Always excellent pizza for sure

Ive had to make due with gluten free crusts due to an allergy. This place by far has the best gluten free crust. I really enjoy how crispy it is and thin, but its not dry. Its my usual pizza place in the city right now.

Usually pizza is delivered hot. Last 2 times it has arrived its been lukewarm. Not paying that price to basically reheat my pizza in the oven before I can finish my meal. Very disappointed. Sorry toppers, you dropped the ball and I wont be ordering again.

When we received our order it was 30 minutes late and cold. I asked for vegan cheese because I cannot have dairy products due to allergies. On my pizza the cheese wasn t even melted. Very disappointed with my order. This is the second time my order has been messed up. Will not be ordering from them again. Do better toppers Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese was not even melted

Ordered a pizza for lunch online , online gave me 34 mins for pizza, 75 mins later and still no pizza, called and was told Timmins had no time guarantee, wasted my whole lunch waiting for my food. Definitely will never order there again.

Bread sticks should only be hot, if they are cold, or overcooked, then not passed on to unsuspecting consumers. Better training.

Double fail. Ordered thin crust for 6:30. Showed up at 6:00, regular crust. I regret not refusing at the door, and giving a tip for substandard service. $30.00+ for a small pizza and drink. Staff needs English language training and reading skills. Just received an anonymously addressed thanks for the positive review ???. Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else.

It was a great experience with mouth watering food.

Always fast and friendly. Even though I tend to show up later in the evening the cashier is always greeting you with (I assume) a smile and a greeting. Fast to make the pizza and have never gotten it wrong. Awesome location.

For a pizza place the staff was amazing super fast and super polite, I did not just feel like another customer, But I still felt like my time was valued. The pizza I had received was made with love and care, I definitely recommend this pizza place for your pizza cravings.

I didn t get my bread sticks

I have been trying to get ahold of the store for 2 days and no answers. Weather it be email or call and no one has the decency to respond in any form. I ordered 2 pizzas 1 regular and 1 lactose free as there is a bad dairy allergy and we even put it in the note. I had suffered a severe allergic reaction and was just trying to get an ingredient list as to what was on the lactose free pizza and I couldn t find it online. This is for medical reasons to give to a doctor and no one can pick up a phone to call back or email me a list. Thanks toppers, worst experience by far!

My wings went to waste as did $23 + Tax of my money because they forgot to put the side sauce for my wings with the order. Normally I have no problems with my local Toppers in The Soo but here in Timmins Ontario on a visit is a different story. Doubt Im getting any kind of compensation. Ordered a medium pizza and stuffed cheesy bread and the pizza was great but as I was eating the cheesy bread came across a rounded plastic object which looked like when you cut off the tip of a caulking tube. At least thats what I hope it was. Who knows lol. Bit down and realized it was not. Mmm. So that was my latest experience

We ordered 4 large Pizzas, 3 were ok and one pizza was incomplete. The buffalo chicken came with just a bit of cheese and a bit of chicken, no other ingredients. We have ordered this pizza several times in the past and it has red onions, red peppers... Sent an email from their website and the reply was simply call the local pizzeria, When I called the pizzeria I was offered $5 coupon. Not acceptable after we paid $22 plus tax tip and delivery for a pizza that we put in the garbage. I asked for a manager to call me back. Waited a few more days. Called again, I was assured a call back. NOTHING. Sent another email, response was the same. Therefore called again a few days later and left another message for manager to call me back.NOTHING! Once they have your money they dont care! Our order was over $105. We will never order from here again unfortunately! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I love pizza. As a human being that lives on Earth, that should surprise no one. Toppers is elite pizza. Sure, its no Francescos, but I dont feel like driving to South end just for a slice of slazinski. Their thin crust with a lil dabble of garlic butter gets my taint all tingly just thinking of it. Their meat lovers pizza is top tier, and their service is great. Only downside is they tend to forget about the sauce. Their house sauce is fantastic, but the chef always forgets to put them in the box, and my peanut brain always forgets to ask.

Best pizza Ive had in a long, long time! The cauliflower crust was so delicious, I worried that I ordered the regular crust, haha. Delivery was right on time, the pizza & wings were perfect temperature.

Must have been a bad day. Each part of this is worse than any toppers I ve been to. The breadsticks were so bad with almost no garlic on them. They forgot a second dip also. Bad experience for sure

Last time I ordered they forgot the toppers sticks. The chicken tastes fake now and fatty wont order it again. Ordered a pizza and it took 1.5 hours to make it to my house & they didnt want to give it free for the hassle. Wont order here ever again just lost a good paying customer. I find it funny how you wont give the customer the cold pizza for free but youll throw it out though. Rather than try & make up for your lack of customer service. Then your supervisors call line gives a bunch of attitude and hangs up on you because they dont care at all!

if they mess up your order you cant call the real delivery place it directs you to a call centre, you are then placed on hold and peppered with ads while your food gets cold wont be ordering again

So not ordering here anymore! Figured we would have Pizza for dinner well that was a bad idea! Lets just say Dinner is costing me a trip to the dentist! It literally chipped my tooth! Worst 60$ ever spent! I do not recommend this place at all! For that price I will stick with Pizza Hut! At least over there I never got a chipped tooth! Update as of December, 14 2021. I tried it again, figured id give it another chance, and the same exact thing happened... this is horrible! Thank goodness this time it was just under a 40$ order... but need to go to the dentist again... now, its definitely done with!

The cheese blend with the cheddar in it gives these guys a leg up on the competition! I really enjoyed this pizza!!!

Not saying Timmins Toppers pizza isnt that great but the company in general has lost alot of their product quality over the years. Timmins Toppers pizza is good, very clean and great customer service.

Toppers USED to be my favourite pizza place. I ve had a few orders that went horribly wrong and the owner was great to correct/give credits very quickly. My last order I made a mistake on the app and selected pick up instead of delivery, I quickly called the store to correct it, no problem, was told I d have to be refunded and pay the new total at the door. Which is totally understandable, was nice enough to still apply the 50% coupon from the app. HOWEVER. I was told that the refund HAD been issued and would take 5 days, also was stated on my receipt. So 7 or 8 days later I called to inquire and was told the refund was never issued and I d have to wait ANOTHER 5 days. That is very very inconvenient to have almost $25 tied up for 2 weeks. At this point I m still waiting for the refund, and I m very disappointed as it feels like my ONE large subpar pizza and bottle of dip cost me $50, and a headache.

Not only is the pizza great but the people that work there are amazing...we broke down infront and they brought us out some amazing breadsticks and tried to help us get back on our way

I think I will have to switch pizza places its been 3 times now they just cover half the pizza on a pepperoni and cheese pizza they dont go far back with toppings to much crust with nothing on it

Food was just mediocre and blah. The dough on my pizza was not cooked in some parts and was raw.

I got hooked on their Great 8 promotion, they were fantastic. Unfortunately it was a limited time promotion, and I had to switch to their Supreme 10. That was not a loss as they are still my flat out favorite. In the past I have been a fan of Pizza Hut and Dominos version of Meat Lovers, and, while they are still very good, I must admit that Toppers version is much better than either. I have been enjoying pizzas for decades, my late wife made an incredible pizza heavy on the cheese and these are as good but better in many ways. Now that I have said that, I can expect to be haunted for it. Lol.

Ordered Toppers and was disappointed to see the toppings far from the edge of the pizza. Been a while since I ordered and remembered a more generous amount of topping on their pizzas.

I was so disappointed, I had not ordered in a long time. Was looking forward to 10 topper! I ordered on app verified twice, none onions, none sausage.? Ordered coke! Received Diet Coke! Ordered 1dip because you get 1 with pizza didn t receive! I think the app might be faulty our it s not followed.

The pizza sauce could be less acidic, however this is the best place for pizza in town! If only they could deep fry their wings! The prices are mid to high range but you wont be disappointed!

The pizza here used to be great... i dont know what happened i still order once in a while in hopes to get a good one but everytime theres something ussually undercooked doe... they often forget things... i remember when they first opened when i was a kid we had a canadian every weekend was the best... today irs far from the same... the presentation of it is sloppy often toppings not spread often pay for extra but definately isnt extra.. i can go on but i wont i just wish theyd cook my pizza right for once so i can remember the good pizza they once had.. this tim my crust was dark but under toping like play doe! Whats going on...

Food was cold when it arrived call centre staff were rude when thry took my wifes order boneless chicken wings were under cooked. Not a good experience at all!

They sent the wrong pizza and told me it was my fault they sent the wrong pizza, I have the receipt to prove that hypothesis wrong, when they sent the second pizza it was very under cooked, never eating there again. Disrespectful.

When I have ordered online, I requested mushrooms and extra cheese on a meatball crostini, I was charged for them but they were not on the sandwich. This happened a few times.

I placed a large order with the Timmins Toppers Pizza several weeks in advance for my childs birthday party. When I placed my order I provided my credit card information and requested the payment be taken the same day which the confirmed was not a problem. Several hours after the pizzas had been delivered and the party was over I recieved a text message from an unrecognized number asking for my credit card details and saying my payment hadnt gone though. I also received several phone calls and a voicemail from various numbers not associated with toppers pizza regarding the payment. So the day after the party I called toppers pizza directly and confirmed the payment hadnt gone through and gave them my credit card information again so they could take the payment. I checked my bank account after they took the payment and discovered they had taken an extra 15$ on top of the bill. I called back and spoke with the store manager Gerry who refunded the 15$, offered a hasty apology, blamed everything on the students and then hung up on me when asked if he was planning on offering any compensation for the inconvenience. Definitely wont be ordering from the Timmins Toppers again anytime soon.

Love this place. Before I found out Im gluten intolerant, this was my go to for amazing breadsticks. Ive never had cold food from here. Always comes nice and hot. I also know the owner and manager here are very supportive of the community.

Not the same anymore, just like everywhere else the kids who work there just dont care. Todays generations are just brutal at everything they do and got no pride. I know its not a big deal but thats not the point, for 20$ a pizza it should be perfect everytime

Did a timed order. Arrived ahead of time and paid. 15 min AFTER the order was timed for, they cannot find one of the pizzas. Now have to wait another 10 min for fresh ones to be made. Looking at 25-30 min AFTER the timed order. The store was not busy. Will think twice before ordering here again.

Im in town for business and ordered food from here to be delivered to my hotel. Was told that it would be 45 min. After an hour I get a phone call from them to say the driver attempted to go to my room twice.. and had front desk call. This never happened. I was waiting not so patiently in my room the entire time and when I told the person that he just responded with attitude and no apologies. Once the driver FINALLY showed up to my room he didnt have the credit card machine with him even though my bill stated it was required and my food was completely cold. I normally love toppers pizza but this just tasted awful.

Last night I ordered pizza first thing is I get a completely different order from what I ordered so I sent it back . 2 hours later I called back asking where my pizza is and they kinda laugh oh its sitting here for pick up . I dont even know if I got a fresh pizza or not. I was also told Id get a 25 % discount because of all the troubles on their end so about 2 and a half hours later I finally get my pizza and also had to pay full price. I am so discusted in the survice at toper pizza here in timmins , I know I will not be ordering from there again ... sincerely a very disappointed customer !!!!
