The place was very dirty and had a bad smell. I went to the restrooms and there was no soap or paper and of course was dirty . The staff was friendly but it seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. The kitchen area was very dirty too, maybe that whats the reason i didnt like the food, I tried a drink that was recommended to me but I didn't like it, and i just love the fact they sell jarritos Mexican soft drinks but i dont have picture.
I enjoyed the half beef/half chicken wrap combo. I think the fries could have been crispier and the wrap cut in half. The ends were loose so that made a bit of a mess at the end but flavour wise, very good. Loved the tahini and garlic sauces. The medium hot sauce was spot on. Cheers
Trash service. Food is good but service is so bad. Every time a new guys is working when i visit. All time there are new hires on training and they don't know how to take orders and how to talk to customers. I think the management doesn't know how to retain employees. Or management does a shitty job managing them. Food is good but service wise its the place i'll try not to visit.
Service was on point, very friendly. I noticed when I went in that they didn't have any shawarma on the spit so I figured it was because they were closing in a few hours and took the rest off. When I finally got to eating the beef tasted similar to regular ground beef. I love this type of food and have tried many times at different restaurants, I hope to try the food here again to see if it has improved. Looked great, see pictures. Very spicy sauce too.
Found this gem online while searching for a good shawarma and boy what a delight it was! The chicken shawarma on rice was a banger, so saucy and delicious with the sumac on top. The fresh baklava was crunchy and delicious, best one I've had so far as compared to other shawarma chains. The staff was very warm and friendly. Overall a great experience, coming back here for sure !
Good food, it's not written but food is Halal as owner eats the same. Do your job and ask as management does change in business. I liked the food, taste good, clean and was quick. They were busy. Ordered mix chicken and beef plater, and had baklava as desert. Mostly take out some seats to eat inside. Added more photos after other trips
For a brand new restaurant, I'd give 5 stars. The people working were kind and told us the food was all fresh and marinated in house. I ordered the chicken on fries and was pleasantly surprised with the portion size, quality and taste. We did wait a good 15 minutes but the fries were as fresh as they could be and good quality. I would agree that the seasoning on the chicken is not typical shawarma seasoning but it is good. The chicken was a tad salty but great flavor was balanced by the other stuff on the plate. I ate every last bite. In the future I'd like to see the inside of the restaurant look a little nicer. (Nicer seating, maybe some paint and other branding, and there is a weird smell presumably from the shared building space they use) and for the shawarma to reflect more traditional style. Otherwise I'm really happy with my first experience only about a week after they opened! Update: The food is consistent and even better than before. The building has nice branding and places to sit and eat now. It's great.
New Mediterranean place opened up here recently and thought I’d give it a try. Very clean place, very friendly service, quick and well priced. All fresh ingredients. The food is AMAZING. Pictured here is a Chicken Shawarma Platter, as good as any I’ve had elsewhere (like in Ottawa). For dessert, have some delicious HOMEMADE baklava. No one can make it this good. Worth the visit by itself.

Real chicken shawerma... unlike any other shawerma places in Northern Ontario, this place makes real shawerma that is not from a frozen packet. Real garlic sauce and tahini. I wouldnt recommend the beef shawerma at all though.
did not like the beef on sticks and the beef shawarma. they used ground beef. did not taste like a shawarma at all.

First time eating at this place and it was on point. I had the chicken shawarma with a ceasar salad Id I have zero complaints you want it spicy they will make it spicey you like it with no spice the way i do they will do that too will definitely order again from them thanks again for the great food.

I have ordered from here multiple times and usually get the chicken shawarma platter (tahini, garlic and low/medium spice) with a Greek salad included. The feta is HUGE and plenty of it :) These dishes are not made exactly the same every time, but it s always delicious! I do recommend that the staff be mindful to wear new clean gloves when handling food directly, especially after touching other services, like the cash register, money and the phone, and be sure not to cross contaminate. I know it can get quite busy, safety always first. The wait for the food can be frustrating sometimes and good food is always worth the wait. So I keep going back. The staff have always been polite and friendly even during times they are overwhelmed with orders. The amount of food we get for the price is also a bonus! I am happily addicted! And highly recommend take-out. Recommended dishes the chicken shawarma platter, the Philly cheese beef/chicken shawarma platter and the Chicken shawarma poutine. I do not eat-in because its not comfortable, the seating is in the corner and it gets extremely hot in the restaurant too. Parking: Not many spots to park and I recommend parking across the street in the bigger parking lot of the small mall by subway.

I ordered a large chicken wrap and there was bone in it was so horrible to eat that. Baklava was actually good but not satisfied by the large chicken wrap

Gave this place a second chance. Ordered 6 wraps for the family online so it would be easy to see what was what and give them ample time to make the order. Picked it up, drove home and found that every item was wrong. Extra toppings that were not wanted, very spicy on ones asked to have no spice, tahini on ones asked for garlic only. The fries were disgusting, like they fry them in toilet water? Basically ruined everyones dinner. Being an hour away, its not like I can return. And checking in store is no good since they are sealed wraps and tearing them apart just to check defeats the whole purpose. Ill just never go again, stick to Mr Zagros instead, a way better place, just not available where I am.

The wraps here are so goooood, I usually get the fried chicken wrap with onions and parsley but you can add the toppings you prefer. Must try, order ahead usually busy.
I order a donair and that was not a it looked like large cub pieces of meat I know what a donair looks like and that was not what I had

Simple takeout place to grab a bite and take back home or to your hotel. Food is top quality middle eastern just like what you would expect from these high volume shwarma restaurants in the GTA. I would even say the Maglicious Chicken Shwarma rivals Paramount Foods in Mississauga. Only one way to find out :)

The shawarma was really amazing, nice portion size and great taste. Recipe is new and fresh compared to just the plain traditional shawarma.
The food was awesome, with each dish bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying their fried chicken poutine- it was a truly a signature food. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service. Ill definitely be returning to here soon!
