Very tasty smoothies and smoothie bowls in the beaches, a great option for breakfast! The bowls are quite filling, and I love all the variety of toppings in each bowl. The strawberry cloud smoothie is one of my favourite menu items to order, my skin feels great with the collagen included in it
Five star!!! This "Blue Magic" bowl still got me thinking about it 2.5 hours later!! Super refreshing and filling! All the ingredients complimented each other very well. And of course, super healthy! Truly, magic in a bowl! ✨️ Definitely recommend! 🤗
The Açai is very good! It is pure taste from Amazon, it is not very sweet, they prepared as we requested with just a bit of granola on top. Definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning again!
This little shop has a very good location by the beaches and is more affordable than other smoothie shops/cafes. I ordered the strawberry cloud for $11+tax. It was a fairly large cup and they make it look pretty, as shown in their photos. Taste wise, wouldn’t recommend but would come back to try something else. 100% better than going to nutbar where they charge you double the price for half of the portion.
I got the salted almond butter protein shake and it was amazing! The staff was pretty nice as well and the service was quick. It’s gonna be my go-to workout fuel!
New (acai bowl) cafe in the Beaches. Your order is ready in 5 mins, fresh and great looking. A pretty large size, I was only able to eat it all in one go after a hard gym workout. Would be great on a hot day I think, now that summer is here. Try it!
I've been here almost every week since they've opened shop! The smoothies, bowls and vibes are immaculate. The prices are reasonable, and workers there are so friendly and bring a sparkle to the space. Perfect for a nutritious snack after a long walk by the water, workout... etc. Such a great addition to our neighborhood! ✨️
The best acai bowl place outside of Huntington Beach.
Went here twice, both days were busy Enough said Mango bowl and magic bowl were great Food : 5/5
Only issue is they do not have a half size. The full size is way too big for sone and is a waste to buy. Perhaps think of putting a half size in place and I will back

Looked up acai near me and gave it a shot. Absolutely delicious and super friendly staff.
Good but no longer pet friendly as they received a toronto public health sign on the window! Also, once I was there and there was glass is a customers child s smoothie but it s never happened again since I ve been there.

Pricey but definitely worth it. I can t afford to go here often, but if I could I would. Everything I ve gotten or seen ordered is amazing. I dream about their smoothies almost weekly.

SO glad this place opened down the road from me. I have to stop myself from going several times a day. The mango bowl is my favourite, but you can t go wrong. The staff are genuinely lovely. Also dogs are welcome inside. I love that.

A much welcomed addition to the Beaches. Ive tried a few of their smoothies and they were all delicious, however the Almond Banana Brew is my favourite so far. The staff are all friendly and the store is kept very clean.
The best smoothies cafe in Toronto, perfect for takeout to the beach! The smoothie is really delicious! Its the best to walk along the Woodbine waterfront while drinking Acai Berry or Blue Magic haha.
Today I tried it for the first time and I didnt like it. Kiwi was very bitter, it even interrupted the taste of other ingredients, the banana was very thinly sliced and there were few granules. For 15 dollars, I would like to expect fresh fruit. The design of the cafe is pleasant and clean.

So happy to have HEAL in the beaches. This area was in dire need for a superb smoothie and bowl shop like this. The vibes here are immaculate and the smoothies/ bowls are to die for. The owners are awesome and make sure every bowl and smoothies that goes out is top notch!

Really great smoothie bowls! I got the açai bowl and really enjoyed it! Ingredients tasted fresh and high quality. Loved that the granola and fruit were layered so it was a great ratio of açai base to toppings/granola. Great location and very helpful team working there. Will absolutely be back to try more bowls and smoothies.
