My wife and I had lunch there yesterday, and the food portions were generous, with everything tasting fantastic. The owner even treated us to free ice cream.

Just ordered a Chow Mein, it was awful & have thrown in the bin. The noodles were burnt & so dry, the calamari was like rubber.

Astonishingly bad chicken pho. Did not come with any herbs or aromatics (e.g. basil) basically tasteless with extremely low quality chicken.

My boyfriend is a very picky eater & doesn t like all thai places, this one was delicious!! I got Vietnamese glass noodles chicken w/ shrimp & chicken pineapple fry rice. It was very good, not too saucy like most places. They also do have the option of sauce on the side so u can add your desired amount. Obvi it is the best when eaten fresh and hot, so I recommend sitting down & maybe enjoying the patio. I also loved the fresh summer rolls! It really was fresh :) Customer service even though I ordered takeout was A1. I was greeted with a smile. Will be stopping by again!

Surprised by the reviews. This place is gross. There are at least two other Thai places on this street that are far better quality.

Verry disrespectfull workers. Food is not cooked properly. So Unhygienic. I would not reccomend any person to go there. I will negative points for this restaurants.

So disappointing! The lightly breaden general tao chicken was like poached sauggy bullets. Ghetto quality chicken served with dry, clumpy rice. The ambience is a step above a cafeteria. I clearly expressed my concern for a high vegetable ratio dish. What arrived was 95 percent tough meat. They are in their OWN ZONE Wont be back!

The go to spot in for us for Thai. Never disappoints

Went here with my lady and experienced a real quality prix fix dinner meal. Waiting staff was attentive but not overbearing, staff were polite and respectful the whole time, and the food was generous. I had the crispy ginger beef and added noodles with the combo deal, was delicious. Tasty, palatable, affordable, and presented well. I recommend.

Used to love this place and drove all the way to pick it up on Friday!! Put shrimp in the noodles and I m deathly allergic there was prob shrimp in the red curry too when I specifically only asked for chicken I ve been reacting ever since and extremely upset! Will never eat here again - they didn t even bother answering the phone all weekend so I could place a formal complaint. Thank you for ruining Christmas!!!!! Don t eat here if you have a seafood allergy they are extremely careless.

It was a fantastic place to eat. It s nice and cozy and staff are quite friendly (except one guy which is not a big deal). The food here is incredible though, very delicious. There were so many dishes we wanted to get but we opted for the calamari, chicken satay, pad Thai, chili cashew chicken and coconut peanut chicken. Didn t leave anything behind. Will certainly be coming back here to taste the rest of the amazing menu.

Good food, quick. Decent quantity, reasonable prices. For my fellow Indians and other Asians, dont be scared of picking the spicy options as they really arent. Ate Korean udon noodles rated at 2 chillies and found no spice-said by someone who cant handle spice.

We visited Lemongrass Bayview location yesterday. The lemongrass pho hit the right spot after a long day. The broth was refreshing and delicious. I would order it again.

My SO and I went tonight and it is so refreshing to have a great spot so close to home that doesn t cost an arm and a leg for a small portion. Portions were big and VERY reasonably priced, I had the pad Thai and my SO had the Beef Pho, both incredible, the service was great, friendly and insanely fast! We were in and out in less than and hour but never did we feel rushed or anything like that. Overall deserved 5 star can t wait to go back and try the 85 million other menu options!

Decided to stop in one day on a whim before heading to Hollywood Gelato (best in the city), and came away sorely disappointed. Of the 3-4 items we ordered-- two apps, two mains--, not one thing was to our liking. Everything seemed like a watered-down version of the beloved Thai dishes they were meant to represent. Too expensive for what it is. Atmosphere and service were cold.

Being Celiac its hard to find places that cater and that are as tasteful as Lemongrass. I enjoyed every bite of my meal. I got a salad soup and meal for 19.99. Prices are great food was delicious and the customer service was excellent Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Turns out this place is a great eatery. While I have seen people saying the dishes here didn t have the right flavor, I think they are doing a quite good job - since this place was not trying to recreate a fully authentic Thai cuisine, but a contemporary Southeast Asian fusion cuisine (and I would say this place somehow leaned more toward the Singaporean/Vietnamese flavor). The portion is also quite good as long as you ordered the combo. I would recommend the coconut peanut chicken, which has a unique flavor

I came in to this restaurant today for take out. I looked at prices online and decided on my food. I gave my order and was ready to pay, I realized that there was roughly $4 extra on the machine to pay. I spoke to the server he said this is the price of the food. I told him that s not the prices. Online the food is a few dollars cheaper. He said we haven t changed the prices online from covid. I said so what do I pay. He told me to pay the full amount. I told him again but the prices are cheaper on line. He said there is nothing I can do do you have to pay the higher price. I walked out. They should have honoured the online prices as it s not my problem they haven t changed it. Bad service. Bad attitude. I won t be back.

Took me years to eat here in Toronto the worst Thai, Vietnamese food. Soggy discolored Pad Thai with a doubtful strange shaped chicken. The vegetarian rolls were stuffed with tasteless sprouts. The Pho had a strange colour, a vague smell of a herb, it was bland and the so called chicken wontons tasted like pork. No sprouts, basil or anything that was not beige.

The Pad Thai was exceptionally bland and flavourless. It was basically like eating spaghetti with some sauce and protein. The beef coconut curry was not up to par. The sauce was over saturated with some of the curry spice, giving a rather bitter and chalky flavour. Where s the love Lemongrass? You guys used to rock :(

This has been a family favorite restaurant for years. Service is still decent but I think the food quality has declined some, or I was unlucky with timing. I got takeout for family members. The Pad Thai with shrimp was a bit boring with rice noodles sprouts and shrimp in sauce, but no green onions, no crushed peanuts etc. The gluten free deep fried taro rolls were good. They forgot to include the cutlery and napkins I asked for, but I noticed, and they added them. I didn t try the beef pho but my nephew loved it. Mango salad was very tasty. Very bland food all around. Tom yum soup was very watery without a lot of flavour, Crispy thai beef was only lightly sauced, and the tamarind pad thai was legitimately the worst pad thai Ive had; I didnt know it could taste watery, but it did, and lacked any of the peanuts the description said it had

Tonight is close down for indoor dining.......we wanted a late lunch after grocery shopping. We had a great lunch, the Vietnamese Platter and 2 dim sum selections with jasmine tea. It was a lovely lunch.....unfortunately, nice and quiet, but a very satisfying meal. We hadnt been in LG for years....it was very pleasant and recommended!!!

Walked in out of curiosity of the menu. Wide variety of different Asian cuisine that interested both my fiancé and I. The food is a little pricey but its definitely worth it for the quality, taste and amount of the food. The portions are more than generous and the food was to die for. Will be coming back and I cant recommend it enough.

I went to this place with my friend for dinner. I came in first, took a sit and told the guy that I am waiting for my friend to arrive. I asked for a glass of water. I ordered food while waiting for my friend and the food came really quick. They gave me plates but i had to stand up to ask for cutleries. Then my friend came and we started eating. None of the staff even bothered to check and see if we need refill of water nor asked if we need anything else like any other restaurants would do. I had to raise my hand to ask for a glass of water. Then we kinda pause for a while as we ate too fast. then the guy came and said are you done? which i think was inappropriate and he kept going back to our table not offering us anything but somewhat rushing as off to finish. the restaurant wanst busy that time nor a line outside the door. The food was great but customer service sucks. We didnt fell welcome or catered to our needs. Customer service needs to be improved like a lot.

Dropped on the other evening for a quick bite. They were not busy. Looks like eat-in business has not returned to pre-pandemic levels. We decided to have Pho. I had beef with extra veggies and my wife had veggie with tofu. It was served hot and quickly and was really good! A very good and inexpensive meal. Definitely will be back.

Went for an early dinner with my son. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The server forgot to bring our water which we ordered. Took her 20 mins to bring our mango drinks, food came quick but wasn t fresh. She then disappeared so she didn t even follow up and ask how everything tasted. She never came back so we had to ask the cook to come out from the back and let us pay our bill. Very disappointed.

Highly dissatisfied with the food. Ordered pad thai, the noodles were greasy and worst of all the chicken was hard. I had to cook my own chicken to put it on top and remove the one from the restaurant. Didn t even finished the food. Being a foodie, I can distinguish someone s cooking. 1. If the food is made with love and passion. 2. If the ingredients are fresh. Unfortunately there is none of these two with the food I had. Theres nothing more disturbing for me than paying for food that s not as good as it should be. Waste of $. Let this serve you not as a warning that you shouldn t buy food from here as a customer, but hopefully the owner would take this feedback positively and change those things up. Never going to order food from here.

I have to give a shout-out to this Lemongrass for ensuring a delivery that went out missing an item (for my daughter) was fulfilled. The store made the effort to have my item driven out to complete the order and making a little girl happy. The food is great and value is awesome would have been 5 stars if the order was delivered correctly from the start. Thank you for making it right

Ordered pad Thai, steamed dumplings and wonton soup. Mediocre. Dumplings were same as those in the soup but merely covered sloppily in a peanut type sauce. Soup was heavy on celery and mushroom chunks. Pad thai noodles overcooked.

Good is good, service is terrible. Their are a few other Thai places in the strip so you would think they would make the effort to separate themselves. Wasn t busy either, just one other table to I don t get the delays or poor service.

We ordered a few items which we have had from them before and were thoroughly disappointed. Red Thai curry had no flavour, fried calamari tasted doughy and fried rice was plain. Not sure what went wrong in the kitchen but it was frustrating to have this after driving 45 minutes to pick up the food.

Sorry that I did The fried stuff drenched in grease (taro spring rolls fried won ton) The proteins (beef and chicken) didnt taste real and the textures were like imitation meat..very odd... Lacked flavour Its like the chef and owners have stopped caring about the quality The eggplant was ok...but just ok Sorry, but Im done with this place.. theres just too many better options... Great place with amazing gluten free options completely safe for people with celiac disease. Safe are friendly and knowledgeable about cross contamination. Have been several times and we are never disappointed. Food is always great!

Amazing customer service, but thats about it. Food was subpar and even that is being a little generous. My pho was awful with no flavour at all. Tomatoes and mushrooms. My pho was made up of tomatoes and mushroom. Why?

We wanted to try something local, something new and decided on Lemongrass. Our meals were exquisite in presentation and taste! LOVED the Mango Salad and Lemongrass Chicken. Will definitely order again.

One of our favorite restaurants. Extensive menu, nice staff, appears to be very clean, fast service, parking meters out front. The washrooms are down a steep flight of stairs, fast takeout service. After dinner, go next door for a Gelato ice cream fix...yummy.

I hate to write this. I enjoyed going there a lot. But a month ago I ordered dim sum soup there which tasted great. The next day I had the worst type of food poisoning I have ever experienced before. Lasted a few days. I am not sure if others that day also experienced intense food poisoning but I can confirm that it most likely was from the food based on the timing of sickness.

Always delicious. Always reliable. Always cheaper than if you made it yourself!

One of my favourite restaurants in Toronto! The owners are nice, and decor is simple but effective. Washrooms (at least the womans) needs an update. But the food is really good. I could never stray from the mango salad, lemongrass soup, cold rice wraps, and the Yellow Veggie curry! Amazing. Prices went up a little, the plates seemed to get smaller. But still worth it. Also, the Vietnamese coffee served hot is oh so good!

I had the curry pad Thai, and it was really tasting! Ive tried a few curry pad thais in the area, and this is my favourite one! All the ingredients tasted really fresh, and it was the right amount of curry flavour. Would definitely have it again, and I look forward to trying more of their menu!

One of our absolutely fave restaurants for many year, even now that weve moved 45mins away. Everything weve ever had here was delicicious. We do both eat in and take out; not sure about delivery. Some of my faves are the Lemongrass soup with chicken. Cashew chicken, egg rolls. Eating inside and out on small patio. Can be busy so call ahead. Open for lunch and dinner.

I went to Lemon Grass at 6 p.m on July 22nd, 2019 and it was empty. It got busy quick, even it was a Monday night. We ordered vietnamese veggie spring rolls, deep fried wonton and the dinner combo (thai chili eggplant cashew tofu with a side of lemon grass soup). The spring roll ($8) and wonton ($6) are good portion but the $20 combo was tiny. Also, the price for their cold tea is ridiculous considered it is watered down jasmine tea with a slice of lime and a plastic straw ($4). Over priced for a tiny amount of food but the food was really good. Overall, great for a night out to try but not a spot to take your party too.

Delicious, plenty of choices on the menu. Owners are always friendly and helpful....all the food tastes so fresh and everything has its own distinctive flavor. I highly recommend it; then go to the icecream place next door for a delicious cone.

nice place, good food, larger menu than your average restaurant, fair prices. The more familiar you are with vietnamese dishes, the better youll do at making a selections. I am not well versed in vietnamese cuisine and went with three dishes i knew, and they were as expected.

Food was very blah. Chicken was suspect, not sure if it was fully cooked. If you re looking for good Thai food this is not the place.

Came with a friend, I got the Shanghai noodles and he ordered the Beef Pho. Surprisingly well developed flavour and did not taste like a Congee Queen pho. This is a nice neighbourhood gem, and we both agreed it was Asian Fusion -- and not Thai fusion like one of their flyers suggests. Come here if you want a taste of Asian cuisine, but you are not looking for authentic south-east asian dishes. They have Chinese chefs, but the taste and flavours are still very satisfying -- plus its very clean!

Staff was friendly the entire time. We had pho with beef and a crispy chicken dish (unfortunately I forget the proper name of it). The pho had more beef than were used to seeing, which was a pleasant surprise. The chicken dish didnt lie a was pretty crispy, and the sauce was flavorful. The lemongrass soup and the salad with mango (not mango salad) were both refreshing.

Just tried to have dinner here, says it closes at 10pm on their google page. It is 9:30pm at the moment and they turned us away. Not going back here, terrible hospitality.

Tried and true family classic. The food here is awesome, service is very fast. Its a Chinese restaurant so the atmosphere isnt fancy and the servers are there to take your order, serve the food, and clean up afterwards. Cheap, fast, good quality, and delicious.

This restaurant uses to be my favourite but unfortunately, the quality has gone down. The lunches are the worst, very very small portions, tiniest pieces of protein which are uncooked. The secret to the success of a restaurant is not to compromise the quality at a cheaper price. Do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Youd better drive downtown to a descent Thai restaurant.

This places used to be a favorite and I was proud to bring out of town guests there, but lately the quality has just plummeted. The last couple of times I had food from there, it tasted no better than what you would get in a bad shopping mall, and we could not even finish the meal. Im incredibly sad because it had worked hard to build a great reputation. I dont plan to go back.

Really good laksa, they made mine with extra tofu and vegetables instead of chicken when I asked. I also had the cold shrimp roll, it wasnt the best, very little shrimp and the wrapping paper was pretty chewy.

I love the pho and Crispy beef:) it was so yummy! Service is good and will be return in the future.

The vegetarian food was really bad here. In fact, the meat options didnt look good either. The food didnt have good quality not did it taste good.

Had lunch there with a friend while visiting from out of town. We both loved our meals! I thought my chicken was delicious and tender. The lunch portion was the perfect size. I was full and satisfied and I didnt have any leftovers to take because we were traveling and I didnt want to take a box. We didnt have a reservation but it was after the lunch rush and they werent busy and we were seated right away. The ladies were very kind. I would go back if Im in town again.
