First time at Gabbys was customer Christmas party. What a fantastic time!! Both bartenders ,Sarah and Tonia ,were absolutely amazing. Even tho they were busy with their regulars they still made me feel like I was part of the crowd. Tonia even took the time to introduce me to a few so I d feel more at home . Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.other than an older gentleman who politely told me where to go in no uncertain terms while out smoking. But I was told that he s a long term regular and he s always rude to everyone and not to let it deter me from coming back. So aside from that unpleasant exchange the next time I m in Toronto I ll be sure to drop in for a pint. Hopefully both the lovely Ladies will be there again!

Worst experience I had. There was customer who came 15 minutes after us got their food (fish & chips) before us. We were 4 of us, and 2 of our meals was salad with chicken which shouldnt take long, And when my meal finally almost came out she drop it on the ground. There was no manager there to complain to or to ask for a discount for waiting so long. Never go back there again.

If you are looking for great service, real tasty food and fun atmosphere this a place for you. My husband and I are regular guests at this location. We do not live close by this location but because of the wonderful experience we always have we make the trip.

Dark and dingy and the old bag that works there needs to move on. Plenty of much better places near by.

Small place to catch food, the service wasn t the best and very small community. Personally don t recommend! There are better options to get food around the place, this might be a good option to sit down and catch a drink. Otherwise try ti find another place to eat

I have visited this location a number of times and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is great, the food is fast and always tasty and the service is never slow. The waitresses are very good, but I have to single out Bev for the outstanding service she supplies each and every time I visit. If you are looking for a neighbourhood type of bar with great bar food, I highly recommend it.

I walked into this place approximatley 1145pm. Google showed open until 1am, decided to try and grab some grub after a long day at work. I was with 2 friends, immediatley sat ourselves at the bar. The bartender was in the kitchen, she did not see us walk in, she made eye contact after sitting for 5 min , turned off the light in the kitchen and walked over to a table. Wings looked fresh on that table, maybe 2 other tables occupied , after 10 min of sitting at the bar, the bartender approaches the bar and at this point, still did NOT acknowledge us. I had to get her attention and asked politely if the kitchen was open, and what time the closed. She didnt even make eye contact, responded with a no. And 1100pm( although the wings at the booth were looking fresh). You could clearly see she did not want to talk to us, and she was not welcoming AT ALL. Decided to leave and have a drink elsewhere seeing as the bartender clearly was not happy that we were there. I have been to gabbys once , I will never return to a gabbys location after my experiemce. But hey, overall google shows a 4.3 reveiw.... maybe she was having a bad day .

It s 7:00 pm on Saturday March 18th, we came 3 adults and 2 children and waited by the entrance for good 5 minutes, staff avoided eye contact (someone actually left to back of house) and no one came to us to get us seated despite plenty of empty seats. We were excited for a Gabby s Wing experience same as we had at a Mississauga location however this Bloor location certainly disappointed the excitement. Thank you

Good spot for late night drinks

Went there for a fast lunch and boy I was impressed with the wings. I got suicide sauce and it was really yummy. They make it in house!

We visited on Easter weekend with a group of 5 people, three generations and everyone loved their meals. Turkey dinner special was delish. 2 sandwiches made to order for my girls were devoured. Fish tacos were a huge portion - had to take one home. Burger was so great and so were the wings. We will be back! Server was a delight and she treated us like family.

The wings here make me want to move to the neighborhood permanently. These are legitomately the best wings Ive ever had - get them grilled, you wont regret it. Partner had a great club sandwich, too - and the house chips are amazing. Especially for a small pub on a busy street, this place is amazing. Id rather go here than somewhere fancy. Edit: We ended up coming to Gabbys for 3 of our 4 nights in Toronto and I have 0 regrets. Everything we ate was delicious, Judy treated us well, and I had more wings in that week than Ive had all year. I wish I could pick it up and bring it home with me! Please eat some wings here for me. Vegetarian options: Some veggie options, expect lots of cheese alongside a few salads.

I ordered chicken platter which did not mention anything about becon in it. And after the dish came to the table we came to know about becon in it. and the taste of food was also not good. Really had a bad experience.

As I know Gabby s, this place compares others I can say that not average quality.

Took 45 mins to get my drink because of how understaffed it was. This isnt the first time this has happened going there.

Bartender is a fun lady and super attentive. The wings were plentiful, though I warn people that chili lime tastes more like chili powder than anything else. I was expecting something more like Thai chili. The mozzarella sticks are also served with salsa instead of marinara which was a trip. Very reasonable prices.

Ive had Gabbys before but this was my first time ordering delivery and not gonna lie, it was below subpar. Not even a toothpick in my burger to keep it together so when i got it it was more of a mush. Sweet potato fries werent even cooked just doused in oil. Salad was brown, avocado was browwwwwnnnnnnnn. I usualy like Gabbys but do not order take out from this place!

We went to Gabbys on royal york this afternoon and were served exceptionally by Bev. She gave her food recommendations to us and also gave such a great location recommendation for us to have a small picnic and without us even asking provided us with the necessary cutlery(wet naps, plates) that made it easier for us to enjoy the food. The food was amazing but Bev made the experience even better! Thank you for being so great. Definitely recommend

This place has opened after the COVID-free stage 3 was announced for Toronto. Awesome food, served by friendly servers. We enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered, from burgers to fajitas. The portion sizes are generous, and the ingredients are fresh. The food preparation time is short, so one doesnt have to wait long when hungry. Seating available indoors as well as on the patio. Roadside parking is available.

Placed an order for pick up through Skip the Dishes. My husband went to pick it up after 25 minutes and they said they saw the order and deleted it as it went through. He had to show them our receipt/confirmation and they apologized and made our order. After another 25 minutes, they forgot one of our meals and messed up another. I called to complain and a rude woman yelled at me...needless to say, would not recommend.

Gabby s on Bloor St. Near Prince Edward Dr. Is a great place. We have been going there for over 10 years. The steak sandwich is great, staff are friendly and kudos to Kumar, the owner. Great place even during Covid-19 even though it s take out we still get the same great service.

Great hot food. Love the care that goes into the takeout packages. So impressed by the taste of the burger. It gives me summer vibes. Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant!

I walked in to get a beer and then decided to eat something with my brother and WOW thr crispy chicken sandwich was amazing! Huge piece of chicken perfectly fried, light colour crispy and soft on the inside, 10stars. And the fish and chips...better than most fish and chip restaurants claiming to be best in town. Honestly, Kudos to Gabbys for having such high quality food in very generous portions for a neighborhood bar. 10stars. Cheers!

I walked in for takeout and I understand they are busy, but not ONE PERSON gave me even two seconds. I asked one busy waitress if they do takeout, and she said yes, please go to the bar. I walked over and waited for 5-10 minutes and was never approached once. People saw me, stood in front of me, looked at me, never asked if I wanted take out, never said Ill be right with you. Im standing with a menu waiting, OBVIOUSLY I want something.

Went by here on a Friday night for a drink. Sadly the vibes inside were not enjoyable and the woman behind the bar seemed over worked and stressed out. We didn t stay.
