Disgusting place to eat don’t follow franchise standards Pizza sub had hardly any meat bun was rubbery turned me off subway I think that subway has already become way too expensive I won’t be going to subway anymore

NOT ALLERGY FRIENDLY. I tried to eat here a few days ago as this location carries the gluten free bread. I have over 30 allergies and was very explicit when I started my order. The customer service representative asked me several times if I was "sure" I had allergies. I confirmed each time: yes, it's allergies, NOT A PREFERENCE. The guy still tried to give me gluten bread and my boyfriend had to step in to tell him again that I needed gluten free because the guy was not listening to me. Then he didn't change his gloves, clean the counter or even get a fresh sheet of paper for the new bread to avoid cross contamination. He then proceeded to try to use the ingredients that he had previously put into the other bread to put onto my sandwich. When I asked him to be mindful of contamination and to use ingredients from under the counter, he started being extremely rude, ranting about how "we only do that for REAL allergies. We have a whole procedure to follow and it takes so long and I don't want to fo that and there's a line up blah blah blah." Cross contamination was atrocious. I did not get my sandwich because of his disgusting attitude. I do not trust this place to keep me or anyone with allergies safe, despite being the one location in town that advertises that they cater to allergies.

On my last visit started getting service then the 2 guys who were working in the back were joking around and speaking in they language by the time I got my food it was colded and. They were treating serving the people like a race to see who would finished first and I guess the guy who got me lost because one other person who came after I started getting service went ahead of me.
I preordered and picked up a sub from this establishment a few days ago and ended up finding a big stem from a pepper which I ended up choking on, Thank God I was with someone or I wouldn't be here today if they hadn't helped me out! I'm not sure how that managed to get into my food and why it wasn't caught beforehand but the fact that it did and almost killed me is obviously unacceptable... I'm not sure if your employees need better training or just to have some more pride in their work, but this is the second time I've been here and both times it was an unpleasant experience.. to top it all off my girlfriend who is allergic to cheese ended up getting the cheese bread when we both ordered white. We ended up throwing the subs out, Such a waste of money. Just an all around bad experience and I will never return to this establishment again.
Very clean and neat The seating area was done according to social distancing rules. The veggies were fresh and the meat was good. I am seeing such fresh veggies after a long time in subway. The staffs were very friendly and served with a smile. Though not many people inside the store. It was easy and comfortable to dine inside. The bathrooms were kept clean and dry.

They are never open when scheduled, Ive had to wait over an hour for someone to show up.
False advertisement use say you deliver but when we call to make an order youre telling us you dont deliver better fix your advertisement

This was the worst subway sandwich I ve ever had. The crispy chicken was far from crispy. I asked for toasted but ran to the bathroom and didn t realize it did not go in the oven. The scoops of avocado were half at best. It was over $22 for a meal and I could barely eat half. Gross.

they trick you and charge you for extra meat or cheese by asking the wrong questions so we get stuck with paying extra. they get mad when we ask for extra veggies

Lunch subs can be good, hit or miss but my breakfast wrap was terrible.
The staff at this subway are always, always, so extra kind. They make conversation with you while getting your order made. Clean store, well stocked.

Poor at best. I buy at least 3 steak and cheese subs a week. This one had no cheese which could have just been a honest mistake. But twice well eating it l stopped, opened it up looking for the steak. Sadly just enough to tell me l was ripped off

My bread was stale and burnt they didn t put what I wanted on it delivery was very slow took about 40-50 minutes and there was at least 3 pieces of hair in it and they didn t put any cheese on my grilled cheese and bacon sandwich and the food was not fresh it was very cold like it was sitting out for awhile
