Ordered a chicken Parm sub. Got plain breaded chicken instead. One of the cutlets was also undercooked. I also requested grilled, but the sandwich was not grilled. Order took nearly an hour to arrive, and was ordered at off-peak hours. Very disappointed.
Gotta love showing up 30mins before close on a Saturday night just to find out that its closed 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁 not impressed. Don't show a specific closing time if you're not going to be open til that specific closing time.
Food has always been good here and at a good value. They're doing a good job keeping up with any of the current pandemic regulations but not making it crazy hard to order either. Staff is usually always friendly.
Love the bread and ingredients. I love the bread. Its feels fresh and way soft and better than subway. Especially mushrooms. Also the taste is so much better than subway. Even when it gets cold and i have to eat it after couple hours it is so much better than fresh subway sandwich. Staff is also friendly fast clean and always having fun. I just love going there
This place is a top notch Sandwich joint. The team is like a well oiled engine and works like clock work. They communicate well and make art of your sandwich. The bets part is they have been doing it for decades. Check them out today!
An okay place for subs nothing new just a normal sub sandwich joint. The staff seem to be out of it most of the time. The manager seems to disappear every 2 seconds without helping his employees. They don't offer a spicy Italian sub which blows my mind. Its closer in walking distance from subway so if you care about that stuff mr sub might be a good place for you.
Order a sub at 11 p.m. dec 6 /18 like all get it up to you as quick as possible call back at 11:45 no answer, I drive up once I get there door is lick and there cleaning . Call back the next day to talk to the manager the lady on the phone said she's the manager then I start explain to her what happened oh wait let me get the manager , then I hear the manager in the background say I don't have time for that right now. About 10 minutes ago , might be good food but the service makes it terrible so I will not be back there
One of the best place to get subs in town. While its part of a chain of places, the manager and owners make it their own and are very personable with the staff and customers. The only reason its not 5 stars is that some of the produce selection can be a little off sometimes.

I have ordered from here before and had awesome service, wish I could say the same about this time, but I will NEVER order from here again, I ordered delivery, with explicit instructions and the order was an hour to get to me, 5 minutes away, and the delivery driver was ignorant and rude as was his female passenger, never again

Best sub place in town
This place has gone downhill. Its not like it used to be. The girl who made my sandwhich I asked for salt and pepper and no word of a lie she used all three shakers and doused my wrap with salt. Gross.
Food is good, clean and resonably priced, day staff is effecient and polite, students are soso but over all good place to grab a bite on a budget
