The staff that served me were good. Had a hard time understanding me. I have noticed the last couple times I’ve gone to taco time in timmins ON I’ve been getting double charged on combos. They will charge you for everything you get then they add a “combo meal” and tacks on more money for nothing. Sorry I injoy the food they serve but I won’t be going anymore if I’ll be getting double charged.
The best mexican food option in the town. Definitely deluxe fries are recommended. Loved it.

Food was great, but the service was BAD. 1 worker was very rude and complaining in his own language; we couldn’t understand but we could tell by his body language. I probably won’t order there again only depending on who’s working.
What a fantastic find. Usually only find Taco Bell in Ontario. But in Timmins it is Taco Time…..WAY BETTER. The tacos are actually full and flavourful. Even 10 times better than the Taco Supreme at Taco Bell. The service was super friendly to top it off. Makes the whole experience enjoyable and fulfilling. I’ll be back!!!!
It was great experience, as the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch. It was the best food I have ever tried.👍👍
The food is amazing I go ever time I get the chance it took a little while to be ordered but otherwise the staff was nice and overall I’d recommend it any day of the week
Terrible, just terrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered here twice and both times it was gross. They do not have hot sauce or hot peppers or jalapeños. I have never had such bad Mexican food in my life and I live for Mexican food. I will never go hear again. The staff does not know how to make Mexican food. So dissatisfied.

For my first experience ever at this taco chain it was horrible. The service from the staff was extremely rushed and just wanted to move on with the next order. My food was just slammed into the bag destroying my taco. I had taken one bite and was so dissatisfied with it I threw it out. I will not be returning and don t recommend anyone else go here for your first experience at this taco Chain. Unfortunately I did not take a photo out of frustration.

If i could give a 0 i would. Worse customer service. The girl at the counter talked about me the entire time I was at her counter. And she did it in a different language so I wouldnt understand her. She was even talking bad about me to the my fries people.
I ordered mountain Dew soft drink from the web site, got there to pick up my order and was told that they didnt have that soft drink and choose another drink, they also forgot my extra sour cream that I specifically ordered. I was not happy with the service I paid for, also had no napkins in the bag.

One of the most important factors in any successful restaurant, from take out and fast food to quality fine dining is consistency. Consistency is missing from this business. I have ordered from here on 3 separate occasions and all 3 times the food was, in a word, below average. On all 3 times, the same order was made differently as well. On tuesdays I would get the 3 tacos for 6$ and each time the tacos were made with either different ingredients, were packed incredibly poorly with all the meat on all 3 tacos on one side of the shell with nothing but veg in the middle, or missing ingredients all together (one of them had 1/4 of the beef of the others). Orders of different meals have had varying success. Burritos have come cold, quesadillas were not made properly and many other problems with their food. At other times, the food is made perfectly and is actually satisfying to eat and more importantly, delicious. It all comes back to the key factor: consistency. This business has none and the unfortunate side effect is food made incorrectly in differing ways each time you go there. As such, I cant recommend anyone go here and have given this take out food a 1*. Hopefully the owners and management can sort out the problems.
Worst customer experience ever. Not all of them though just the guy with the long hair does not know how to talk to a customer at all. I think You guys really need to take an interview before you give the job to someone.
I had a bad experience. They took so long to processing of food and when I asked for my order after 15 mins, the guy didn t response well and he was disrespectful. Owner need to look at it.

Terrible experience with the guys. Worst customer experience. It felt like they are doing a favour to me when i tried to order. It like they ate forced to work there and doing favour on the customers. Extremely rude behaviour. Also no hygiene maintainence . Never going back there
