My recent trip to Subway was a disaster. I got there on May 6th around 9:35 PM, hoping for a quick bite. But it turned out to be a big mistake. The guy behind the counter, who I think was Indian (Gujarati), was just awful. Even though they didn’t close until 10:00 PM, he was already acting like it was closing time. When I asked about deals, he barely looked at me and mumbled something about closing soon. It felt like he couldn’t wait to kick me out. I’ve been to Subway plenty of times, but this was by far the worst experience. The service was terrible, and it made me rethink ever going back. Seriously, unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience, steer clear of this Subway.
South asian girl had pony tail and no hair net. She tried to give me burnt bread but then i asked her to change it.
We went in to get soup and subs. The young lady was wonderful and pleasant. We asked about soup, she asked the young man working the cash, you was speaking English to the customer. The young man looked at us with a most angry face spoke to the young lady, not to us, an she looked extremely uncomfortable and told us no soup. He continued on wirh an angry tone not even acknowledging we were there. We left, without purchasing anything ! being pleasant to the young lady. Very poor customer service by the young man. BTW young man, just so you know my phone translater works really well and you need to.learn some manners.
Awful experience tonight. Small portions on subs and my one sub was not cut in half. Flat bread was stale. Staff not very friendly. Also, not on the store but since when do you have to pay $0.10 for the small bags you get to carry your meal out in.
The service here is really slow. If there are a few persons in line the wait time can go up fast real quick. I ordered ahead of time (20min) on the App and when I got there they hadn't started my order. I asked to cancel it but they couldn't. They made me wait in line so that they could make my subs. This took another 15 minutes. A few times I had dry bread at this location too, we had to throw out the subs. All this and with the general price increases by Subway, we now take our business elsewhere.

Stale bread . The complete opposite of fresh. Employees rude . Just go to Mr sub.

Ordered 2 subs took 15 minutes. Awful service. Made multiple mistakes and refused to fix some of them. Do not recommend.
Vegetarian options: They make veggie subs or veggie pizza subs. Yummy!!! Parking: Parking lot is outside the restaurant door. Kid-friendliness: They have anything a kid, picky or not, could put on a sub, cookies, chips & whatever beverages anyone can choose from.

Worst sub I ever had from a Subway..food looked like it had been there a week..very unclean..think it is very rude for 3 workers to speak a foreign language in front of the customers..
Yesterday tried to go 4:55am hours say 4:30 store was still closed. Today was open. I walked in the lid for the meats was open and employee in the back. Some meat looked like it was hardening around edges. I still ordered a canadian club. EE put only 3 of each ham/turkey whereas other locations put 6 folded in triangle. After all this I bought 3 drinks and EE said bo bags unless Im charged. Next time ill buy my 12$+ drinks across road at circle K where theyd be happy to give me a bag....is this policy or new owners cutting corners and penny pinching?
Bad, just aweful. I use to love subway but unfortunatly a problem arose and i did email subway with no email back! Totally unprofessional.... I do hope that the owner does see this message and emails me.

What ever happened to this place, went in to get a steak wrap. Probably the saddest steak wrap in the history of Subway. Been to various locations across Canada and Ive never seen any sandwich made with such precise measurements. I mean like you shouldnt have to say put more, you used to be able to go to this Subway and you got a meal, not a snack... Large wrap ha wouldnt want to see what a regular customer ne looks like... Sad

Bathrooms were closed due to a plumbing issue. Only one bathroom had a sign on it. I have IBS so this is not good. I asked for mayo on the side as I take my sub on the train the next day. There was none so I had to eat it plain. Not enjoyable.
Its a subway....Its the best food ever when You want something that isnt greasy fast food. I get meatball subs often, love the steak, really any sub that has good amount of meat is 5/5 for me! :)

The subway by wacky wings is one of the better ones. Theyre always really friendly and make sure the subs are done properly. This is the one I usually go to.
I will never be getting food from this store again. Just paid over forty dollars for the subs, two of which were supers and when we got home they only had two slices of meat. What a rip-off.

They always make my subs good, no complaints.
They have a great product line. The chicken Bacon ranch they offer isnt as good as it used to be with the shredded chicken ( very salty ). Also they dont measure the amount of shredded cheese. That felt cheap as our server wasnt very generous when asked for double cheese.

Asked for my sub to be DOUBLE toasted, didnt understand, wasnt toasted... Remind him I wanted it toasted..... Sticks in oven for 5 seconds... Barely warm... Constantly having to repeat myself and having other issues corrected on the past as well

Hello my name is Donat LeBlanc , 223 Evelyn crescent in Timmins Ontario Canada P4N0C1 , I received the Subway coupons in the mail , so I decided that I would use the 2 for the price of one with the purchase of any drink . I went to the Subway store at the corner of Algonquin Blvd. and Brunette Rd. . well I look at the menu boards for the drinks and chose a box drink for 99 cents . Well the clerk that was serving me said I could not have that because it was not part of the any drink on the coupon , they argued with me and I kept pointing out there was no saying what drink that it came with . They finally said that they were going to give it to me but that would be the only time and there wont be a next time. Wow I was surprised at there answer and was more surprised at the juice box was a Minute Maid . Wow I was really insulted.

I have been in here lots and must say , I have always been impressed. I love there in store Breads ( Baked In Store ). My favorite the Foot Long Spice Italian. Clean and comfortable, Quite and the staff beyond reproach. Also available NUTRITION GUIDE. They have also Catered to me just great!!!
