Overpriced Chinese in timmins, of course. No dine in after covid, no bother to pass some health codes. Chicken balls under cooked, prolly just enough that I don't get sick. Egg roll over cooked 😒 check out some photos ✌️
Terrible, rude, unpleasant phone manor. Dry over cooked sweet and sour pork And also chicken balls. Food taste like it was made day before and reheated..wow! Sesame Chicken, funny tasing rice. Sooo bad, AVOID
Disgusting, two bites and threw it in the garbage. Ordered a beef and broccoli, but received a beef and mixed vegetables. The meat was cold, chewy, and tasteless. The won ton soup was literally orange in color. Is it possible to give a negative number of stars?
Ignore all the bad reviews, they say that actions speak louder then words. Their customer service is very professional and the food is always frequently fresh, I’ve ordered from here dozen’s of times and I’m infatuated with their variety of menu’s and the staff there are very nice, I recommend 10/10 The two daughters that work customer service over there are also beautiful and attractive :) sparks my heart every time I see them
Amazing, I am still in the "Wow" factor!. I ordered last evening meals, for a few people. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received including the girl who took my order on the phone and the cook on the food and the time we delivery. Thank you London Cafe for making my experience nothing but the best. Impeccable service. Food was fabulous. I would like to extend a cheers to the girl who took my order, excellent customer service by far the best I have ever experienced in my 50 years of lifetime.
It's been 2 yrs since I posted this & food & service is still 5 stars. Ordered $120.00 & everything was fresh & hot...crisp veggies, no oily taste to dishes...amazing as always. November 7th/2023 Excellent experience!!! Food was on point...fresh & hot. The lady who took our order was polite & said the wait time would be way over an hour...but food arrived in 55 minutes. Was missing 1 item, called back & she got the missing item delivered within 10 minutes...piping hot. Amazing service...thank you London Cafe.
If I could rate this lower I would... I have never in my life been treated so poorly.. We ordered 100$ worth of food from them and after 1hr 20min the food had not arrived .. We called to inquire on the status and the lady was rude and hung up on us. I called to speak to the manager and she first began to yell at me and then put me on hold, then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back a few time and kept asking to speak to the manager and kept receiving the same. After about several hung ups she finally spoke to me although it was not speaking. I actually recorded her and brought it to management, only to receive the same treatment from them. How they are still open with the type of service they give is beyond me. I will never recommend this to anyone..and thats not too mention the quality of the food or pricing. Stay away.
Been ordering the same for 25+ years. Still good. But something is missing. They changed their recipe, noodles & flavors. Cantonese Chow Mein. Best Value for your dollar.

This is the 2nd Chinese restaurant in Timmins we ordered not bad for northern Ontario. Better than the first place, imo. Friendly ppl, good service. Fod is good not bad.

Worst Chinese food Ive ever had. Quality of the ingredients needs to improve a lot before I will consider ordering here again. Vegetables under cooked... Chicken in the chicken balls were like biting into old rubber...
Hung up on my senior mother in law, she called to ask about food that was burnt. We spent over $80.They didnt care and repeatedly hung up on her. Evil people. You dont treat customer like this.

Now... I am not usually one to complain publically about exchanges Ive had.. but today takes the cake. We just had one nasty encounter with the London Cafe. Decided we would order in delivery tonight. Upon receiving our order we notice that they have changed their gravy. Called back to simply inquire about when the change occured. We got told If you dont like it next time order somewhere else and then they hung up on us. So rude!!! Who talks to paying customers like that??? Might take them up on their advice next time. Guess they dont care about supporting local businesses!

EXTREMELY rude service. When I asked for a manager she told me she was the manager. I was shocked!! NEVER been treated like this from a restaurant before in my life!!!
We always have great experiences coming here! We lived in the area for quite some time and got to know the staff, theyre all very sweet and it felt like home!
This restaurant is disgusting as the hires in the food and the waitress on duty of todays dinner time (Feb 12, 2019) is very rude and disrespected. When I pointed out this to her, she is very unhappy with this and she still enforce me to pay the rest of the food. I think the owner should to fire her.
Used to order from here till they went down hill. The prices are retarded high for what you get. The staff arent really friendly the older one anyways. The workers in the back are always swearing either in Chinese or English. The place just looks dirty in general.
Waitress was beyond rude and took 15 minutes to even look at me waiting at the cash after walking in. And when she spoke to me she was extremely rude. Horrible experience left and decided to eat elsewhere.

Called for a delivery, was put on hold right away, while ordering like $100 worth of food buddy asks to hurry up. Sorry for taking 2 mins of your time.
Food is not the same anymore. The restaurant smelt like someone was smoking in the kitchen. Gravy tasted burn and we got our bill before we were done eating. NEVER AGAIN!!

Read all the reviews. Ordered nothing listed with bad feedback. Food was good tasted fresh, hot and yummy. We ordered Kung Pow Shrimp, spring rolls, chicken balls, chop suey and rice. Will return again.

This was the worst food Ive ever had in my life. I ordered chicken fried rice, lots of greasy fried rice with a pile of processed chicken cut in long strips, it tasted awful. Oh and the wonton soup tasted like salted dirty dish water. I also ordered the cashew beef with vegetables disgustingly greasy and the beef was like chewing on rubber. I seriously would recommend that you stay away from this place. Oh and Im totally shocked that some people gave this place a great review, what the #@!%#. The only good thing about this place was the waitress, she was very friendly and kind.
The buffet was unfit for human consumption. The food was old, some dishes just warm most cold. The shrimp had an off flavor, the chicken was refried, and back out in buffet, or so overcooked to be hard and mostly inedible. The waitresses were sweeping with a dirty broom. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

Friendly, fast service and good food. Especially liked the chicken balls and lemon chicken.
