With our Canadiana-inspired décor, over 70 beers on draught and dangerously good food, The Loose Moose and its downstairs counterpart, The Antler Room, have become a longstanding social hub for good reason! Located just south of Toronto's Financial and Entertainment districts, we are a stone's throw away from both of the city's premiere sports and concert arenas as well as the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, making us a landmark gathering spot for sports fans, music lovers and those looking to let loose after a long day since we opened our doors in 1989.
Honestly the server was the winner of the day here. She was wearing a trasher sweater and was super nice and checked in with us. The food was really want sealed the deal for the two star rating. It wasn’t good. I don’t think any of us enjoyed our food. We were a group of 6 and each of us felt like our food just fed our hungry bellies but didn’t have us feeling good as the flavours were not there For my meal I had chicken nachos with extra chicken and I regret paying extra when the chicken was seasoned with the barest amount of salt it seemed. I love nachos and usually opt for them and this was my first time ever regretting spending money on them. No salt on the chips and no flavour on the chicken and the cheese melted to the paper that a few of my bites had the paper in it Overall not impressed with the food at all
Service and food (wings and fries) were pretty good. Coke was flat.. no problems sir, let me replace that with a can soda. Wow!! FYI, there are desserts even if not on the menu. I had the brownie with ice cream, awesome. Staff if friendly and truthful when you ask questions about menu items 😉
Came to Loose Moose around midnight and got this amazing burger “The Woody”. The atmosphere was awesome and the service was fast and great! They took care of us from the moment we stepped in. I recommend this burger specially if you like barbecue, bacon and caramelized onions. The fries also were amazing I think they were hand cut style fries. Super delicious, looking forward to coming back!
Good food & nice place for a social hang ✨ ------------------- • 🍻 Food • We got sweet potato fries & nachos to share along with drinks and they both tasted good. Well seasoned and warm. The hot brownie with ice cream and peanuts was sooo good 🤤. I WILL DEFO COME BACK FOR THIS Y'ALL!!! (This item was not on the menu & I had to check with the server) -------------------- • 📜 Menu • Available online & inside. Standard bar grill menu style with burgers, sides, and surprisingly nice salad/bowls options catering to vegan & vegetarians as well. -------------------- • ✳️ Atmosphere • So this place was the one downstairs. They have a bar with amazing decor (see images) with some fun car plates and jokes! Their bathrooms were well maintained as well. -------------------- • 👩🏻🍳 Service • Long bar tables that were shared with another group on one end during busy hours (4 people). Our server was friendly, & helpful. She answered all our questions, got us an item off the menu, and removed an item from our bill that was not to our liking. --------------------- • 💲Cost • I'd say the price:portion ratio was good. Expect to pay 20-30$ per person (incl. taxes & tips). --------------------- • 🇨🇦 Location • Situated in the prime location downtown just 5 min walk from Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, and CN Tower! If you're a tourist looking for a bar to watch the game, hang out with folks or just grab a drink and snacks, I'd recommend this place.
This restaurant is minutes away from the Scotiabank Arena. Service is always excellent and food is always delicious. I asked for a classic margarita and it was made perfectly. We look forward to coming back very soon.
You will not find a better atmosphere than the loose moose. Classic, sophisticated, rustic and all that accompanied by amazing food, beer and cocktail options. They serviced my family of 5 with ease. The chicken wings and calamari were absolutely delicious. Plenty of food options for all ages. If you have little ones, be aware their seating is high tops.
The food was great. The buffalo chicken sandwich was great and we got some other food as well. The waitress was overly rude and not very nice. The lack of kids menu items was poor. No it is not really kid friendly restaurant but it is very good food . Plenty of tv to enjoy sports. I would go back because the food was very good. And the overall experience was good and would recommend.
We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were able to get a seat quickly. We order drinks, appetizers, and meals. The calamari was tender and simply seasoned. The drinks were cold, and the service was quick and friendly. We split a meal, and they cut it in half for us with separate plates. We all left the meal enjoying the experience and would be excited to go back next time we are in town. If you found this review helpful, please give a 👍
Clay was a great server and we had a wonderful time!
Come and ask for clay he is the best
My co workers and I went for some shareables and drinks after work. The food and drinks were perfect and our server Jesse was amazing! Unfortunately the management (Keara) was disappointing. We had a certificate for $50 dollars off from a prior experience that we wanted to use. When we asked the first manager he was pleasant and advised that it was no problem and could only be used towards food. At this point he told us we could order more to get to the $50 dollar value, so we did. When ready to pay the new manager Keara did not approach the table but instead stood away and glared. She asked rudely to see my phone to enter the code then without advising what was going on left the table. The waitress filled us in with what was going on. Unfortunately that manager never came back to explain why we couldn t use the card which I don t believe was appropriate. We were treated without respect and weren t deserving as a simple explanation would have been fine by the manager. The waitress was lovely and filled us in and got us checked out in a quick manner. The overall experience was not pleasant and may deter me from going back.
Ok food, service is slow on busy nights, awesome atmosphere
I liked this place, good atmosphere, delicious food and good service
Great food, great atmosphere, great service, great beer
I have been coming to the Loose Moose/Antler Room for a while and I haven t had a since bad experience to date. Although the bar is downtown and busy, the service has been phenomenal and you get served pretty quickly. I would highly recommend this place if you are ever in the downtown area.
Went here around 5:30 and there was a large line up. As soon as we got to the front, they were able to seat us. I ordered the cheeseburger with a side garden salad and my partner ordered the deluxe truffle poutine. It didnt take long for us to get our food. The meals were delicious and good portions. The salad was pretty good, the dressing was all loaded on top to the bottom lettuce didnt have anything on it. Would recommend. Wheelchair accessibility: There are stair to get to the restaurant. Unsure if there is an elevator.
Basement hang out bar...its ok
The wings are AWESOME!!! Lovely Service! Nice bar feel Music was a little loud!
Clay and Casey are the best!!! Always super nice and attentive. The bartenders work really hard here :)
The food at this establishment is the definition of mediocrity, it is the type of food you eat because you are hungry and not because it tastes good. It is great for anyone who is intoxicated as the alcohol will mask the flavors missing from the food.
Prices were pretty reasonable, big dining area, clean, yummy food and tasty staff. We came for drinks and appetizers and were pleasantly surprised to pay less than $20/person.
We enjoyed some nachos and a couple of beer. Great place to catch up with friends if youre in the downtown core.
The worst service!! Came in for dinner and our waiter immediately brought us water but when we said we dont want booze, he never came back... the place was not busy (3:30pm) and he walked by a few times. We had menus closed waiting for him and he never showed... So we left. This is the second time now. Came a few years ago with a friend from out of country, also an off peak time, and received the same service here.
We went there om Friday. They gave us table for 4 for 5 people to sit. They put extra chair on the side. But the table had a wooden rod which was preventing is from taking chair closer to the table, which will make it difficult to eat. When we brought this to the waitress...but she did not care. Not even apologizing or even acknowledging. She kept saying thats all we have when there were bigger tables empty. We saw atleast 3 of them when we walked.out of thay restaurant. The staff genuinely did it care. Will not recommend this place to anyone nor will ever try to go there. With so many good reviews i almost feel like we faced racism there.
This bar is so much fun I come here all the time. The bartenders and all staff are incredible. If you want fun this is the place to be
Terrible Cowboy, stern face, shorty, unfriendly Bar Tender who make you feel unwelcome. Loud bad Rock noisy band.
The fish and chips were delicious, you must like dill flavor, even the coleslaw was amazingly dilly.
I always go the antler room and get their wings great place for a bite and drink before the game....been going here for years
An old favorite, but its for tourists, and today that was me. Serive is great and its always a decent time. Not unique maybe, but if you want a bar, and youre downtown, thats the loose moose.
Excellent spot for a quick lunch. Very lively and busy. Excellent menu.
Incredible atmosphere, gotta be the coolest place Ive been in a long time. Love the decor and amazing service. Servers were very friendly.
We went here after the Taylor Swift concert and had the best time. Amazing staff and Hats off to Rhys who is such a great manager and really cares about his customers. A night I will never forget and hope to be back again.
Nice bar! Good fried cod but the fries where underwhelming. Still, great atmosphere before a hockey game!
I always go here every time Im in Toronto
Good place to share and drink with the boys. Good atmosphere and service also!
Great local vibe and great bartenders.
First time at the Loose Moose. Loved the vibe of this place. Service was awesome, drinks were great (and cold ), and the food was great as well. Highly recommend if you are downtown Toronto!
Burgers!!! need we say more! Delish, potato soup was super good, and service was outstanding.
Always stop in for a pint.
Very much enjoyed my time here
I visited the Loose Moose on October 11th, and while things didn t start off smoothly, the night turned out to be much better than I expected. The restaurant was dealing with a system issue, which understandably slowed things down. This raised some concerns for me, and when I approached the host with a few questions, I felt like they were brushed off a bit too quickly. However, what could ve been a frustrating experience took a sharp turn for the better thanks to the bartender. I didn t catch her name, but she had red hair and some wild fingernails. Not only did she take the time to listen to my concerns, but she went above and beyond to reassure me that the experience would be one I d enjoy and she delivered on that.
Great place to go for a sports bar night. Food is very high quality for a bar and selection is big. We always come here for a dependable drink and nibbles before a game
I was in town for business and ended up meeting with some friends for an evening. We ended up at The Moose (Antler Room) early, with the intention of moving around the city, after a cocktail or two. There became no need or desire to leave until the very end. The #1 reason keeping us at Antler Bar the rest of the night was our outstanding bartender. Kyra was an absolute Rockstar. None of us waited for a drink all night in a pretty damn busy bar. She remembered our drinks and was on point to the degree that it only took eye contact and a nod to be taken care of. As someone who has been in many places like this over the years, I cant recall being so impressed with service in that type of busy atmosphere. She was kind, efficient and had a perfect personality to be tending bar in that setting. The band was also very good that night and it wouldnt be right if I didnt shout out the two gentlemen who were running the front door that night. Also super friendly and professional. I definitely will return and its 100% a result of outstanding staff and service. Thanks for a fantastic night everyone.
Great spot for drinks and to watch the game or whatever s on. Fun place to socialize and staff are friendly. Would recommend.
terrible service
Great food and atmosphere, and the service was OK.
We were so excited to try this place, but right after the hostess seated us, this lady who I presumed was the waitress (no proper introduction) just walked up and stared at us. I was a bit dumbfounded as she made a hurry up motion with her hands. She asked us if the hostess told us their computer systems were down. We responded, No. After making us feel like the worst people in the world for not knowing (we literally just came in from the street- how were we supposed to know? Lol) she then rudely proceeds to ask if were okay with putting in orders manually. I cordially responded, Yes, because I didnt really see how that affected us, because we had cash and plenty of time. But by this point, I was already hoping to leave after she continued to talk to me and husband with an argumentative tone. It felt like she was trying to pick a fight with us. So, I decided to stay calm and order something so she would leave, that way we could leave safely without any further escalation. I think she was under a lot of stress and just wanted us to leave anyway.
Bill and naaz was serving me on the 28th of October. Went there after watching the raptors game. Drinks were nice, got a hamburger and tasted amazing. Checking up on me often to see how I was doing, letting them know I felt drunk.
Great bar. Spent an NFL night here and had a few drinks. Ambience is really good. Absolutely recommended.
I found this place to be very welcoming and lively. The service from my waiter Smit was also very much appreciated. He understood what I was looking for and delivered appropriately.
We really enjoyed our lunch at Loose Moose. The kids meal choices were simple and brilliantly named as I dont know, I dont care, and Im not Hungry! Our kids both had the I dont know, which was the hamburger :) The adult meals were great and both arrived in good time. The highlight was the general atmosphere and the choice of beers. We recommend the Juicy Ass, and the Sunsplit, IPAs.
Stopped in here for lunch and a beer and we couldnt have been happier we did. Beer selection was incredible and the food options are just as good. Highly recommend.
nice atmosphere but we received minimal service. we had to clear our own dishes and no one came by to ask us for more drinks how the food was etc. they messed up one of our orders, and 2 of us got super sick after eating the chicken. do not go here!
Great place to spend an evening with friends!
The Loose Moose is a super trendy spot for you and your friends to make some lasting memories. Beer selection is decent, and the food offerings match the style perfectly. The garlic parmesan fries are delicious and pair nicely with a strong IPA. The guacamole and chips are also a great choice, arriving with a very tasty house made salsa which has notable chipotle undertones. I would absolutely come back the next time I am in the area.
Great quick service by Matt. We were afraid to come before the Leafs game because it was so busy we were afraid it would be slow but he had our back from the start! Love the burgers
First time trying this restaurant, Ive always walked by but decided to wander in with my daughters for a late lunch Saturday, so happy we did! It has a great pub vibe Our server Chloé was a sweet heart and very friendly! We didnt have any wait time when being seated, she was right there to take our drink orders. She didnt skip a beat when we requested something. Now for the food! YUM!!! The food was hot and served to us quickly. I ordered the Woody it was one of the tastiest burgers Ive had. My daughters order The Big Bird and the Notorious Mac, of course we sampled each others and each dish was just as delicious as the others. We definitely will return when we visit Toronto again
We went to the Antler room prior to the Springsteen show Sunday night in November . I was soooo disappointed . I should have returned my food but as my daughter is also a server ( elsewhere ) I didn t want to cause a fuss . The food - a burger and fries was awful . It was very burnt and completely dried out . I ate one bite . The fries were also overcooked . For the price it of a burger and fries I was shocked how it was thrown together . The beer was okay (not that cold and served in heavy glasses ) although they were out of the ones we wanted . My sister ordered a sangria and they didn t have but suggested an alternative . She sent it back bc it was undrinkable - some kind of red syrup mixed with who knows what they took it back and returned her money . The server tried but she was overbooked with number of tables and my food sat in front of me for over one hour before it was removed by another staff. No mention was made that the entire plate was uneaten . I would not eat there again but do acknowledge that I should have sent my food back and asked for a refund . I felt very stressed when I paid over $100 and had not eaten . Thank goodness Bruce was great !
If it is an environment to go to a sports bar, the food is more or less, the drinks are delicious and the attention.
Went there to see the soccer match but they muted the commentary ! Unsatisfied!
Always a friendly welcome and great service. Good food, good selection of beer and ciders. Big enough to accommodate walk-ins which is a big plus for a downtown restaurant.
Great vibes and appetizers before a concert at the Rogers Centre. The place was packed but never had problems getting drinks or food! Great place to stop if you are in the area.
Good burgers, good beer. Large draft selection.
There for 2 hours and we saw the waiter 3 times We had to chase our own bill Food
Great service from Jade
great place to watch a game
Amazing service! Our waiter was James and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable! Calamari was delicious and jalapeño popper dip was amazing!
Mushroom lover was amazing and the custom made drinks we so good
Fantastic place to stop in for a bite before a Raptors or Leafs game. Good beer and food, great atmosphere. Special thanks to Nikita for the excellent service!
Met up with some girlfriends for some food and drinks The drinks went so well we did not get a pic of anything but us Pleasant staff
Food was okay, however the girl(Sarah) serving our group neglected to inform us before eating that there is an 18% mandatory tip requirement.
Good food, nice atmosphere
Nice place to chill after work
One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in 30 years living in Toronto. The manager was rude and argumentative to our entire group. In my personal experience, I wasnt asked for an order for about 30 minutes, despite waiting a while and asking several staff if I could please place an order for a drink. The manager and server took issue with the fact that we had two tables that knew each other, and the manager insisted that because she could tell we knew each other, even though we were sat at separate tables, our parties absolutely had to be combined in one bill. She and the server were fully absorbed with this question and in the meantime declined to take any orders for at least 30 minutes, during which we were also told we could not buy drinks at the bar. After about 45 minutes, I politely asked for a glass of water, and the manager flat out told me that she would not bring me one, which was honestly unnecessarily hostile and bizarre. At no point was I asked if I would like to order food, and in the end we all had to leave. Further client service training would probably help, as the interpersonal skills were lacking to say the least. Conciliatory phrases like, I am very sorry, but or unfortunately, this is the case were not used. On the contrary, the person we spoke to seemed fairly confrontational. The oddest thing is that the restaurant is a large space in a central location near mutiple conference venues, yet seemed unprepared to serve groups (which seems like it should be their niche). As well, there were few other customers present at the restaurant, so I feel our business should have been more welcome. Overall, found it a very bad vibe and I wont be returning after that experience. I feel we were all polite, reasonable, and just there to have a nice time. If there are more than six people in your group, I would highly recommend going elsewhere; maybe Jack Astors or Beertown, also nearby.
Good place. The food was ok. Not the best but not bad...
Very nice place, good food and not overly expensive.
came with my two friends. accidentally said a cran and rum not rum and cran and was told that a good way to get cut off (my first drink). then very rudely he told us that we should buy each others rounds because it was taking too long. we didnt know you guys had complimentary popcorn until the very kind man cleaning brought it over to us, and said it was complimentary. for reference the rude one had a backwards hat and mom heart tattoo. the kind cleaner who gave us the popcorn was honestly the only reason we didnt leave on the spot.
There was a female bar tender that denied us service because we enquired about when we were going to be served our drinks we ordered. We only asked because after she took our orders she continued taking orders and serving other customers before us. We waited 15min before asking. She was offended that we even asked about our drinks. She then told the other bartender to not serve us. Horrible customer service experience.
Very good restaurant/bar in downtown Toronto. Welcoming staff
Worst service Ive ever experienced! To be clear this complaint is not directed at the staff but rather toward the manager on shift...or what should be described as a pathetic excuse for a manger ! We walked in for diner and drinks on September 20th. We were a group of 13. We were told we could have individual bills but an 18% gratuity would be added to our bills. Perfect were ok with that. More of our friends joined and sat at another table. Only after we ordered and received our drinks and food does the manager approach us tells us we have to pay everything on one bill. We objected and explained that was not what was agreed to. She did not care stating it was her policy. After a lengthy argument, where she was rude and categorically disrespectful, she agreed to give us individual bills but wed have to leave immediately. Thats right two groups , totaling nearly 20 people were told to leave after having one drink. A small person who walks in even smaller shoes ... you can do better loose moose ! (And the truffle fries sucked... served cold)
Vegetarian options: My daughter loved it Food
Large restaurant downtown Toronto. Service is a little slow, but at least friendly.
Very good service
Great decor. Ok food. Very poor service.
Food arrived really quickly and was great, my burger was perfect and the fries were crispy. The waitress was friendly and made sure I did not need anything else. If I would be frequently in the area, I would definitely come back here
Good service and sport enviroment but probably the worst burguer with fries of my life. Run away if you legs allow
Best burger Ive had in years.
Showed up and was told their payment service was down and they couldnt split bills. Not a problem...seated us and we waited 10 mins and nobody came to take our order (not even a drink) watched 3 people sit at the bar after us and get asked for a drink order right away. We looked at our clean plates pile and saw the top one is dirty and decided we werent important enough for them to come and see what we would like and got up and left.
This place was an unexpected gem!!! Its popular so make a reservation. The vibe was lively. Diana, our waitress was friendly, efficient, and mindful about food allergies. The poutine was rich and ample. The veggie bowl was fresh and full. The donuts were ridiculously yummy!!! The portions were perfect for two. Fresh, fast, and full of flavor!! Thanks, Loose Moose, for a fun meal.
Place is awesome decor and seems like an awesome place to work... If only the staff spent more time serving the customers rather than hanging out with each other..... Seen the cool ambiance would never go back for the service.
We were there on two evenings, once quiet, once there was live ice hockey and it was full. Good atmosphere on both evenings. Nice staff, very good food, good beers and a great atmosphere (prepared warehouse). Price/performance is right. Gladly again!
Computers broken, no service
The service was amazing! I have never had a team serve so quickly, and also kept on top of clearing our table throughout the night as well. Wow!
Food was delicious, very kind waiters. They were very aware about allergens and had separate cook surfaces for everything. Place was a little dim and the wait was a while but that was understandable for a group of 10 Dietary restrictions: We re very aware about allergens, specifically dairy allergy. Cooked food in separate fryer and had a separate grill
Service persons are pleasant and unobtrusive. Food is pricey but hot and tasty.
They had a bunch of issues with their POS system while I was there
I love this place! Great sports bar. The decor is nice and the ambiance is great. Always great waiters and guests. The food is awesome especially their buffalo chicken burger. Good selection of beers and multiple screens to catch your favorite sport or game.
Came here with a few friends on a night when it was not busy at the bar at all. There were 3 people working the bar and for some bizarre reason not a single one of them would stop to take my order, and instead would walk down the bar to serve someone else who showed up after us. One even sent us away and told us to walk down to the other end to order. Same experience on that side. I was truly flabbergasted at the service, have never experienced this anywhere else. After 10-15 minutes of being ignored (again, not a busy night, I know they saw me) I gave up and left without ordering a drink. Very disappointing experience. Edit: They came and apologized for the wait, upping from 1 to 3 stars.
Nice place
Absolutely great place in downtown Toronto! Love the atmosphere upstairs and the bartenders are great. Their burgers are excellent and a wide variety of drafts to choose from.
Great spot and great music
We came here for the poutine in the early afternoon and were not disappointed. Im not a fan of soft fries, but in combination with the typical brown sauce, chunks of cheese and sour cream, I found Canadas national dish very tasty. The portion is large enough to satisfy good eaters. We shared the brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert, which also tasted good, although very sweet. We came spontaneously, there were still enough places available, you will be seated. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is like a pub, but with more space. The eye wont get bored, thanks not only to the original decoration, but also to several monitors, each of which runs different programs. The Loose Moose is within walking distance of the CN Tower. We are happy to recommend it.
Sometimes(night) turns into a club with loud music but if you want a meal around dinner is great
We ordered wings here and really enjoyed them. They were hot, fresh and very tasty. Our server was incredible. Would recommend.
Good food and ambiance.
Came for quick drink. Careless young Host put us on waitlist ( been told to wait 10 min ) Even though there s was plenty free tables. After 20 min I got txt that my table is ready. Host told me to go downstairs. When I got there half of the tables were empty. Question , why did I spent 20 min of waiting time to get a table ? Why did I get attitude from host ? Why busboy literally dropped my plate in front of me ? Where is the management of this place ? I have notice couple tables left because none was taking their order. Guess why ? 5 servers were busy talking in the middle of the bar. Our server was ok but little bit slow Thank you no thank you
Beautiful place, the food was good (nothing spectacular but good), and the prices were good considering the nice environment and the good attitude from the waiters.
First time in Toronto and the first restaurant I went to and I couldnt get service. No came to the table for water or anything. We waited 15 minutes and watched 2 tables that came in get served. We told the hostess and she wasnt interested at all.
Great food. Large selection of beers. Good service. Definitely will return.
There is a club in the basement with good live music. Great atmosphere after a game (baseball, hockey and etc.). Normal prices for Toronto.
Great spot! Perfect spot after a game. Very good healthy bowls, fries were also delicious and of course the wings. Something for everyone. Drinks were great. Generous with water. Fast service.
Experience food culture and chicken culture Its done Parking: There is a paid parking lot nearby, but the parking fee is expensive. Kid-friendliness: Infants are allowed, but it is not possible to stay there for long periods of time due to the shared conditions.
Our new favourite pre-Jays game hangout! Had a burger, was mega fantastic one of the best I ve had. I will be back! I ll see ya there!
Great pre match meeting point, awesome atmosphere, friendly helpful staff
Can never go wrong with the Moose! Great food, great atmosphere.
Great ambiance with decent food and service
Always a great place to stop buy for a beer and some food. Located right by the convention Centre makes this my go to place during fan expo.
Bartender gorgeous cant lie.
The Cali vegan bean burger is the best bean burger Ive had. Doesnt try to be a knock off beef pattie and actually holds its shape without squishing out the sides. Combined with the fillings, so tasty
This place was huge with a quirky style. I loved the size of the beer list. It had something for everyone. The loaded routine was a little mediocre. Great point of the night is when I saw they had my all time favorite non alcoholic beer from Harmons! Super impressed!
Chloe served us! Kind and funny! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is captivating and very enjoyable. The beer is great. Thank you for this perfect service Chloe !!!
Basement level. Meh. Below average food. I mean, the salad wasnt horrible (just average), but the burger was overcooked (they dont cook the burgers to your liking). Took a long time before our order was taken. Would you rather sit on a rock or a chair? Dont matter - theyre all one and the same here. If its a sports bar, why cant more than one game be shown? The vibe was fine...nice n grungy, loud music, beer...
Usually great bands playing our kind of music. Friendly people. Been there quite a few times over the past yr.
Nicely decorated place. Reasonable good service and was a good spot to watch a football game. Was it outstanding? No. But seems like a good place to get some comfort food, have a beer and watch some sports. Food came nice and quickly.
Not impressed at all by service, food and drinks variety
Dropped in solo on a Friday evening 1730-1930. Prompt, attentive service at the bar. Great vibe throughout the space with a good number of couples, 4/5-somes & a handful of larger groups... appeared to be a mix of after work and pre drinks on the way to XYZ. Nice big screens with sports. Good number (40-50ish?) of draught taps with the usual craft + domestic mix. Food menu is concisely focussed on burger/sando. Totally worth a look, I genuinely enjoyed my brief visit
Had the best time!!! Our server Jordan was super personable and gave great service! Amazing food and drinks and great prices!! Best restaurant we have been to in Toronto!!!!
Food and service was good, but this place is really not child/baby or wheelchair friendly. Aside from the very steep steps to get up to the restaurant, the place does not have high chairs that come even close to the height of the table. They offer booster seats, but they don t strap, so you have to hover over your kid while eating, making sure they don t slip off the chair. And the fall is far. Definitely not an enjoyable experience with any child under the age of 4.
They water down the white vinegar which ruined our fries and they didnt even comp it haha. And all the food already tasted bad.
Long wait to eat high school cafeteria style in their basement. To wait for a server that didnt know how to take our order. The burger was alright. The Caesar salad was DRY. Bill was $124 for two burgers and two beers... Never again
Easy spot for a beer!
Great place
Loved the attentive service. The calamari was good
Matt A is the best server ever !!!! He makes you feel like family. The fries and food is always so good. I love coming here
Dinner with friend after work - exceptional food and service!
Just stopped for a few and was surprised ... pleasantly
Amazing place.
Good option to eat a burger in Toronto
We had an awful experience tonight at this restaurant. We were a group of 18 people already seated and eating when a few more of us arrived. Since we couldn t all fit at the same table, we sat at a separate one right next to them. That s when the issues started. The waitress immediately informed us that because we knew people at the larger table and were now over 20 people, we could only get a single bill. We asked to speak to the manager, but instead of resolving the situation, she was rude and refused to separate the bills, despite us explaining multiple times that we were seated separately. When we went to the bar to get drinks ourselves, since the manager wouldn t serve us, the bartender was helpful and let us order, but the manager then told him not to serve us anymore! She even went to the other table and asked them to pay and leave. The staff were incredibly disrespectful and made us feel unwelcome. We left without eating or drinking more than a round, and we definitely won t be coming back.
Arrogant servers backed by illogical and manager. We were a group of six visited on a Friday evening, we noticed mosquitoes in our beer pitcher and complained to the server , she took the pitcher and got another one which is half empty and said you guys had already poured some, when we asked for manager , he was another level and said yeah the windows are open so sometimes mosquitoes do fall on the food and drinks .guys we are not there for shabby food and drinks and your lame excuses .never coming back
Bad experience bad service..found a fly in my drink and the manager instead of replacing as a courtesy is asking questions such as where was I when the fly fell in the glass , did I make sure that I showed the server that the fly in the glass? We were a group of 7 and had to leave immediately due to multiple counts of bad service and attitude from the staff
