I waited for a hour and the server kept walking by me and ignoring me so I left

Rude staff specially one server she is damm rude with staff and people go to pick up orders

Menu is tiny, staff seemed to be a bit under trained

My wife and I come here every Friday for the breakfast. The food is always delicious and the staff are fun.

Food here is good. The service is a bit slow, and watch out if you bring someone with sensory issues as it tends to be a bit loud here.

Very poor service from the servers. First time my wife and I dining in and the experience was poor. There was no personalization or character from any of the servers. We were asking a question and was immediately met with attitude. Our coffee was forgotten coupled with hesitation to serve us. We saw other patrons who arrived after us being served before us. The restaurant lacks basic skills of customer service and focus. It is quite visible there is a need to turn tables rather than ensuring the guests receive the best experience while there. On the up side, the host was friendly.

Newly renovated with delicious menu items. Prices are fair, and service is timely, kind, and courteous. During my last visit, I had French toast, which came with bacon and fruit. The fruit portion was very small, but overall, the meal was good. This spot is very popular for breakfast, so expect it to be very busy in the mornings.

Ordered the fish and chips and was not disappointed! We just missed the lunch rush, and the service was friendly and fast! Well definitely be back!

This place was listed as having gluten free food when we Google it. Unfortunately there was hardly anything on the menu that didnt have gluten. They did however have dairy free cheese at no extra cost. The service was great . What we could eat was well prepared, but not good at all if you need gluten free food.

Our go to breakfast spot, delivery is fast and spot on and dine in is always a pleasure. We usually get one of the breakfast skillets Altho the breakfast pizzas and eggs Benny are also fantastic. Good value and good flavour make this place a must go.

Sundays are VERY busy at this establishment. Service was slow, BUT it was very busy. I had the Hollandaise skillet with bacon. Absolutely delicious, sauce and all. Friendly staff. My only suggestion for the owner is to find a way to have noise pollution from cell phone videos and tablets at a minimum rather than a free for all. The noise gave me a sense of being in an after-school program during free play. It was also quite chilly in there because the line up to get in was long, and those in line kept the doors open. In conclusion, food was 8/10. Parking: Lots of parking available, but if you see more than 40 cars, circle around for 30 minutes. Kid-friendliness: Coloring stuff for the kids, kids menus, big tables.

Came in for lunch and had the absolute worst experience ever. I am repulsed at how rude and ignorant the older staff are. In particular an older blonde woman. In addition to her, there is another woman named Jen I think? Dark hair and glasses who is also extremely ignorant. They couldn t care less to put a smile on their faces and clearly take zero pride in their jobs. Unfortunately this has happened a few times. Disappointed to say the least, will not be returning. Kid-friendliness: As the staff are ignorant - I wouldn t recommend bringing your family here. Very unpleasant service.

They need to start treating all of their customers with respect. I was just inside there this morning and I did not end up getting served. One of the waitress was also very rude to their front door greeter. I felt like I was getting ignored on purpose. The blonde waitress needs to change her bad behaviour and she needs to be reported.

I always love to go there for breakfast. Food was awesome and so was the atmosphere, however our waitress was not so attentive, And I felt like, if we needed something not to bother her. Otherwise.....I really enjoyed my eggs Benedict, and my friend enjoyed her bacon and eggs. Coffee tho was wayyyyy too strong Parking: No worries about parking, theres a lot of space. Kid-friendliness: Hi chairs, crayons and colouring sheets etc. Wheelchair accessibility: No ramps at the entrance doors however theres only 1 step so still easy to get in and out. Many places to accommodate a wheelchair at tables.

The family style restaurant food was served nicely hot on a platter breakfast with a generous proportion and friendly caring service.

Timmins location was great. Cannot recommend the general tsos breakfast skillet enough! First time at a mikes outside quebec.

Always a terrific breakfast at Mikes. Thankfully the food made up for the mediocre service. They were a little busy, as is usually the case for breakfast, but I do expect more from a server. Ive had what qualifies as excellent service many times in the past, despite the restaurant being much more to capacity than it was on my last visit. So Ill be back for sure. Just try not to forget the maple syrup in the breakfast skillet next time... After waiting ten minutes for a bottle of ketchup, I wasnt going to mention it. Still love your food though!

Asked for one egg medium cantonnier Benedict. Got served long after rest of our table, and received a very soft egg. Didnt seem to have enough staff on for the volume of Sunday morning diners. Not blaming waitress. Seemed like my plate was an afterthought as it was not nearly as plentiful as other plates with similar orders at our table.

Portions are getting smaller. While prices are going up.

This is a local restaurant with a large menu and lots of seating capacity. Items are reasonably priced and they are known for their breakfast skillets. I have found over the years that service quality, speed, and cheer were lacking. For example not getting a check-in after your food is delivered and having to get out of your seat to find someone so you can pay the bill. I dont understand the hours either, with few local seated dining options, an 8 a.m. opening is too late for the business crowd. Still the best option for local dining.

This place is soo good. Came in from a day on the boat, needed something to warm us up. I had the Super Star poutine, absolutely loved it. It came in a big salad bowl, green pepers, mushrooms, sliced meats. This tops all poutines Ive ever experienced. Thank you Mikes for filling our bellies.

Went for breakfast, got a coffe to start with. After drinking half of the cap noticed a lipstick left over on the cap from previous customer. Very disappointed. Talked to the manager and got the response he wont do anything for it. Technically looked like he doesnt care. What a joke. Evoid this place. Stay away. They use dirty dishes.

Amazing breakfast as always, however our sever seemed to have disappeared for a while and I had to ask the hostess if she could track her down after waiting a long enough amount of time for her to come back after bringing our plates. I understand she is entitled to breaks, however we were waiting over 30 minutes once we were done eating, and hadnt seen her since we received the food so kind of inconvenient, but she did provide good service other than that! Not an issue we normally have either, everywhere is short-staffed right now, and I get that.

When I went for lunch the place was packed. It was great food and even though it was busy it wasnt loud and had a cozy welcoming atmosphere. The service was a little disorganized but being so busy it was understandable. Ill definitely go for a meal again

Take out was delicious. Food was ready fast, pick up was easy and the staff was very friendly. Haven t had a delicious breakfast like this in along time. Def recommend!

The pizza man. Ooof like its so good. Not everything is the bomb like I had breakfast once and the potatoes tasted freezer burnt or something idk. But thats why I cant give 5 stars. Otherwise like... the pizza man. Get the all dressed pizza. You can even get a side of spaghetti which is pretty sweet if you ask me.

We went for dinner and the food was okay. The wings are good though! I dont think Id come back, maybe just for the breakfast.

Me and my girlfriend had breakfast at this restaurant, the waitress greeted us at the door, and was very displeasing. She then seated us at a table, right in the middle of the restaurant, so we asked very kindly to switch to a booth. The waitress so rudely picked up our utensils and napkins and moved it to a booth and said absolutely nothing. This booth so happened to be another waitress area. We ordered our food and just after doing so, they were arguing about us, right in front of us! Never asked us for refills on our drinks, French toast was uncooked, and tasted like playdough, the hollandaise sauce tasted like warm water, and had no flavour. I had also ordered a parfait, which I ate with my fork, because she didn t give me a spoon, never came to ask us if everything was okay, ( which it wasn t ) and this was a very unpleasant experience. Never coming back here again. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.
