This review is for the a&w by the airport in Timmins. Food is good at all stores. Here was the same. Service was awesome however the atmosphere wasn't the best. Every table was dirty, ketchup was almost empty, seasoning salt covered 75% of counter. Being in a gas station/convenience the door opens constantly and we were frozen. Again good service and food but stocking and cleanliness were lacking
A&W Coffee Run ☕🚗💨 * No coffee: They were out and didn't offer to make more. * Tim Hortons save: Went next door, got my coffee fix. * Needs improvement: A&W needs to step up their game.
The service was amazing, very nice young man helping me figure out the best deal. The food was meh it's a&w. It's almost December up here in the north the seating area was chili.
I specifically ordered budy burger with no onions and no mayo, but two times I went, they got my order wrong. It’s frustrating to repeat the same request and still end up with something I didn’t ask for. Definitely not happy with the service.
This guy Asthon was very helper today it was my first time at a&w and he helped me pick out the best option on the menu.
The food was quite good, similar to the other locations. The service was some of the worst service I've ever encountered. The man who took my order was watching videos on his phone and coughed in my face twice while speaking. He ignored me at times and kept spacing out. I do not recommend visiting this location. Please go somewhere else when searching for food. The ambiance is nice, but it's a little dirty.
Very clean and beautiful A&W. We ordered two breakfast meals and it took almost 20 minutes to receive it. We were the only ones in line and maybe one or two people in the driveway. Service was extremely extremely slow.
Open early 2024, this A&W is located in a newly developed building with new equipment making it very clean and visually appealing. The food quality was amazing as expected of a new establishment with a friendly staff. Drive through is available as well as dine-in tables. As with other A&W locations, dining in offers the classic frosted mug to keep your soft drink cold. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Ok, for fast food
I got a hamburger when I ordered a chicken burger, but the food was good, and so was the service. I was just no happy when I got home and saw my order was wrong
Food is always hot & fresh. Very friendly & accommodating staff.
In the beginning I was preferring this location. Onion rings were fresh etc. This visit, I could tell my onion rings were refried. I wont be going back. Wheelchair accessibility: Able to get in with wheel chair, mobility devices.

Dont bother ordering on the app or drive thru you will just be told to park in the front for 25 minutes or longer. Not really sure why they have a drive thru when they always make everyone park in the front of the store anyways even when you order 20 minutes ahead of time.

The staff is very good. Most of the time I went there and I feel it. Food and staff are great. Parking: The structure of parking is great only few steps away from getting food. Ifs helpful for delivery persons and old folks too.

Phenomenal. Clean and delicious food. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Love the hand washing station in the open. Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wraps for the gluten intolerant can be ordered. Some locations will substitute one hash brown for bread on their breakfast platters.
Just like any other A&W. Food and prices are the same as any other. Friendly staff but its no different then any Ontarios A&W

Used the drive thru, got a chicken burger, a fry and a drink. 3 km ride home, bun was stale and fries mushy. Newer location, but this shouldnt be. I didnt go back to have them correct it. You shouldnt have to be leary of freshness. Drive thru are extremely convenient for the busy life style, but quality and freshness is still expected. Disappointing.

Excellent Teen burger combo as usual! Great customer service. Very pleased this A&W had moved into my neighbourhood. Service has been fast and friendly. Orders accurate and food quality fresh and hot. We also didnt expect the new coffee to be so good. My husband had been dropping in here just for coffee on occasion. Parking: Its attached to a gas station and has a fair number of parking spots.
Must visit place for beyond meat burgers.

Previous reviews are not accurate. 1 star. Drive through is really bad. I ve gone about 8-9 times now ordering the same thing and my order is cold, burger has white fat indicating it s a cool burger fries are ok could be better. I never get any seasoning on my fries or onion rings when I explicitly ask for extra. My experience.
