Food and service were great! I had the Proper Poutine and it was amazing. My husband had the Triple Stack burger and he said it was one of the best burgers he’s had. My only suggestion to them is to make sure the beers on the menu are stocked up. We had asked for 3 types that they were out of.
Great place. The food is goid, the armtmosphere is fun. There's karaoke on Friday and Sunday. Great neighborhood bar.
What a great place! No major breweries; only craft beers with a great selection. A great mixture of local regulars and newbies, with a great music mix to fill in when someone isn't on the jukebox. Kitchen's great, too: bar food with a chef's twist. Highly recommend for either Karaoke (Sundays?) and trivia nights, or a sociable night out.
Don’t care about neighbourhood with music & Karoke cranked till 1am on Sunday night. Many more respectful bars in area, with good selection of beer and cocktails, and service like Tall Boys etc.
The drinks were great, the place itself is nice and big and cozy, the server/bartender was amazing......but the food, I was actually disgusted cause there was a weird taste that tasted like old oil that needed to be changed (i got the fried chicken sandwich). It was inedible, luckily the friend I was with was drunk so she ate it even tho she agreed it was gross lol fix the food standards and the place has lots of potential
We had a gathering of around 35 people and needed a place to go. I called and got in touch with Glenn, Mel and the rest of the team at Another Bar. They were above and beyond to help make our event a success. They were all very nice, good people. The space was very well decor and had more than enough space for us. The food was yummy and there was Halal and Vegetarian options too. Pricing was very reasonable too. We will definitely come back again in the future when we are around the neighborhood.
Don't let the modest name fool you. The Another Bar Burger may be the best burger in the city - subtly spiced with pickles, creamy secret sauce, bacon and a gaddamn SKIRT OF FRIED CHEESE AROUND THE PATTY, and the fries are perfect, crisp and hot every time. I keep mean to try the rest of the menu but the burger is just too delectable... Super friendly staff, good tunes, fair prices and decent screens for watching a game.
Great bar with lots of Craft beer on tap. They have a couple Flying Monkey beers on tap as well as other local Craft Breweries which is hard to find. Their food is good with great variety which includes, Doubles and Cajun Fries. Staff are very nice and friendly. Small front patio for those who aren’t fully vaccinated. They are open late as well.
The place is a good time and the staff was great. Didnt try the food but we are already thinking of coming back.

A great place to go for a drink! The review rating should be higher! The staff here are excellent. The other places in the area could learn a few things from them.
Awesome food, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. We tried the nachos and steak frites which were both excellent! Great selection of beers and they also have a cider on tap.

If only I could give 0 stars... I came in with my service dog and the woman working behind the bar asked me to leave and told me service animals are not allowed (which is illegal).

Bar with a pleasent atmosphere and good drink options. Has an electric jukebox and pinball machine. Food is good and fairly prompt. Would definitely go again!

Met the owner the other week, super dope guy. I had soda all night, but they do sell alcohol and beers on draught. Shooter platters too. Not just simply another bar.
Great spot! Awesome drink selection and staff are very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Great place to grab a drink with friends and hangout. Only complaint is that the music is very loud for a sit down spot, well above a conversational volume

Phenomenal bartenders! Glenn and Mel are great who love their customers. Another Bar is a great place to drop in and have a cheap pint or 5. Very chill atmosphere, almost like the friendly family you wish you had! I usually go to the bar as a solo person, and the bar is perfect for listening to music or reading a book, or chatting up the bartenders and making new friends. Theres no pressure. Anyway, if you cant tell, I love this place and Im so happy theyve opened! Great addition to the neighbourhood.
Absolutely fantastic place. Huge selection of craft beers and the bartenders know their stuff. Hole in the Wall vibe, which speaks to me. Great place to go for drinks either before or after heading to Comedy Bar.
Nice space on Bloor. Accepts credit and debit cards. Variety of drinks and beer. Theres bar food available. Tried the nachos. They were good..

Had a beautiful pint of ipa and house made trini doubles with house made hot sauces. Very decently priced. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

Fine I guess? Rating reflects that this place is way overrated. The server was a damn grumpy man, Ive never had a server approach basic questions with such general disregard and disdain. Seemed to take pride in it. Beer selection was good.

Awesome food (like Michelin quality bar food :D ), Craft IPAs on tap and all at a very very reasonable price. Whats not there to like? Also, do try their Trini Double - its awesome. Actually, so is their fries & wings! I simply now refuse to pay a premium for substandard food and drinks at any Downtown bar!
They do not tolerate other cultures and identity. Shamed a little for playing other countrys song.
I was shamed a bit for my song choice. Definitely not coming back, in a place where you PAY for playing songs and where they have a machine that is used for playing one, I don t wanna be shamed for it, especially by an unwanted opinion.
This place is fantastic. The food is awesome but the highlight is definitely the staff. Phil and Mel are simply the best!

Hidden Gem!! This unassuming bar has a first class beer selection, tasty menu that rolls deep with a homemade hot sauce, and a consistently funky music selection (also equipped with a jukebox in case you disagree)
Super fun bar
I came into sit down to order some food with my partner, I told the bartender I needed three chairs since we were expecting a friend. She refused to give me enough chairs for my party and said she would give me the extra chair when they came even though there were many unused chairs availible. I asked to see the menu and she said demanded to see my vaccine passport. We agreed but again asked her to bring a menu as she was walking away. She freaked out and we decided to leave. I dont think I have ever been treated to rudely by a server. I was disappointed since this place. Had suck good reviews. Would not recommend as the staff here are definitively unfriendly. I wish I could give 0 stars

This place is definitely a hidden gem! They have the best burger I ve ever had. I go there regularly now, and I introduced the place to a few friends and they loved it too! They also have a long list of beers to choose from. The sraff are always polite and friendly.

We had drinks only. The place is comfy, chilled out and had great service. They may not have the most beers on tap but they def have the best selection on taps.

Good beer selection, a staff that knows the beers well (and makes great suggestions), and - when I was there - they played the Raptors game AND Goodfellas on the TVs!
We went in at a group of 7 they made our own table in the back fast, great service. Lost to look at. Kinda dead but overall had a good time.
Was having drinks on their patio with some friends saying goodbye prior to their departure. Although a simplistic patio and normal drinks, a very comfortable atmosphere. Excellent service by our waiter tonight

Great service. Great fries. Great amount of space at the back and at the bar. Love the pictures of famous musicians. Our server was a bit overwhelmed but was handling it gracefully.

I found this bar by complete accident when my phone died on Bloor st. I m from out of town so I walked for a bit trying to get back to my Airbnb until I stopped this guy and asked for help. The owner Glen charged my phone and gave me directions back, so I went in for a beer. The food is great, there s a ton of drink selection but the best part is the staff. Really awesome local feel from super friendly people. It s the best bar on Bloor by a mile, if you re in town please check it out, it s worth a stop and now my go to when I m in Toronto.

Excellent tap beer, I just keep ordering their cream ale but they have so many other tap choices, I think I count 13 distributors on the wall. Musique is greate, service efficient and you can go there to wach you sport event on one of the large screens in the same time.

There s so many good things to say about this place, I m definitely going to leave something out and for that I apologize. Prices are reasonable, drink options are plenty, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is exceptional. They have open-mic comedy on Thursday nights, which is a great thing to attend if you re looking to see some of the up-and-coming Toronto comics.

Youll find yourself in a bar of regulars, and extras that add to the atmosphere. A bar staff that is kind and welcoming, and leave you wishing you were a regular too.

My only criticism is that the only way in has a huge step. Not a normal sized step and there is no ramp. It wouldnt take much to be accessible as the washrooms are already on the main floor
