My mom and I ordered from them we ordered at 8:00pm,we noticed the time and it was 9:30 an hour and a half later I called they said “give me 20-25 minutes and your food will be there” I waited another hour 11:00pm I called them and asked for are money back the guy on the phone said he would give us are food for free and we could have the food. The driver came to are House sat in his car then LEFT, After the guy at the restaurant said we could have ate food never ordering from here again not worth my time or money
Burger was very dry. No juice at all. I don't know what ground beef they use but they need some fat in it. Lucky I had a tomato on my burger, that's the only thing that made it edible. Also the poutine was just bleh. Nothing special about it. You can make better food at home.
Call to place a order and put on hold instantly no words nothing like they pickup the phone and put the phone on the side there never geting my money again
Used to order here often. Food has gone drasticly downhill. Its not pallatable anymore. Always get old burn fries with either burnt or expired gravy. Don't bother ordering from here. Food will be subpar, overpriced and they'll "forget" to put things with your order.
Order the grilled chicken wrap...you won't be disappointed. And the portion for deep fried dill pickles is more than what other restaurants serve. Delicious too! Very impressed with the quality of the food. I highly recommend!
Good food but forgot part of my mom’s order that she ordered for delivery. Other than that it’s yummy! Ordered again and they made up for the forgotten piece! Awesome food! Thanks again!! (:
Place has gone very down hill since the original owners sold out. Constantly forget items for delivery orders. Prices are crazy and the food is consistently poor. Gravy for their once loved poutine has a weird taste now. Very disappointed. If you’re looking for cheaper prices nearby I’d suggest going to mountjoy variety. For takeout, Tiffany’s is the winner. Learn how to run a business!
Great poutine. Next time I would ask for a bit less gravy. Freshly made to order and cheese curds ... cant go wrong!

Food came on time & hot. Poutine was loaded with curds & hot thick poutine gravy...& lots of it. We ordered 2 poutines & 2 med fries...gravy on the side. The fries were cooked in fresh oil & nice & crispy. The med gravy on the side was huge. Food was top notch

The price for a jumbo poutine was a good price and holy moly they loadeddded it with tons of cheese and gravy it was great! The only negative thing was that I asked for onions on it, but they were raw. I was kind of expecting them to be cooked on the poutine.

I ordered pirogies with two sour creams. I got pirogies in a bag no onions or bacon and two sweet and sour sauces. I called to complain and they said they would send it over. When I answered the door they sent onions and bacon no pirogies and no sour cream. Thanks Moms Fries
You know the good old 3 strikes your out rule. Well this place just did it for me. After ordering like every second day for a year. They keep messing up minor issues, until now I mostly ignore on the grounds Its Timmins . Great poutine if you can get it... Most of the times they cant get the online orders right. I use their app and order online all the time. They keep sending me expired soda. Or the wrong ones etc,, They mostly ignore my special request field of Easy on gravy usually they do the opposite and just drench it into a mess when I get it! Sometimes It almost feels personal.

Never get the order right. Watch your bills because they over charge. Food has been gross lately. I use to love moms fries but its not the same anymore. Its gross. Wont be ordering anymore from there
Ordered a jumbo family pulled pork poutine and had it delivered. Arrived in 30 minutes like the guy said. We had asked if it was enough food to feed 2 adults and one kid and he wasnt kidding ! Food turned out great and this is coming from someone who stopped ordering from them for over 4 years. We will definitely order from them in the future . Great job !
The first 2 times I bought poutine from here I thought it was the best that I have had. Last night it was lousy. A real disappointment. To he the best it has to be that way, everytime.

Ordered a burger and onion rings combo, the top and bottom bun were so soggy it had to be picked off in pieces. Called the store and was told it was probably the time spent in the wrapper, I live 5 minutes away paid 7$ for a party and onion rings, never again.

Placed an order today close to 1, usually my favourite place to order but there was too much toppings which killed the flavour and the gravy was burnt tasting. There was also a white/blonde hair on my jumbo hot dog. Overall Ive had good food from here on my previous orders.

Tasty gravy but the cheese is in huge chunks that dont compliment the fries and way too much of it and the prices are pretty high 24.00 compared to 18.00 for the same poutine elsewhere delivered.
