Couldn t put a 0 star, but that s what they deserve. Can always count on excuses from this location. Friday night @ 10:30pm turning clients away, couldn t be seated for 30 minutes because a total of 8 tables were occupied on the bar side no tables occupied on dining side. Was told yeah well, we re only 2 working sooo You have 8 tables divided by 2 is only 4. Funny how the Fish Bowl only ever has 2 servers and they manage the entire restaurant themselves and no one has to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I tried, this will be my very last time ever giving them the benefit of the doubt. Will never return.

Good food, good service. Most times there are errors in the orders hence why I cannot ever give 5 stars. While not major errors, it s still frustrating.

Had an issue with the food not being the food I ordered but through a previous review I left, the owner contacted me and offered apologies and a coupon voucher for my next meal on them. Very thankful for the customer service by the owner and staff the second time around.

I regularly visit this location to get dinner while Im up here for work trips. This time I flew in on a late flight and called to order when its listed on Google maps that the location is open until midnight, when I called shortly after 10 a lady answered the phone and when I called for pickup she said they were closed then hung up. Fix your hours

The servers is just look at your walk by don t even ask and I also asked for sauce and never got it and not completely cooked

I have come to work in timmins from out of town. I just finished work and I googled the operating hours of local restaurants. It showed that Boston pizza was still open. And that I had the opportunity buddy to come and eat after work since I was staying at the hotel next door. For starters when I walked in there was nobody around in order to be seated. Then after a few minutes someone finally showed up and basically turned me around at the door stating that they did the last call a while ago and no one was around so they decided to close early. I am not onot impressed, but also very disappointed.In regards to operating hours as compared to closing whenever they feel like it. Just because there may or may not be anybody coming in does not mean nobody will show up. I am very unsatisfied with the idea of closing early. I am very unsatisfied with the idea of closing early. Some people are just Arriving from work at this time Would potentially enjoy some kind of late evening meal Thinking that the google operating hours are correct. I would suggest that they follow the operating hours that they have online or change them. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed. Had an amazing time at BP today our server Norm was an absolute delight, his drinks were amazing, I asked for a fruity surprise and I was surprised, had some type of cosmo which was delish, food was awesome nice and hot with a twist of spicy which my husband and I both enjoyed. WTG, BP Timmins.

I had really bad experience due to staff member named Chloe, I usually go to Boston for dine in and sometimes for deliveries pickup, on new year i went there for delivery pickup but she really bad behaved me, she was so rude. Not only with me but with many of my co- workers on skip also shared her behaviour with me they said she did same with them also. Overall this was the most disgusting experience i have ever had in restaurant

Service was great. Food was good. I had the cheese ravioli with Bolognese sauce. The ravioli was good. The sauce was in desperate need of additional spice, though thats common of chain restaurants.

If I could give this place a 0 star review thats what I would do. Came here in December of 2022 with a friend. We got seated and the server gave us menus. After around 5-10 minutes, the server came and asked for our drinks and we both ordered water and decided to order our appetizer and meals. Even after we got our meals, our drinks or appetizers did not come, nor were we given utensils or mini plates. Sat around for 20 minuets after our food came and the server asked how everything was going. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Very disappointed.

The tall young gentleman who served us was very good. I did not like a drink I chose to try. It was well made, but I did not like it. He gave me another beverage at no extra cost. We had the ravioli and the hungry carnivore. Great portions, ravioli was actually fantastic, and ricotta inside was delicious. The pasta dish couldve used more than just green and red peppers as veggies for good measure lol otherwise very very tasty. The appetizer we had was Bandera bread. The perfect mid-size appetizer before an already heavy filling meal. Great job Boston Pizza, Timmins. We will go again.

The food was great! Service was good and it wasn t that busy which made it more intimate for a date. One thing I would caution or warn the restaurant about id being able to overhear conversations in the kitchen from certain seating area s in the restaurant.

Chicken parm was good. Fried were cold. Beer was nice and cold. Clean and friendly!

Great place to go for food. Ceasars are awesome and calamari is the bomb. Jalapeño dip is so good too. Cream of broccoli soup is really good and Hawaiian pizza.

I am a little disappointed with the service we got. the food that was served to us came cold and wet.

We know excellent service, we took the flavors of the month. Our waitress was attentive and attentive.

We were there as an after party for a recent Rock Solid Wrestling Show unannounced just before midnight. Might have overwhelmed the staff but they were professional and kind. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended.

They need to change manage timings on google. We went all the way to restaurant because it was showing its open till 1 in the night but when we reach there it was closed and kind renovations going on there.

The bar side, we always get great service and quick orders. The restaurant side, not sure what it is, but service is brutally slow. 10 minutes to get the first visit, and then 30+ minutes for very basic food orders. If youve only got an hour or youre hungry Id considering going somewhere else. Had to get my food to go tonight! Food is alright, but theres something about speed of service that needs improvement. Kid-friendliness: Pretty full kids menu.

Me and my girlfriend have been eating at BP for a long time now, and the service has always been fantastic (shoutout to Jonah who was spectacular during our last visit!) We highly recommend the cactus cut potatoes, the potatoes are crispy and the sauce is to die for. For dessert, we ordered the NY cheese cake with caramel drizzle and id give the cheesecake 5 stars on its own. We most definitely will be coming back soon ! :) Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options!

In Timmins for a conference and the restaurant was un prepared. The service was slow and food was horrible. It was an opportunity to capitalize and failed. Shame on the Shark. The franchise will not carry on this way but the founder will bail before it crashes.

Best experience weve had at a restaurant in a very long time. Jonah was absolutely AMAZING! he kept us laughing the whole night and was very attentive. He treated my kids as if they were his family. Weve never experienced a server as friendly and so accommodating. 5 stars is going to Jonah! We will be back!

My family and i went there we had to wait 30 minutes for a table because we were a bigger party but they kept letting groups of 4 sit down. They couldnt put 2 tables together for us but allowed more then 5 groups to sit down. After finally getting a table the service was awful they hardly came to check on the table and never filled our drinks. Terrible experience never going back

Food was typical and fine and the waitress was great but the managers of this establishment have no clue what theyre doing or saying. Was charged twice for my meal and never refunded. Have had to chase this place down with no professionalism on their end. So disgusted and disappointed. I would never come here again. Just an update, its been 2 weeks and still havent recieved my money. Contacted the operations manager and still have not heard back. Debating if I should contact the better business bureau and hope they can help. Absolutely shocked that this is how they run and manage a business.

The Fiesta salad was no party! Took staff out for lunch and we were all excited to try the new Fiesta Salad on the menu. What we received was in no comparison to the description. Wilted lettuce soaked in creamy dressing, a small sprinkle of vegetables, a tablespoon of guacamole slapped on the side with some cubed substance they called chicken but looked and tasted more like tofu cover in what we think was Catalina dressing. For an.$18 salad I expected better quality.

I order from Boston pizza on a regular basis so I know my order. I ordered a small pizza with just cheese and extra sauce. After I pay and leave a $3 tip on a takeout order I checked my order when I got in my car and my pizza had no sauce on it. Not only that but I ordered their three cheese toast which the young man who took my order on the phone said he couldn t find that in the system and he didn t know what that was so then I tried to explain it to him and he said oh yes it s this kind of garlic bread some kind of Panera kind so I said ok as he works there and I don t so I thought he d know what s he s talking about over me even though I order from here at least 5 times a month. So the garlic bread was not the three cheese toast and something different. He told me I could not get my garlic bread changed because I agreed to it on the phone even though I told him what the name of it was when I was on the phone at first ( the three cheese toast) so he was the one that got mixed up not me but said I could not get a refund because I agreed to his mistake so then I talked to the manager and she said no you need to fix this girls order so thankfully she knew what she was doing but then I get home with the new order and the pizza is burnt and also I checked the rest of my food that I assumed they did right and my bad I should of checked the whole order and they messed that up as well. I ordered a individual size chicken ceaser salad with no bacon no curtains just the dressing and Parmesan cheese. Well it was a full sized salad with no chicken and no Parmesan cheese. So sad to say they lost a very regular customer who always tips on take out orders that I pick up my self. Not impressed at all. This is the first review I have ever written it s that bad.

Hi Boston Pizza lovers...... although, in general I have no complaints.....Love Love Love the mushroom/spinach penne....really enjoy the multi cheese ravioli BUT the spaghetti and meatballs for $21.99 is a total failure....mushy pasta and the sauce is mediocre at best....meatballs are ok but I give that pasta a 3....it tastes like canned spaghetti.

Visiting town for a hockey tournament. The food was really good and staff was very friendly.

Horrible delivery service. Im not complaining about our driver he was really nice. However the service from the store itself horrible. We placed our order at 935pm our email confirmation said 10:40pm we called at 10:50pm the lady that was answering the phone said all the deliveries are out. Did not confirm our name nothing. We called again at 11:09pm (keep in mind the store is 6 min away from us and we are in a motel) she tried to say the same thing I said no I want a confirmed eta of when it will be here. She said she was gonna call the driver. When she came back he will be there soon, i said eta a time. Soon. Good thing we looked at the bags because they never send any cutlery.. HOW DO YOU EAT PASTA WITH NO CUTLERY????

Worst service i could ever have in my life.we were there and one of the staff told us to wait for 15 min. We waited for almost more than half hour but no one came to answer us and the girl who told us to wait went on her break without informing any other staff and when we try to approach other staff but no one answered us. We called manager but manager never came to us. Then one girl came to us and told us that we closed at 10 and you are too many people so we won t serve you. I would never suggest such places to any one. Worst staff and service one could ever have in their life.

Excellent restaurant atmosphere and staff, only seems better with every visit. Had the ravioli. Update: Forgot my receipt and even a week later a very helpful gentleman by the name of Ken was able to find it in the system and send it to me via email. This was SO HELPFUL! Thanks again Ken!

Personally I really enjoy here and the food is great. However, delivery needs work. From time of order to delivery was almost 2 hours just 11 minute shy of 2 hours. That is horrible. Then when ready to eat, they didn t pack the sauces that the power bowls come with .so it s plain. This is the second time this has happened within the last 2 times I ordered from here. That is totally unacceptable. You ensure it s all together to bring to the table, it s still your job to ensure it s all together for delivery. Don t know what the problem is lately but please correct before ratings are affected. Further, when called about it, all gets dismissed like it s no big deal!!! Ugh. Totally disappointed!!!

I just want to thank the GM, Jennifer and her staff for my after party that myself and about 30 or so people attended last night at around 10:30. We were a bunch of pro wrestlers and volunteers that showed up for lots of food and drinks as we were hungry and thirsty after our charity event! The staff was was great, super friendly and courteous and the food was served in a timely manner! I also love the new menu! Oh, and it was delicious too!! Since 2005, BP has been our go to place to relax, unwind, laugh and have a great time! We left super happy and will definitely be back for our next wrestling event in April 2023! Again, thank you, it was greatly appreciated!!

The food was great and the service was fantastic! I cant remember our servers name unfortunately, but he went above and beyond. Not only did he take care of a huge table (there were 21 of us), he was kind, kept up with us, and brought the lateness of some of our main dishes to his bosss attention before we could even start complaining. That was outstanding!

The hostess was absolutely horrible and completely incompetent. She ruined the evening for 4 people. She is unorganized and incapable of handling the stress of her job. We left the restaurant and will not be returning ever. Dining in Timmins is bad enough. Employees such as this who have no concept of customer service is a big reason why.

Chef Mic is literally unstoppable. Everything at this company is delivered frozen - except for the salads. And the salads, are to die for. Literally I went out in the middle of a pandemic to eat a salad. Probably the best salads at a chain that exist, and if I ever take my employees out for a corporate luncheon again, I am taking them here. I wont pay, though. Just because I can doesnt mean I will.

Pretty good experience today. Service wasnt bad just a little slow. Server was friendly though. The pineapple, beet, goat cheese salad was good. I dont know if there is something Im missing that they have to do this. Everytime Im out anywhere and say I just want a 1/2 glass of pop refill they always bring a full one. I even mentioned to the person Im with, watch hell bring a full one. When he came back with the full glass my friend started to laugh. Not a big deal just curious.
