat the beef in the Philly and meatballs subs. Cooks took it on themselves to accomodate me and make a sub with chicken fingers (they asked if I wanted grilled or crispy). It came out fantastically, and was a true testament to their service!

Just took my son there as a special treat...... Amazing! The food was excellent, the service was great! We both had burgers (I had the bacon cheese and he had the double double) and agreed they were one of the best burgers we have ever had. Thank you!

The best service and milkshake

Turkey tasted awful like wet dog. It was all dried up as well and crunchy on the tips. When I called the man was defensive and maintained it was made a week ago which is unacceptable. I told him to throw it out, you cannot serve it that old but he plans to anyway.

Wow. I hadnt seen this place before as I havent been to Timmins in a couple of years. Thought wed check it out and Im so very glad we did! Bathrooms, eating area, kitchen/food prep, and customer service areas are all extremely clean and well maintained. They have local craft beers available. Staff is friendly, upbeat, and patient, answering questions about the menu items. The menu items... WOW. so many unique items to choose from. We had a buffalo burger with fries and a Greek salad with chicken. The burger arrived looking even better than the burger pics on the menu.The portion size was so generous, (especially lately) I had another salad meal to take home. Which probably wouldnt have been so good with a chefs or Caesar salad, but Greek salad can handle being eaten the next day, even with the generous amount of dressing it was served in. I just cant say enough about the food, the staff, the cleanliness. Visit this place! You wont be disappointed. Vegetarian options: Yes. I had salad, but Im sure there are other options. Dietary restrictions: Very varied menu, Im sure there are options. And the staff is very friendly so Im sure they will do their best with requests. Parking: Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Saw a highchair over to the side. The interior, especially the flooring is pretty neat, so Im sure it would be interesting for kids to look at. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Very good food! We stopped for lunch and we were both very hungry, service was quick, polite and prompt. I ordered a clubhouse sandwich with fries and gravy, it was delicious. My brother ordered a burger with fries and he was also very pleased. This restaurant had been recommended by some friends and it was an awesome experience!

We ate at Burger Planet a few days ago, Staff were great, super friendly, we had a cheeseburger combo and a grilled Caesar wrap, we received our meals quickly and both were very good. What is nice is there are so many different things to choose from and reasonably priced.

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Owner was present and extremely friendly. The price was amazing. For 11.50 I got a cheeseburger platter. The burger was homemade fresh and huge. It not only came with fresh cut fries but for that price it included a fountain drink. If that wasnt enough they also throw in a small potato salad. Unbelievable price for what you get. Everything was delicious. What a great experience I will definitely be back when in town again. I live in a large city where you pay 15 dollars for the burger only so this pricing is incredible go you wont regret it.

In my opinion, this is the best quality burger in Timmins. A decent amount of real beef, and the bacon was obviously prepared by a bacon lover. The bun is just right, not soggy, not too chewy. And just when I thought the art of making good French fries was nowhere to be found in Timmins, New Burger Planet uses real potato fries, not that McCain garbage, and they are properly cooked, not hard and tasteless like so many others. Please, dont ever change your recipes! To top it off, the staff is super friendly and quick, which makes the whole experience that much better.

Food is delicious, fast and fresh. The bread/buns used for the burgers could not be any fresher. Its just amazing. Not too bad as a treat every once in awhile because price is a bit higher but you are definitely paying for quality. Friendliest burger joint in town. Owner works on site and is always around to make sure quality stays top notch.

After eating at numerous burger joints, Ive built a decent understanding of what a good burger should taste like. With that experience, I would put this joint as one of the best Ive visited. 100% on point prep with the perfect amount of ingredients. Even the right amount of juice dripped from the burger. Presumably, the owner, who prepared my burger knows what he is doing. I wouldve welcomed a bit bigger portion though. A must visit next time Im passing by.

Food was excellent (Bison Burger and fries for me), but every plate I saw looked good. They have a very diverse menu, so there is something for everyone. Even more outstanding was the service - friendly and attentive, despite it being a fast food atmosphere.

Unreal Philly cheese steak, as someone from the GTA I am spoiled with lots of good restaurants and these northern towns never cut it. This has been one of the best cheesesteak sandwiches I have ever had. Rivals some of the best sandwich spots in Toronto

This is by far the best restaurant I ve been to in Timmins maybe even the best restaurant I ve been to in my life. The quality is unbeatable, the prices are amazing and the best part of all is the customer service. All the employees are so well trained, you can tell they are happy to work there. You feel so welcomed when you walk thru the door that it feels like you ve been there a million times on your first visit. Unbelievably happy with my experience at New Burger Planet!!!!
