This place is never open when they are supposed to be. 4 different days I’ve tried going at different times and place never seems to be open to the hours posted online. Super disappointing and annoying

This place was gross. All the tables were dirty and we were the only costumers. The worker forgot the sub in the toaster and overheated the chicken in the microwave. I ate a few bites of my wrap then in the garbage it went. The music was annoying and sounded like baby lullabies. Will not be back!
The wait time is a little too long and the fork bends out of shape after few scoops. The tomatoes taste kinda weird.
Have a special needs son who enjoys the cold cut sub sandwich about once a month. Always been good. Last time I went will be the last time, felt very uncomfortable with the choice of music on system. An older man was ahead of me , 4 subs was ordered, he was looking just as uncomfortable as I was and would bring his voice louder than radio, when he left, he also remarked that he would not be back . I have to say, i too will not go there ever, and will try the subzilla on red ave., didn't want to say what music was on so go there and you to will feel like you in india.
Went in to this location around 930pm ordered 4 subs cost about 55 dollars I ordered 2 of the new crispy chicken bacon and peppercorn ranch sandwiches when i got home the chicken was frozen solid on both of the subs. Customer service was good he was polite store was clean.
Placed an order online with this specific subway and when I arrived with an order number they told me they didn't receive an order for 20min. Even though they confirm the order at the restaurant. The staff did not understand us enough to communicate and the sub maker had his earbuds in and should be focused on his customers instead of his music. All in all I highly recommend going to a different subway because these workers are nothing but rude and clueless

Had a great experience there as I can choose what all I want in my food.
I am regular customer of subway. It s been a month that they have no veggie patties in their stock. Today i went for sub and asked for spinach and instead of checking their stock they said we are out of spinach. Nowadays their behaviour and service are awful. Its very disappointing when we are not getting proper food. Vegetarian options: They are always out of toppings and veggie patties.

This subway has ZERO respect for people with allergies and won t help you, don t waste your time going here, travel the extra 10 minutes to another one.
Very friendly staff! Obviously a family working hard together to please their customers. They went out of their way to ensure the toppings on the order were just as we wanted! They even threw in a little extra!

Why is the bread always like... half stale unless you go at 9am. Used to be better. Mr sub has soft bread. Tf yo
The workers are polite, but my main concern is that I noticed that the spinach was starting to look wilted. When spinach begins to wilt, the tips of the leaves begins to go dark green. When that happens those ones should be removed in order to, stop the rest of the spinach leaves from going dark green and wilted as well. Other than that the service here is amazing!

When ordering for delivery. Just DONT DO IT. They dont listen to what you ask for on your sub or just simply dont care. I asked for extra extra green peppers and extra hot peppers. What I recieved on my Sub was 3 slices of green peppers and 4 hot peppers. Now that is rude that is not even regular amount. If you cannot see them making it then they dont care to bother doing what you ask for when you are a paying customer. On top of that I asked for my sauce and extra sauce on the side and I did not receive any at all!! And I did not receive my pop either! The employee also tried to blame the delivery driver when it Infact was not his mistake! Poor service. I wont say all but some Rude employees work there. I wish I got her name but the girl working when I made the order and called back, hung up on me before I was done speaking. When I called to ask for my sauce and pop!..
The washrooms are always broken.. Meaning leaking pipes.. leaking roofs. Dont recommend that you go there..
Subway is Subway. There are a couple of additions on the menu that are decent however I wish they would ditch the shredded chicken thats salted like no tomorrow.
If you are a soup and sandwich person this is the place to go. I love subway!!

So I called here.. to place an order and the guy asked me for my number so he can call me back in five to ten minutes because he was busy... seriously?! I understand that you may have customers in the store... but your not alone! What is it for something to do the subs while your on the phone taking someone order...I will never order from this store ever again!
