Hey - we're Jack Astor's. Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. We specialize in delicious food and drink and are a lot like a reverse mullet- we're a party in the front and all business in the back. In all seriousness though, we take real pride in our food and make over 200 recipes in house - Every. Single. Day. Mic drop. Try our fresh guacamole, centre cut aged Canadian AAA striploins or our famous Jack's Chicken Fingers, made with fresh never frozen seasoned chicken tenders, hand breaded to order. I visited Jack's Dundas Square last week and had a good experience. The service was good with friendly and attentive staff. The food we ordered tasted excellent – every bite was delicious! The atmosphere was quite pleasant, making it a good place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, a great spot to visit!
I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was inviting, stylish, and cozy. Our server, Shrey, really made our evening better. He was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Always on time and ensuring we had everything we needed. As for the food, every bite was absolutely delicious. We started with the lobster and crab dip as an appetizer, and it was phenomenal. Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor. The attention to detail in the flavors, presentation, and service made our time here an unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier restaurant.
When I tell you guys the food here is so good, like really good, i'm talking good. Well I haven't really tried anything else on the menu other than the 1lb chicken wings with fries and blue cheese, I am so hooked on it like crazy . Wow just absolutely amazing and incredible, it totalled up to 25$ and some change. Will definitely come back here to try something else
This is my family and I’s go-to Jack’s location! The service is always great! The severs are all very nice and friendly. And the food is consistently fresh and delicious every time. No complaints! I love all the Christmas decor they have up in their restaurants this year — very fun and festive!! ❤️
The customer service from Tamar and Scott was above and beyond today! The food was sooo delicious, the best we’ve ever had it since coming to this location in a long time. They made sure we had everything fresh and that we were enjoying our meal. We had the salt and pepper wings to start and mains were sauced and tossed chicken fingers and fries/poutine. Highly recommend.
Lol.... Download the app and be a member right away when you're dining there. Especially lunch, you'd get a 10% discount. Most interactive dining experience.You get to choose what music comes on next on the playlist in the outlet you're at. Food's decent...though portion could be a little more. But all in all it was a good dining experience! Verdict: Must try and MUST sign up for the membership
It was like we were their only guests! A table of 8 is not an easy task to wait on, yet we received such amazing service. That is what a great server does, makes you feel valued! Thank you Caitlyn for your attention to detail, never keeping us waiting, making all of our persnickety requests for our dishes seem like no big deal for you to fulfill and you smiled through it all. It is a nice place to hang around. The food was tasted good. The waiter wasnt pushing us to order food. So that was another good thing. All my colleagues were satisfied with their food. I ordered BBQ burger which tastes good. But one thing to mentioned that they are generous with the amount of food. So will be full... All the deserts comes for two. So plenty to share. Only cons of this place that there were few lower benches. So make sure that you get a good table with some foot support. Overall..great place

Went out for a girls night out and had a great time. Food was good and our server Shrey was extremely helpful in explaining the menu and offering alternatives for any dietary restrictions. Very friendly stuff :)

Loved the Christmas decoration. Went there for the first time on Saturday Dec 7, to celebrate my monthly weeding anniversary. We were served by Joey, who gave the best recommendations and had an outstanding customer service. She was super friendly always with a great smile and answered all our questions about the menu. The drinks and food were delicious and the prices were good for the quality. We didn t have a reservation, so we had to wait for about 20min to get a table. However, as there s a winners on the building we went there to browse some gifts and didn t even feel the waiting time. I m looking forward to going there again and trying more drinks.

First if you get Rachel as your server, youve already won the lottery! Excellent service above all else, staff at this location never cease to raise the standard on every visit. Enjoyed the Holiday season special with a New York Striploin, Crab and shrimp, and fresh vegetables. Paired with a Merlot suggested by Rachel, it was excellent. Dont miss the festive drinks. Mistletoe Mule was perfectly prepared. Final word on this visit... Top Notch!

First time visiting from ottawa and I was recommended by a lovely friend who comes here often. I got the shrimp pasta and it was to say the best yet I ve had! Ron made sure everything was well attended to and we really enjoyed our time. I would definitely recommend coming here and trying the nachos and shrimp pasta!
This is one of my favorite restaurants. I eat always get the streak and frites. If you want a nice vibey place I would recommend coming here! Ron was our server and he did an amazing job!

After a terrible dining experience the day before at another restaurant, he completely turned our experience around and his exceptional service truly saved our impression of Toronto.
