I seen the kitchen from the side. Nobody was wearing gloves when preparing food. The kitchen looked gross. I will never order food here again

I had the bbq cheese poutine and it was excellent! The interior leaves a little to be desired but I wasnt expecting a lot of luxury for a take-out chipstand. The staff was very friendly!

Good food, but the place of business is dirty. Found a bunch of bugs inside the store not the kitchen. Parking: Good amount of parking if people parked up correctly. Most people roll up on the side and park in front of the door.

Food is garbage, service is garbage and the atmosphere is horrible. This place was a Timmins Staple back in the day. Now the owner that took over have destroyed the legacy of this place. Take your money elsewhere or youll regret it with either food poisoning or your prder messed up and they wont fix it or take accountability for screwing up.

Back in the 90s to 2015 this place had a lot more to it and was like home away from home in Timmins. Now unless ya wanna buy a pack of smokes this place is useless

I m not usually one to make reviews but I am so disgusted by this place. I ordered a poutine and spent the entire night puking. I have never had food poisoning in my life until eating here for the first time. Our delivery took over an hour and they said they had tap, got to the door no tap, delivery driver had a lot of attitude & the food was horrible. I don t ever want to eat poutine from anywhere ever again, I have an exam tomorrow and am now studying while puking. My boyfriend and his friend have gotten food poisoning from here in the past which had I have known I wouldn t have risked eating here.

Overpriced my friend didnt have enough and it was too late to get that great great.

if anyones hungry head to domino s instead its less then a block away and they feed you with food not excuses .. there open and well be more then happy to serve you and foods ALWAYS great!!! If the owner reads this he should fire Candy!!

Perfect place if you want food poisoning. Over an over delivery time, on a Wednesday! For just one club house that was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was grayish in color, hard and rubbery all at the same time. The bread felt stale. Tossed it in the trash, 17$ wasted. Absolutely awful. Wouldnt even feed this to my dog

I ordered a poutine at 11:00 PM, and it s currently 1:30 AM, and I still haven t got my food. this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I had burnt fries and I called they were going to send me frozen food back the order was over $40 WTH

They use to be good but now its terrible so bad it went to the garbage the fries were like rubber and they put very little cheese. And it take them an hour and a half to deliver it cold.

Got two large poutine delivered as the driver hands me the bag everything dropped on the floor called the store and person on the other end was very rude never order from there again

I like to watch Kitchen Nightmares. I can picture Gordon Ramsey walking into a place like this. He d have a meltdown & tear a strip off of the owner 4 sure!! Having a whole wall plastered with photos of junkies is a little off putting to say the least. It s as if you d just walked into a police station.You loose your appetite and I imagine people from out of town would think this strange.

Poutine was great, as expected the general area is always a little sketchy but the food was on point.

Salty gravy, large portions, lukewarm customer service. We pre-ordered online and received the email with the balance to be paid. Went in with our credit card and were advised they round up the price on electronic payments. [Might not be a lot on each individual order, but that sort of gouging will add up over multiple visits and multiple customers!] Guy made a big deal about matching the price quoted in their confirmation email. Servings were big with a lot of cheese curds, but gravy is very salty. There is also a highly creepy wall near the cash with a bunch of images from what appear to be security cameras and with pen over peoples features. Not sure whats up with that place, but we wont be returning.

Bland and Flavourless, I m not sure how this place manages to get worse year over year but it does.

not consistent, sometimes overflowing with cheese and gravy, other times very little cheese and gravy on their poutines. still good, just not consistent. ordered 3 fam poutines non consistent.

Great place to order from if you re looking for a completely messed up order with exceptionally rude customer service. Whoever answers the phone has the intelligence of a discarded potatoe. 10/10 would not recommend.

When you are you busy to take and make orders but you decide to pick up the phone....please let customers know, and dont keep them on the phone on hold if you have no intentions on taking the order!! What a waste of my time!!!!

Service was great and my poutine was exactly how I like it. Cheezy & Saucy. I only ever pick up. I never get it delivered. Takes too long and theres always something wrong. Only pick up is the way to go. Other than the horrible state of the store, my poutine was top notch. I noticed theyve had a staff turn over. Maybe now well get quality fast food from this place again. Ty

They make a good poutine but.... In the last 15 years I have only managed to get the Italian poutine twice.. I am always told an excuse but the two times I did manage to get it my sister in-law, who knew someone who worked there, ordered for me. The store smelled really bad...

Probably the best poutine i have ever eaten here. The staff is committed to great service and very friendly. The atmosphere is awesome. Every food and drink in your menu tastes great. Most importantly, Simranjeet is an amazing guy working there. He is excellent.

Terrible. Unprofessional and had to ask the chef where the counter person was. Who was the same person in the kitchen and instead of the proper counter person coming to serve me the cook did! Worst place possible.doesnt even follow fask mask policy.

I understand its probably busy. But take the phone off the hook like what use to happen years ago instead of constantly hanging up on costumers!! Before I was hung up on last I heard a girl make a noise then hang up the phone. So rude. Love the food but that is so rude. Maybe new employees are needed.

Its cheap poutine to get very late at night. Its not the best but its by far not the worst poutine youll ever have around Timmins.

I love Chez Nous. Its your perfect greasy fry shop in a good way! Try the deep fried pogo. Or the specialty poutines. (Sorry kitchen guys lmao)

If I could rate it less I wouldve because they unhook the phones so noone can call when Ive been trying and trying for 20 + minutes. How has this place not shut down, they legit have the worst customer service in the world. Gordan Ramsey would have burnt the place down already js..

Best Poutine in town! I absolutely LOVE their poutine! Especially when they layer the fries, cheese and gravy. Tottaly worth your buck! I recommend this place for all your poutine needs! Lol they have amazing deals also! If you order the 2 lg poutines it comes with 2 pops if you get it delivered!

Best poutine in town

I Ordered a large poutine and a Coke at 1:29am. Tried calling them at 2:45am because I had not yet received my food. Got the user busy message after calling over 10 times in a span of 15 minutes so the worker clearly left the phone off the hook because they don t want to take orders. I never got my food. I waited 1.5hrs.....

Took an hour and a half to even get started on my food and when I finally got it the poutine was good but the delivery guy scammed me $5. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If you are paying with the machine and you see a cash back amount on there QUESTION IT! He told me it was a screwed up way of a delivery charge and when I looked at the receipt later on I realized the delivery charge was built into the bill and he took another $5 tip in way of cash back on top of the tip I gave him.

I tried calling 3 different times and everytime on the other line he would just respond Hello rather rudely and then hang up, after the 4th time he finally said Chez Nous and took my order rather rudely, as if they just didnt want anyone to call. The food is always amazing but I find I always get served rudely on the phone.

Im sure this place would be great if they didnt disconnect the phones. Called every 5 minutes for over an hour until I finally gave up. It doesnt help that the rare times I do get through, employees are super rude and have no idea whats even in their store. We need something better than this trash of a store.

This is my first review and I had the need to share with you guys my experience! I called them to order food and it took them 45 min to get back to me to tell me there s no pulled pork, so I ordered something else and 45 min later I call them back to check on my food and they still haven t even processed my order....and then it took them 2 hours to tell me I m not getting any food! WORST PLACE EVER

Service is extremely bad. I only ordered a small poutine and while on the phone I was on hold for over 10 minites. And then if that s not bad and annoying enough the staff was being stupid and it took over 2 hours for it to get here. The delivery guy went to the wrong house and then instead of calling my number or anything they decide to not do anything so I had to call back after waiting for a bit over an hour to tell them I did not get my order. After calling for the second time the guy said it would still be another 30 to 40 minutes. The staff needs to pay attention to the costumers and be better at their jobs.

Food is amazing! Have had some issues with delivery over the years (long waits, or missing food...and line is often busy during peak hours, understandably, so hard to rectify the issues in good time)...food makes up for those issues! Update: I changed this from a 4 star to a 1 star...my cousin found a staple in her poutine; they staple the bags shut and the receipt on the bag...but I took both containers out and threw out the bag before we removed the lids from the container...so it didnt come from our bag. So gross!

Terrible place, smells horrible! Didnt even want to give it one star!!
