Have been a couple of times since the reopening. Coupons online do not work and staff do not help. They just shrug their shoulders and say we can t help you.

Made burger wrong cook pulled cheese off with bare hands and reserved burger. Patty burnt one side barley cooked other garbage don t go there

Its has best food, and staff is so good at their given work. Vegetarian options: Its best to get vegetarian and the taste of vegetarian food is superb and to get vegetarian option in northern canada. Thank you so much to have an vegetarian options. Parking: Best location.

I went yesterday at Harveys on recommendation of my friend and love the food they served perfectly cooked and the burger was awesome and the fires are to and they guster from they staff was so welcoming. I love this place and its become my favourite place eat food and I also recommend my friends and family members

Asked for Honey Mustard on the sandwich and they refused to put it on because its a side topping and would bot refund money when I didnt want sandwich after that. 34 bucks for a burger combo and a poutine and they seemed cold coffee looked like it had a quarter spoonfull of cream . waited 13 minutes in a 2 car line up . Wont be back.

Ordered food from here. Cold, always cold. Im sorry I didnt learn my lesson the first time, which I dont think they care. My drink was tampered with, I didnt bother to drink it. The lid was popped open were the straw goes. Awful place.

It s a great experience as always. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing drinks(shakes and slushies), food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, always bear a genuine smile and make great recommendations . Highly recommended

I received my delivery for dinner. Food was properly cooked and was at right temperature. Also, staff took good care while packaging food and also followed all the instructions. Highly recommended whether it is dine-in, takeout or drive thru. Also, they have great staff that works hard and are super friendly.

They have some of the BEST BURGERs in town. They have great service although they have a very impractical drive-thru debit setup. Its on a hockey stick which is curved towards the front of the vehicle which makes it difficult to use if you have to insert your card.

I always have a positive experience and have never gotten a wrong order. I was especially impressed when I was in the restaurant today. One of the employees had a very particular customer who had complained the burgers were burnt, asked for more items well after paying (having to start a new ticket), requested specific items in specific bags and sauces in containers instead of packets. The employee was polite, patient, and attentive, seeing to the customers every request.

I always had a great experience either as a worker or as a customer. Team is doing good job and great efforts to serve people friendly and accurately. There are some other things than dine-in or take-out like Skip the Dishes and Doordash that helps to deliver food at our doors. Personally, this place is highly recommended.

I had my first crispy chicken burger and it was such a memorable experience. Staff awas such supportive by explaining everything about what goes best on it. Owner was also friendly and treated me with respect. Must recommend to others.

Harveys the most overatted experience ever. Burgers taste and feel like rubber, its a shame cause the concept is a no brainer (Subway but with burgers) but to me its a complete no brainer to go to Subway over this.

It s twice we go there and don t get service, first time I go dine in and waited 5 minutes at cash with no service and now tonight we waited over 5 minutes at drive thru with no service!!!! What s going on with that place

Worst Restaurant in Timmins. It should be called slow food restaurant instead of fast food. They didn t answer me on drive-thru and kept me waiting for like 6-7mins. Only time someone showed up on and say Hi on the speaker is when they realized I called Harveys customer service right over there while waiting in the drive-thru speaker. These people have no idea about customer service and How to treat and greet their guest. Girl on the counter didn t even say hello or thank you after I leave. I would never recommend anyone to go at this place unless you don t care about being treated disrespectful and invaluable by someone.

I sympathize for service works and appreciate what they do but this was a horrible experience. We has to repeat ourselves several times when placing our order. The person taking the order kept cutting us off and then making us repeat. Ok maybe the speaker is bad, it happens. We then get to the window (we were the only ones in the drive thru at the time) were handed drinks. We noticed they werent marked (one was supposed to be regular and one diet) when they finally came back to the window we asked for new drinks so we knew which is which and we were told one was diet and one was regular(again not marked) we asked to get new ones and the employee was very rude and proceeded to get her manager. All and all it was a very negative experience for what turned out to be a cold overcooked hotdog :(

My boyfriend went to Harveys and the guy at the window was rude and they messed up his order. I usually dont judge based off of other peoples experiences but we went again and I accompanied him this time. I had scene points and asked to use ONLY $10-$20 worth of my points. The man said I had 70¢ worth of points which I knew was wrong but I paid the balance anyway. I found out later when looking at my statement after that he happened to use all of my points and I only paid 70¢ as a balance. This usually wouldnt be an issue but the man was rude again and very short with us when we were trying to speak with him. Also scene points are not easy to collect and Id much prefer to spend them on other things next time

Burgers are good, Swiss Chalet chicken is good, fresh cut fries are back and good! The place is usually clean. I wish there was a better system for pick-up orders; Skipthedish drivers have no manners and cant seem to figure out how to properly wear a mask and wash their hands.

I usually like Harveys food, but every time Ive been to this particular location Ive had issues with the service. It always takes several minutes before the cashier takes our order, even when the store isnt busy. The staff can be seen standing around not getting anything done most of the time, and our food sits under the heat lamp for about 10 minutes before it gets given to us. To the stores credit the food was prepared fast (as fast food should be). The cashier is usually pretty rude, and its clear they dont want to be dealing with the customers. All in all, its the worst service Ive had at a Harveys. The food does taste as good as Harveys food usually does though, so no issues there.

This Harvys restaurant was dirty. And the people behind the counter were hard to understand. Had to tell them 3 times that the order was wrong.

I like Harveys burgers, I usually go there to pick up lunch during my half hour lunch, order my double original with cheese everytime, but today obviously the person at the drive through decided on her own to add bacon which I dont eat! and of course only found out later, no time to go back, it just feels so disgusting to me to see bacon in my food, had to throw it out. time was around 3.50 pm today july 16th 2020. Please hire people who listen carefully at the drive through Thanks

Everyone has their favorite burger place, this isnt mine. I find the burger meat to be pretty bland. Its cool that you can choose your toppings though.

Angus burger with bacon and cheddar is to die for, but if you wanted the bacon Mayo.... Head office killed that dream!

Not what I remember as a kid

Very good food, only complaint is that the majority of the burgers I order will typically come back overcooked or burnt. Not badly burnt, but very noticeably. Ask them to grill your burger without burning it if its an issue for you.

I usually go here for the slushies not the food. The hot dogs are pretty good considering its hard to get any type of hot dogs in timmins anymore since A&W stopped selling them.

Best burger chain in town! Love all the sauce and topping options. Sad the guacamole and corn&black beans is gone tho . Bring back the funky stuff!

I think that Harveys could do a whole lot better. like I ordered buns and they were so hard on the outside and cold on the inside So I asked for them for new ones so they put the same buns in the microwave and ripped open the one bun and gave them back To me! The bathroom was so horrable! And the dining room is dirty! The person making our burgers was so miserable Definitely not a good experience!

I have been here on a number of occasions and it has been a mixed bag of food quality, delivery and service. On the good side, the Veggie burgers from Harveys were great as was their service to someone in need of assistance. On the negative side, (1) an order of 1/4 chicken was charged as 1/2 chicken (only discovered this when i was home), (2) we sat down in the Swiss Chalet side where a hostess walked out and left the area without service and leaving us to go up to the counter and order and pick up our food; and (3) we were asked to leave the Swiss Chalet side because we had Harveys food and had to sit on poorer quality chairs and tables in the Harveys side (it was substantially more uncomfortable for me because of my condition).

Harveys & Swiss chalet is a dine- in and take out restaurant. The food is tastful. I would recommend it to my friends.

Firstly I really like the Harveys chain. Unfortunately this ones food is not as good as most. The restaurant is not laid out well and I watched someone take some toppings off of my burger (after I said that there might be too much) and put them back. If someone has a food allergy this could be bad...

Difficulty ordering due to language barrier. All staff had no gloves to handle food. No napkins readily available. Garbage bin full and unable to dispose leftovers. Washroom very filthy. Burger buns almost burnt. Another customer complaint about the hygiene issue (gloves) and only one staff wore them afterwards.

I do not recommend this place at this current time. Which is too bad because I love Harveys fast food. But some of the current staffing issues at this location prevents me from giving it higher than a 1 star review, which I can see is also echoed elsewhere by some other people. From not being able to follow basic instructions on what a customer wants on a burger to safety and sanitation concerns to a simply badly designed front area, there are many problems with this location. I dont know if the issue is a top-down managerial issue or a lack of proper training for its staff or lack of quality control standards by everyone. At this time, I do not recommend this fast food restaurant.

Awesome food and service friendly staff

Food was good per the usual Swiss Chalet/Harveys restaurants. Service lacked a bit and we were there and it was a quite holiday evening. Better service would improve it to 5-stars.

Only car in drive thru, still took over 20mins. Burgers were overloaded with dressings and nearly to messy to eat.

Dont go here if youre in a rush. I was the only car in the drive thru and it still took over 20 minutes. Terrible customer service, the staff were standing around laughing. I will not be going back, too bad because the food is not the problem.
