The service is very good... Especially from the employee gurpreet. He is very frndly and supportive

Really enjoyed the food. Went to look at the reviews and was surprised to see so many negative reviews. The food was phenomenal, a little overpriced but very satisfying.

Just a couple years ago, this place was one of the best in town. Now its not even close. Since the kitchen staff has changed, the food is very disappointing. Ive ordered several times, hoping maybe Ill get a good order, and just no luck. I miss the old Tiffanys, when the food was made by people who cared, or at least knew what they were doing.

The cheeseburger is incredible! We also had bbq and dill Quebec poutines and they were equally delicious!

Ordered food and the driver delivered it else where and tried to gaslight me into thinking that they delivered it to my house.

I was going to order from here how ever after reviewing all the reviews about how bad the quality and more important how often they mess up ur order i did not Order ! Such a shame. Sort urself

Don t eat here. If you like fighting off Moth s then this might be the place for you. I watched the employee cooking my food literally use his bare hands to grab our uncooked ingredients and then throw them in the deep fryer. Find another place to eat. Horrible!

What happened? Come to timmins annually for a golf tourney. One of the pleasures has been ordering from this spot. No longer! The food was cold. Moths everywhere!! I m so disappointed as Tiffany s used to be a hidden spot for late night food. The poutine now is served with frozen fries, warm gravy and absurd amount of gravy. Shame shame another business taken over and ruined. Don t bother folks! I don t review often but the decline in this business model needs exposure. STOP cheaping out on product and expecting customers to be happy with paying for Shat.

Food has changed quite a bit, and portion sizes have decreased so much that the jumbo that used to easily feed my family with a surplus left over now isnt even remotely enough.

I ordered a cheeseburger platter, plain, and it came with all the toppings after having confirmed many times that I only wanted cheese on it. I also ordered a clubhouse platter with a dill poutine and found a hair in the poutine. Lastly I got cheese sticks and when I went to eat them, they were super hard and cold. It s as if they cooked them several hours earlier and still gave them to me. This all together costed $55 which is too overpriced for the poor quality food.

Ordered the poutine and noticed the fries have been changed and less cheese. The poutine slowly changed to something we no longer like. Disappointed.

Been eating there for a few years. At first it was great and the female employee who took calls was amazing but havent gotten her sine the new owner. Now its some guys who dont know how to take orders right and make a bunch of excuses. Last time i order, they told me i would need to call the shop to get a drink instead of puttng it with the order. Completely messed up the drink order and claimed there was only one guy when a secound answered the phone. Food also has started tasting off.

First time ordering from here. We had three different poutines and all were fantastic! I have only had pogos from the grocery store and they re not good but was talked into trying one from here and it was FANTASTIC!!! Looking forward to repeating this experience in the future.

Bought L Quebec poutine for the first time and the fries were brown but it was 11pm at night so I decided to stick it out and finish my food. I got super sick and all I can taste is burnt grease. Just absolutely foul highly do not recommend this place just pathetic

Delivery took 1h30min. Once we got the food, it was ice cold and the wings we got were really over cooked. They were pretty much flaking apart from the dryness.

This place I great. Sausage on a bun is my go-to snack. Perogies and the sample platter are great. Dont forget the quesadilla! Always friendly. Only downside is the price. Can get pricey. Sausage on a bun, a quesadilla and the platter can set you back 70-75$

I ordered two times this week and received rotten fries both times! When ordering the second time, I voiced my concern about the black potatoes but I still got rotten potatoes Disgusted!!! Also, you can save your generic apology! You should not be serving rotten potatoes!!!

I ordered 3 small poutines and 3 medium poutines. Both sizes are the same. They say the small is 5x5 and the medium is 6x5.5 but even the cashier apologized and admitted there isnt much of a difference. Their food is good, I will never deny it but the price between both sizes should be just like the comment the cashier made; not much of a difference...

I ordered a bacon cheese burger and I got decomposed lettuce on it. Was dripping brown juice from it. When I called back they said they will make me a new one. I said give me a discount on the next meal and she said best she can do is 10%. I was expecting 50% off considering I got rotten food from them . Unless you like rotten food I don t recommend this place.

Pogo wasnt cooked in the middle, had a hair in it. Burger was dry and all I could taste was the cheese. Poutine was soggy and gross tasting, wasnt made with peeled potatoes so I got a chunk of potatoe skin in my poutine. Overall gross and wont be eating from there again.

Leslie what happened to the quality? My hamburger pattie was over cooked, like really over cooked, a hamburger should not crunch when you bite into it. The Quebec poutine had next to no gravy and the curds were not cuss, they were huge chunks. You need to crack the whip with your staff, they don t care or enjoy what they are doing.it ll take a long time to get me to go back to Tiffany s.

Are these guys turning into the new Chez-Nous? Called for pick up and the persons tells me its a 30 minute wait for pick up. No problem, Im calling an hour and a half in advance to time my order for 6pm. The answer I get is Ill do my best, I dont know if well be slammed or not. Yeah, I know. Thats why Im timing the order an hour and a half in advance. lol If its a 30 minute wait and Im timing my order an hour and a half out I dont care if might be slammed, time it accordingly. Timed my order elsewhere.

Was in Timmins visiting family for Easter weekend. Ordered delivery and I have to say this is the best poutine I ve had in my life! We ordered the Wily Dily and if you like dill pickle this poutine will change your life! Had the home made pogos too! Spectacular! Hot, fresh and delivered in no time! You Gotta Eat Here needs hit this place up. This is a hidden gem in town

I would have recommended this place hands down a couple years ago, but since my wife got caked on leftovers from the last time we ordered, it was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the awfully rude attitude we received during the entire process. So much for an alternative, most likely will never return and warn others to stay away

In town for work got a burger and poutine and with delivery it s cheaper than going to McDonald s, food taste good and service was great, definitely recommended

My husband accidentally ordered from here again. I say this because most poutine places suck here in Timmins but most are usually edible. Tonights poutines were not edible. Total waste of $. Do not recommend. Cold, burnt looking yet undercooked potatoes for fries. Disgusting. And yes, delivery times unreasonably long. Never again.

Online ordering is rad they ve made a few mistakes here and there and could put a little more care into the food and portions but it is good and convenient to use the online ordering and delivery!

The delivery was beautiful it was a little girl and I guess her father delivering it that was pleasant the food terrible I ordered a burger platter with a poutine, the burger bun was hard as a rock beef patty was hard and it tasted funny so I didnt eat that and then I ordered a deep fried Mr Big I couldnt eat that it was so burnt I couldnt eat it so there I lost $ 30 bucks very disappointed the quality of the food is not very well cooked

Im impressed, been years since Ive ordered here. Mushrooms caps & pizza sticks were amazing! The poutine had lots of cheese and gravy (the gravy is very flavorful, so good) my only issue was the fries. I wouldnt say they were undercooked but they were still quite hard, lots of peelings left on. Still getting 5 starts, this place had deffinetly improved over the years. Fast delivery as well for a friday night, food got here hot!

They mess orders up but always correct it, they are very busy most of the time.

Just had the worst possible experience. Usually the food there is fantastic, but not tonight. Fries where missing, cheese sticks, ice cold...the only positive thing, the fish. After calling about the fries, they were sent. They tasted burnt and bitter....nasty. I will re order at some point, but not anytime soon.

This is the place I usually order in the winter time when im desperate for food and all the chip stands are closed. It is a real hit and miss for a poutine at this place. They dont follow directions very well for take out. I get regular sodas when I ask for diet way too often. Its just not worth while fighting for it and waiting another hour. As far as fries.... Are always under cooked. They charge a whooping for Extra cheese to only get a regular amount. It must be weighted or something and they are very cheep. A fry and gravy is only a few dollars. The reason I order poutine is for the Cheese Thats why usually its close to 20$. Its a big price jump from just a med plain fry. Well that is usually because you have all that cheese in there to justify the cost. But when I get just a few sprinkles of cheese and I pay close to $20 for all the Extras And one more thing, The portions here are all one size down from there rest in town. Like if you want med size you need to order a Large. $$ I really dont get it as I have been there in person to pick up my orders. Beautiful setup. One of the most better and clean and Pro kitten setup in Timmins that more or less shines. Its a shame they dont know how to make food :(

I love deep fried mars bar, but i think the best deep fried mars bars ive ever had has come from Tiffanys! Everything was great. The wait for take out is a little long but the wait is the time of care and quality that they put into every order.

This place used to be good. I would suggest getting your late night cravings elsewhere now. From very long delivery times to very inconsistent food orders, the same items on one day can taste like a whole new dish on the next. Its unfortunately a pass, for now. I hope they can rectify these issues.

Tiffanys Take Out Food Was Delicious!!! Not too highly priced, nor any long waiting times, it lacks in appearance & size, if there s more than 2 customers ordering or waiting, you need to squeeze into their supper small entrance, like sardines in a can! Aside for their in Serious Need of an addition or remodel to house more customers & lack of any decor, take out store needs some TLC but their Food Does Not :) I m sure a few people took a quick look & quickly turned around to leave but for those who are bigger than judging a book by its cover, we re Most Likely Very Happy They Tried Their Food Items Put Anyway because their Food is Absolutely Delicious! Haven t tried it all ofcourse but have tried a lot & have not been disappointed yet. P.S. To Chocolate Lovers Out There, You Must Give Their Unique Deep Fried Mars Bar A Try! Looks Seem To Be Very Deceiving At Tiffany s Take Out, even their names menu items can really throw u off but wont know what you missed out on, if you don t look past that & take a leap of faith, this little take out place has a few sweet surprises up their sleeve! Like their Deep Fried Mars Bars Look like a small pogo s on a stick & try to wrap your head around how the heck do they manage to deep fry a Mars bar & still able to serve it, but they Did & They Taste Like A Bite Out Of Heaven! I have never ate something so deceiving in appearance & name But turn out tasting like the Unforgettable & one of a kind taste of heaven, especially for us Chocolate Lovers!!! My New Favourite for sure but I now crave this new favourite damnit!

Placed an order on Saturday night and it only gets delivered MONDAY MORNING! I got a notification on my camera system at home that someone was at the front door so I called them and asked if I could get a refund or if they can just deliver to my office instead and she said no, that Id have to pay an extra delivery charge (my office is between my home and their location - literally on the way). She told me they figured it was a drunk order but cause it was already paid for that they had to deliver it. Like use your common sense? Maybe call me to confirm, hey you ordered this poutine 2 DAYS AGO, do you still want it? At the very least try to deliver the next morning. Who in their right mind would order a poutine at midnight and want it the next day, never mind 2 DAYS LATER! Theyre a bunch of crooks and Im never ordering from them again. Learn how to run a business.

I strongly discourage to order at Tiffany s Home of the Walrus . I had placed an order for a group of 4 people and we automatically had a wait time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. I get it, it s Saturday night... but after a three hour wait, 3 phone calls and a few discussions with a manager, we received 4 free pops and a waived delivery fee (-5$). When we received our order, our food was cold so I called back and we received a 25% discount and they remade our appetizers and burgers and delivered them. Angie called us back to make sure that our remade order was okay, but if it had been done right the first time, this would not have happened. I will not be ordering there again.

I highly recommend ordering from here. The staff was polite & courteous. Our order came 42 minutes after ordering it. The food is of high quality. Fresh cooked bacon...not precooked, real cheese...not processed, toasted Kaiser bun, leaf lettuce vs. iceberg. We ordered the Wooster chicken burger, hot hamburger platter, medium quebec poutine & small fry & gravy. The hamburger platter had fresh ground beef vs. processed meat patty. Everything was extremely delicious & worth the $. This is Timmins #1 spot for take out food!!!

what a total disappointment in service, the food is cold but i guess thats what you would expect when you place a order at 6.34 pm and its delivered at 8.07 pm. When i called to find out if it was sent out ..after waiting a hour and a half the young ladies responce was oh im bad ..delivery driver was great maybe you should hire her to teach your inside cook staff on manners and customer service

Although the food is quite good I would not want to support owners who are so disrespectful and steal money from their employees. Sometimes you can hear the owner screaming at his kitchen staff for matters that would only require some coaching in private.

The quality of everything has gone way downhill. Often the wait times are over an hour and even two hours at times for a simple fries and gravy. The delivery charges went up to 6$, plus the food is cold or soggy about 80% of the time because they wait for more then one order per area before they send the food out. Ive also been noticing much more burnt and refried fries then before, my last 3 poutines were at least 80% refried fries... Why does it take two hours to get a poutine with refried old fries?

Went for a fry Friday afternoon i dont call them fries so disgusting all probably left over on bottom of fryer i cant believe they would give those to people. If i ever go again ill check them if there not to my likeking i will give them back and ask them if they would eat them.

Had a very bad experience the first time I ordered many years ago, recently decided to give them another chance.. so glad I did! So many different choices of burgers and poutine, delivery can be a LONG wait, but they are good to tell you when you call.. delivery drivers are great. Taco poutine is the unlitimate hangover fixer, taco hotdog is weirdly good too

Didnt get what we asked for, food was crazy salty, delivery was an hour late, wrote a suggested delivery tip on the bag (adding to the already crazy price), and the delivery dude was rude and cranky. I do not recommend.

Ive just been ordering here now for the past month, as I did try it when they first opened a few times and the food changed allot in taste since then! So I herd so I gave it a try again and its yummy but I order poutine all the time and the first time it was supper salty to the point it was way to much,every one who ordered and we r 7 said the same there poutine gravy so supper salty.. so we tried it again and it was much better the next few times, then the next time again supper salty.. I guess it hit and miss with the gravy.. but I love it always hot and fresh and ready when they say.. only thing I dont like is we r all late night eaters and the time it closes is to early for my tummy cravings lol.. would be nice to see them open till at least 3 am week-ends like Friday and Saturday at lest.. and week days till 1am.. I would rate this a 5 star for sure if the store would be open longer hours on week ends and week days.. would also boost there sales and business I tell ya for us for sure and many more I bet! Ive lived and been going to the Corner store for over 25 years.. and there staff most of them throu out the 25 years a very helpful and happy and smile all the time.. the price are some what ok but could use a bit of a drop in prices or offer a family deal of some kind, like 2 family poutines with 2 burgers and 2 cans of pop and 2 onion rings for a fixed price this would be helpful for the big families out there ordering in bulk.. but over all in the past month the food is good besides the hit and miss of the very salty gravy depends who made it I guess.. but over all very yummy love this place now and the owners are very nice and always greeting there costumers rather at there store or uptown.. they take pride in there customers and it shows.. over all of theses things would happen the hours of closing and the prices or offer a family deal of some kind this place I would rate it a 5 star.. so yummy..

Ordered fries as a side dish and ended throwing something else In the oven at home! The fries I received should not have even left the store. Overcooked, dried out and hard! Quality of kitchen has significantly declined. Money thrown in the garbage.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a large poutine. The poutine, well lets just say I wont order one anywhere else now. The large is a good size for 2 wanting a small portion each or 1 person with a good appetite. The price is comparable to anyone else. The burger, not so good. I ordered it with the works and there was no ketchup. Good thing I was at home and had access to my own otherwise it would have been a fairly dry burger. The bun was horrible. It was toasted lightly, however the top and bottom sides were hard as rock. Also the top had a thin layer of mushiness from the steam inside the styrofoam container it was packed in. Absolutely not worth the $8 I was charged for this burger. Not including napkins regardless of it being home delivery is just not cool. It makes a vendor look cheap.
