Lady Luck Family Restaurant and Convenience Store in Timmins

One of the best food in town. Could improve on answering their calls faster more but that’s about it. I missed their formal restaurant and not their catering business because I can’t get their delicious food anymore :( Make sure to get their food fresh when you order and not used for the highest quality Filipino Food.

Food was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Had the dinner for 4. Fed all of us with a little bit left over and we all would have kept eating if we could. We will definitely be going back before our work in town is done to try the rest of the menu.

Traveled from ottawa to Timmis. Founds this wonderful restaurant 50min prior closing. The cook (Stella) was awesome. And the food was fresh and delicious. Took the Meal for 2 and we could not eat all. For sure, if we are travelling back again in Timmis, that will be my 1 stop.

We had no idea that we are able to try authentic Filipino food in Timmins. The wonderful cook Estella served the best chicken fried rice with extra garlic and Chicken Afritada. We tried SISIG for the first time and it was absolutely delicious.

July 30, 2022 @ 5 p.m. Toronto to Timmins for halo-halo and more… What a memorable experience having dinner at Lady Luck Family Restaurant, arriving with an empty stomach eager for something wholesome and healthy. The quality, taste, freshness and quantity of the food was amazing, everything is homemade, served hot and is oh so flavorful, with hot sauce to add a bit of zing to things. The Halo-halo was incredible, not too sweet and so incredibly refreshing, and a treat for the tummy. The hospitality and friendliness of Ate Stella and the staff will have you coming back, and the conversation over dinner was like being part of the family and local community. The phone was ringing, online orders were being picked up and the dinner rush was beginning, and we’re hoping to be back in the very near future for another memorable meal.

My fiancé and I had an incredibly cozy experience eating here! The staff are very kind and the food was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for a place that feels like you’re having dinner with mom, this is the place to be! Thank you again Stella :)

First time eating here and what a superb experience. Estella and Diwata were very accommodating, friendly and made us delicious food. Highly recommended!

Omg this place was amazing! All homeade food! Warm, welcoming staff, great variety, not your average buffet! All left over food then gets donated NIGHTLY to the Good Samaritan Inn and Living Space...I mean come on..who does that in this town..this lady does. Food was no word of a lie better than mom's. Go, eat, support locally..!!
