Place was busy understaffed and the staff that were there didn’t care at all they told me 20 minutes half an hour later I walked back in rushed my order on the spot got it wrong whatever not to upset by that part but when the employe grabbed the wrong drinks I tried to correct him he just tossed my order on the counter and walked away after standing at the cash for another 2 minutes he finally came back and exchanged my drinks just poor service and longer get then promised wait time and wrong pizza will not be back
Food is always great but this past delivery order with skip was disappointing. Ordered a snack box (chicken bites and onion rings) the quantity given is an embarrassment for the price. 5-6 rings with 5 chicken bites. The nice pictures with a loaded boxes when ordering isn’t what you get by no means. Disappointing for the 15$. Should of just grabbed a pizza instead

This is very disappointing for a bacon poutine, not even a full piece of bacon is in here and a splash of gravy. I would not recommend getting a poutine here whatsoever.
I just ordered from pizza pizza for first time it’s was a very bad experience there were hairs inside the slice of pizza and the butter chicken also gave the foul smell I recommend you guys not to order from here. My whole money was waste .
So my buddy called for a pizza and asked for it to be cooked well done and made sure to say last time it was doughy so please cook it well done we get to his place it's doughy so he calls to complain we bring the pizza back to show them and get a new one and the guy says "this is the last one" like what its not our fault it wasn't cooked properly the first time and then we get the second pizza same thing

I ordered large pizza and they ask me to wait for 20 minutes and they served within time . It was delicious with crunchy and palatable crust and toppings as well.

It was a wonderful customer service and the way they show the options of different base sauce and combinations of toppings which best fit for me and I never get disappointed about the quality of the food and also all the services like when I put an order for pickup , I get call when it s ready that s saves the time and reflect that they respect the time of people. Overall , I was a fantastic experience.
Vegetarian options: The taste of pizza was not same as last year and it was bot tasty.
We order a pizza and Wait for almost 1 hour thats ok but the taste of pizza ugly and base of pizza is like wood hard we never order again pizza from pizza pizza

I am disappointed by the service at this location. My order was placed well in advance (30 mins online prior to arriving at this location). When I get to the counter and request my order I was told they just started preparing my order. 10/10 would not recommend this restaurant to other people.

Ever since Pizza Pizza moved to their location by the bargain shop its become my favourite place for a classic pep and cheese pizza. Not only that but things like deep fried pickles, wings, onion rings and fries.. etc! Great delivery times and pricing. Update to add friendly welcoming service everytime I go in, even when just needing to use the washroom greeted kindly.

I had the best Cheeseburger pizza last night Nov 7/2022. So fresh and delicious. I tried the classic poutine also but was disappointed as the fries and gravy was cold and not enough gravy so it made it dry. But hands down the BEST PIZZA .

Tomato base sauce is a thing of the past - forget everything you ever thought you knew about pizza, and slap some garlic sauce on your slazinski. Add some Italian herbs, some mushrooms, and some sausage. Thats the ideal pizza, and Im here to tell you it snacks the hell out of all the other pizza places in town.

Every tym i went there, worker had no mask on face, or if they have, they didnt cover their nose, also they keep touching their mask nd nose while making pizzas.

I dont understand the confusion when it comes to wearing masks when working with food during a pandemic. Now dont get me wrong Im sick of them too. But what i dont want is someone coughing on my food and jeprodizing the safety of me and my family. Store manager really needs to do their job and enforce the rules.
Company is useless. Tried to explain to them that I am literally 7 minutes down the road from the store, but they kept saying that I am outside there delivery area. When asked why, they insisted that it was for food quality. When I told them that I am just down the road and that food quality wouldnt be an issue, they dismissed me. I asked if I could put in a request to change their delivery area. Again dismissed but the customer service representative. They dismiss me, then they wont be getting a single dollar from me for the rest of my life. I would like to repeat. Useless company.

I like this one because the staff is super friendly. They always get the orders right and they are fast. Usually only wait 15 to 20 mins.

Food was So Good. The manager at the front desk, who is good looking with cool hair style was so polite and always suggest the Good Deals. He always had that Swag and treat the customers as his friends. So this is my Go to Location anytime for Good Food and Hospitality
Im giving 4 stars bc the service from our waiter (with the exception of forgetting my tea with my desert) and manager were above and beyond. The meal itself was not executed well at all (due to glitches with new kitchen staff) which is understandable and at the same time extremely disappointing because I was out for supper so I didnt have to cook or wait on anyone although ended up taking my meal home with added spices to warm through the next day for dinner. All in all we survived and will return at some point...
