Thanks to our server Ryan she was soo nice. Ryan s attention to detail made a noticeable difference. He was quick to accommodate special requests and ensured our table was always tidy. Good pub food, fast service

My partner Anna and I ended up at this restaurant after the Safari House (down the street) closed their kitchen early. Granted it was a slow Tuesday after a long weekend, and Drums also closed their kitchen early - but were kind enough to make us an order at 11 pm, despite being closed down - which we definitely appreciated! The server was excellent, she was very kind and made us tasty Nieve Blancos to drink. The atmosphere was lively, and all around we had a fun night. We will return again.

I celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with most of his LPC class of 2003 family... The.food was on point, the.service was on point They knew I was.super anxious, so they supported me as they could to put on a good show. I am not exactly a wing person, but if I am going to do it, I will do it right with them. The live music sounds amazing!

GOOGLE PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THIS IS THE TRUTH. IM CONTACTING HUMAN RIGHTS REGARDING THIS MATTER I came here with my husband tonight Friday July 26 2024 for the first time we arrived just after 10pm. We waited at the bar to be served for about 7 minutes with no one greeting us at all. We asked a male worker if the bar was open and he replied there is no bartender tonight and to go outside to be served at a table. No problem, we sat outside at a table and waited 20 minutes no one even approached us to see if we wanted anything so my husband asked the lady who was serving the other tables if we could get a drink she said she needs to ask first. After a few minutes she came back out and we asked again thinking she misunderstood us thinking we wanted food. She told us she was told not to serve us! We are completely sober didnt have and drinks there. We asked why and she said she was told not to serve us. We couldnt understand why as we just arrived there. I believe they didnt want to serve us because my husband is black and not white like myself and all the other customers that were being served. Disgusted with the service in this racist place. GOOGLE please do not remove the TRUTH. I can show proof we were there with my google maps. I will post this insane service we received all over social media as well as contact the media! The wings were good. The service was not. The waiter barely seemed to pay attention to us when we placed our order. Which was confirmed when there were multiple mistakes on our order. Not a pleasant dining experience. Not worth it.

Not a place for a person of color. My friends and I went here (we are all Asian - Filipinos to be exact). We were the only non-white customers during that time and were obviously discriminated by the unaccommodating male manager/supervisor. It was so obvious because he treated and spoke to the white customers differently. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RACIST PLACE.

Love this place. I live nearby, and every time I walk in all of the servers remember me and Im warmly welcomed. Their food is great, beer is great, and the shows are awesome! Couldnt ask for anything more.

There aren t many places like this left in my city: First & Foremost the wings are amongst the best you ll have, and not ballooned out in batter or breading. Just chicken and original dry and wet options. Next, there s a TV with the game on nearly everywhere you look, and especially on the awesome, shaded (this is key for viewing) side patio. Next, there s a killer band playing on the dedicated stage at least twice a week- some of the top acts in Toronto, such as The 10 piece PORCH JAM Rock outfit. Lastly, the Staff: Hard Working, Eager to Please, and topped off with the dude at the helm, Dan, who s a true live music aficionado and hospitality veteran around these parts.

Went to see a Tragically Hip cover band. Nice vibe, and wings were good. You need to reserve a table in order to secure a seat. The place was packed on a Friday night.

In the area on business, place looked inviting,on a stormy Toronto Afternoon. We were warmly greeted by Kendra, they have an enclosed heated patio,on a stormy day in February,it was perfect! They have a diverse menu of quality food and beverages. The wings were on my mind,after consulting with Kendra,Suicide and Sweet was the choice. My Quebecios lady,decided on Poutine. Steam Whistle pint,Pilsener Urquell Stein for beer. All met our high expectations,Kendra was awesome. Called ,and i spoke with Julian. A Warm,well spoken,happy employee! Next time we are in the area, we will be sure,to pay them a visit

Great sports bar to watch NFL or whatever. Excellent TVs and sound quality. Interesting that you can choose between drums and flats. I ordered my wings with a dry rub. I found they were overcooked and dry. Next time Ill get them sauced. I didnt have the burger, but it looked great. I had a Greek salad with chicken which was excellent, had lots of peppers, tomatoes, etc. The prices were fair and the service was excellent.

Went on a Tuesday , service was okay altho the two staff were chatting and playing on their phone paying to attention to us, however the bartender was the person who was taking care of our table, he was very helpful and explained how we can order. The wings are good. Side option was good and spice level was okay.

Good place to hang out

I would not recommend it to anyone who is of colour. I had a terrible experience at drums and flats. On Sunday early afternoon during their peak time, I have specifically ordered flats, but the server brought me all drums. When I told him that I had ordered flats, he informed me that they were out of flats (how can you be out of flats during your peak time? Why are you called drums and flats then?). He also refused to take back the wings that were brought to me by mistake to make matters worse (if you are really out of flats, why did you assume that I will be ok with drums? Why me as a customer was not informed and offered an opportunity to chose something else to my liking?). My friend, who is not Asian had his order messed up as well, however, unlike myself he received an appeal and a replacement for his messed up order, and was even given the replacement on the house. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this establishment.

We love Drums N Flats. Its one of the only restaurants that the entire family agrees on when deciding where to order from. Often also dine in and the staff are so friendly and fun. My son loves the nachos and would choose to eat them every night if he could. My daughter is a big fan of the honey garlic wings and the greek salad is a winner with the family.

Its so hard to a find a bar with great food, great atmosphere, and a great crowd. This place has it all. Was during a snowstorm and the place was still happening, I can only imagine under normal conditions. There was an amazing band playing as well, shout out to the Back Alley Ringers, you guys rocked the house.

Food is pretty good but service was not that great. Waited a long time for the food and the restaurant was almost empty. Waitress made mistakes with the orders and people got others plates... Not great

Live music on Fridays good food

Julian our server at Drums & Flats on Avenue Road greeted us with his handsome movie star smile and was extremely attentive, pleasant and efficient. He is the epitome of customer service excellence! Five stars!!!

I can appreciate a Saturday night is busy but when your online ordering system is shut down and no one picks up the phone (I called 4 times) I had to take my takeout order elsewhere. A shame because the wings are good. Dined in at the patio last week and the drinks weren t that strong but the fries were good.

I have seen a lot of bands...but we were amazed by the Arsenals! Amazing sound, energy, charismatic, had the whole bar on their feet dancing...Cant wait to see them again!

Got take out. Wings were good. But Fries: didn t give ketchup Sweet potato fries: sauce tastes like pumpkin spice and is gross. Dip for veggies and 4 pounds of wings: didn t ask what I wanted and gave 4 dill sauces when blue cheese was an option. Thanks for giving me sauce I didn t want. Details REALLY matter with food and you should have better focus to present all the options to the customer.

After paying a $15 cover charge, They were literally out of everything to drink. Once I finally landed on the only thing I would possibly consider, I had a couple and they ran out. Horrible - service it was super bad. Band was really good. But bad place for the band to play, they should move on.

This place is awful, food sucks and service was awful. Our waitress was very unprofessional and did not know what she was doing. No one should go here unless you want the absolute worst service in town.

The server was extremely rude and extremely short. Im a 22 year old male being told my id was fake because im from the states i showed other forms of identification and she wouldn t have it. Music was also terrible, the band hurt my ears. New staff is needed before this place could ever be enjoyable.

It was a group of 7 and our waitress was sarcastic funny and on point. Cool atmosphere- lights made from Sneer drums... They have a stage and live music in the weekends. Food : 3/5

Great restaurant with amazing live entertainment

Some of my Family brought me here as a Birthday treat. At first it did not seem like nothing special until our waitress arrived to our table. She was absolutely dellitfull and seemed to know how to talk to customers. After that, my defenses came down and I was in a zone. The menu had so much to choose from I was overwhelmed and had to ask her what she would suggest? Long story short, the food,service, desert and overall dining experience was amazing I will be back

This place is a hidden Gem

This place is as I remembered it from 8 years ago, great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and great wings. The only downside to service was the lack of waiters working the floor when we went with a group. But this is really a minor critic to an overall good experience.

This place is awful. The parking, the food and the service. The place smells like an old coffin. The shirt waitress was rude and I think there is some racial bias going on here. The wings were raw and over cooked. Waited 45 mins for someone just to take our order.

Oh man, this place used to be good. Don t know what happened but won t be coming back. $70+ for a 2 standard chicken finger meal and one kid meal and it was inedible. Gross slimy old chicken, old oil used to fry. Gave Our son spoiled expired milk and it was sour and chunky and he had a sip of it before we checked bc of his reaction. Poor waiter was left alone bc a very unpleasant manager refused to help him and only was handling her own tables. All around terrible

There was a bird in the restaurant. The Alert Ready test kept going off. There was a credit in the jukebox so I used it and never heard the song. But it was a nice lunch catching up with a friend and the food was tasty.

Love this place! We usually went to another bar in ajax but was happy to find a new bar and different crowd. Shane is awesome. The food is delicious. The service is great. Went twice so far - latin night and aeroforce. Going for new years eve and queen cover band. Love it!!!

A nice local, with excellent selection of wing flavors and a good selection of draft beer at decent priced. They also have numerous TVs for sports viewing and live music on Saturdays!

Surprisingly fantastic! The wings were well cooked and evenly coated. The flavour was very good and the server recommendation was on point. I will say though, insane hear that will blow your face off very very misleading as the spice level was very low! I wanted a spicy wing, there s still no match for wingporium or Duffs heat my search continues

Loved it. The place is large with lots of seating and TVs available. There s a small bar but a pretty wide selection including whisky flights with a small but good selection! The wings are large, fresh, and delicious. The menu is a bit of a mess so it was nice to have the staff explain the different wing styles to us. They do something called a double dipped where they take the wing out of the fryer half way, sauce it, then toss it on the bbq - really gives it a nice unique taste. Will most definitely be going back. Back again and pretty sure my new favourite spot. Flavours are superb and fresh. Friendly staff and lots of seating.

I came here and saw the Zepology and they killed it! It was really busy but it makes sense since theyre a popular band. Overall, a nice space to grab drinks and enjoy some good live music

You can expect to have a good time here as they often have live performers. I caught a Led Zeppelin tribute performance here which was really good so maybe keep an eye out for your type of music. Just tame your expectations on the food. It s your standard bar food, the wings are a bit dry and overcooked and the pizza was decent enough to much on while you enjoy the music. I probably won t visit again just for the food. The service is perfect as they re really attentive with the tables.

I was paying by Gift card for my food. The guy was serving me he used one of my gift card and said I can only do one at a time. I told him it s not a coupon, it s gift card. He got mad and said Fuck Later another lady helped him. First of all, he doesn t know what he is doing, on top he can t behave like this when with a customer. I wasn t expecting this at all.

The bartender couldnt make a cocktail to sasave the life of him but the waitress that served me wemt above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Widh I got her name cause she deserves. Kootos
