Ceviche was excellent. Drinks were good. Not much in the way of service. From the way stop you have to go in to order. Not a big deal but drops the rating a bit. Outdoor patio is plain and devoid of atmosphere.

We waited for one hour to order tacos, only to be informed that they did not have the necessary ingredients when we followed up. No one communicated this to us beforehand or offered us the option to order something different. In the end, we did not receive our food as we had to leave. On a positive note, cocktails and live music were good.

I went there around midnight. The guy at the door told us there was a cover charge of $16. I paid him without asking a single question. I went inside and got a table, but nobody came to us. After waiting for 15 minutes, I went to the bar. The bartender rudely informed me it was self-service. Fine, I thought, and I ordered a beer and a margarita. She shoved them at me along with the bill. The bill did not include the $16 I paid at the door. When I asked about it, she dismissively said it was just to enter. So, I paid $16 just to enter a bar that looks like a complete dump. The hygiene standards are disgusting. The counters were sticky, the floors were filthy, and the overall cleanliness was non-existent. Its clear this place hasnt been cleaned in ages, making the whole environment feel like a health hazard. And they charged $16 for self-service, a rude bartender, and the worst margarita Ive ever had in my life. I left it on the table because it was undrinkable. How on earth do they justify that entry charge? There wasnt even a show or anything happening. Im beyond furious and extremely disappointed.

Stopped by and sat on the patio last night. The meat tacos were good but the shrimp taco describes a sauce with a blend of spices that is definitely just franks red hot sauce, which was disappointing. The drink was alright but I was surprised they only had pineapple soda and not actual pineapple juice.

Arguably one of the worst spots on Ossington. I would not recommend it to anyone. The service: non existent. No hostess to help you figure out where to go - you just hope once you go inside a bartender will look your way. Speaking of which, the bartenders and staff couldn t care less if you keeled over! We ordered 6 tacos and waited 45 minutes. They did not check in on anyone at the bar and there were other customers waiting for stuff as well. The atmosphere: egocentric and douchey. Dark and broody for no reason. Like put on some lights. The food: no complaints, good as hell but shouldn t take 45 minutes. There are significantly better spots, albeit equally as douchey, but this one just really sucks.

Spontaneously chose this spot with a couple of friends! It was a busy night, so we had the outdoor seating. Their chicken empanadas were delicious! Flaky and fresh!! Devoured in MINUTES! Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian and vegan options for the empanadas! Spinach and roasted peppers.

Good for a late night cocktail by yourself or with friends. Definitely a chill vibe and the bartenders are pretty knowledgeable about the tequila they re serving. The bands the book nightly might be the best in the city

It was a very nice surprise! This area is super busy and getting a table without reservation is not easy. We walked up and down the street for like 2 hours and we decided to try at Reposado as a last resource (why? We are mexicans and we werent sure how authentic food would be). A table was available and we could sit right away, which was great! The good is really good!!! We ordered barbacoa tacos, vegan tacos, spinach empanadas and guacamole. Guacamole was amazing, it was perfect! Barbacoa tacos are the real deal and apparently the vegan tacos were good too. Empanadas were ok, its tricky cuz they were not made with the authentic empanada dough, but the Pico de Gallo gave them a nice punch. Everything must be ordered at the bar. Live music was great! We really enjoyed our time at Reposado and we will be back!

Ive come here with my girlfriends several times now. There is a small cover of $8 cash on Friday and Saturday nights, likely to cover the live band. Yes, live band! Nothing like enjoying some tequila-based drinks, catching up with friends, and listening to live music. The vibe is very chill, and always great service at the bar. My personal favourite is the passion fruit margarita! Definitely will make this a regular place to hang with friends.

Ive been to Reposado a couple of times and cant express enough how delightful of an experience it is. The cocktails are truly unique and their attention to detail and presentation just elevates them even more. Plus, the live music is always great and never overbearing. If youre looking for a funky spot to try some classic cocktails with a twist, Reposado is the place for you!

Went on a Monday for live music about a month or so ago, the bartender was less then friendly only worried about her friends at the bar, no food available, had to get up to clear my own table and pick up my own drinks, yet made to tip on full service. Drinks were small and not that great.

Came here for a casual girls night to catch up over drinks. The night turned out to be a full blown drunken laughter with each other and the bartenders, all thanks to Chris & Doug. Drinks were amazing, service was hella awesome and for a really quieter-than-usual Wednesday with live entertainment at the front, it felt like we were 21 and partying on a weekday again! Thanks so much Chris & Doug for your awesome hospitality. We all had a great time and will be coming back!

Tasty cocktails, but I wouldnt really call this a lounge. Its definitely more of a bar and its a little rundown. When I booked our group table I was not informed it was on the back patio which in winter was surprisingly warm with the heaters but rather inconvenient going back and forth to the bar and had we known ahead of time we would have dressed more appropriately. Overall experience was decent.

Good drinks and tasty foods. The back patio has many seats and we enjoyed sitting there for a while. Music selection was great as well!

Best barbacoa tacos weve ever had! Margs were fantastic as well. We were there later in the evening and it took a while to get our food, but it was worth it. It was extremely loud and crowded, so just prepare yourself of that. I would gladly brave that environment for those tacos again though!

Amazing vibe

Highly overrated place with a very unwelcoming vibe. My friends had booked a table and I came in a bit later than them. When I told the bouncer that my friends had already reserved a table and were waiting for me inside he insisted that I get in line where people who have no tables are waiting for availability. I ve never encountered such a situation before. So are you saying that I need to wait in line to join my friends who already have a table? What kind of logic is this? Are you suggesting that my friends leave and stop their orders, give your waitresses a mediocre tip and not support your business because their friend is not being let inside? Really bad experience and your bouncer is bad for your business fyi.

Pricey and be watchful of the cover charge for Live music. Honest opinion try to avoid it .

No oranges or worm salt offered. You have to ask, and when you do they act like it s inconvenient. Go to El Rey for a proper mezcal.

Live music was fire

Fun little Mex themed bar as the name suggests (reposado means rested). Cozy and intimate. The night we were there a cool little band was playing. Might try the tacos next time.

Very entertaining 3-piece band.

we had a cocktail and it came out with an insect. The blonde bartender tried to pick up the insect with a spoon when I showed her this, but when I asked her to change the cocktail she suddenly started talking rudely to me and when she filled the cocktail she said there was no insect in the glass. So it was so dark inside the bar that it was impossible for her to see it. There shouldnt be such rude employees in this bar.

So-so margaritas and honestly the whole you have to buy your drinks and food at the bar is pretty weak. You stand around for 20 minutes and hope the bartender looks at you, then they ask for a large tip. If I wanted to do that I d go to a king st bar. Ended up giving up ordering any food due to the disorganized setup and just went for food elsewhere. If you want people to order inside that are on the patio have a designated area to do so, I m sure it s not enjoyable for people eating/drinking inside either to have a huge group standing around or leaning over them.

Delicious margaritas - the Hot Ruby was a fav. Fun atmosphere, but quite small and gets pretty tight. Luckily, we were able to grab a spot on the back patio, otherwise likely wouldn t have been able to survive there long.

I love Reposado, the atmosphere, the cocktails, the food, the ambience, the music, everything.

Heated patio is great on a cold day. Live music is always a vibe. Love the blood orange margarita. The only thing I dislike is that they allow just one bill and it can get annoying when youre with a big group.

Very cool place with great vibes. I recommend it more for drinks and snacks than for a real dinner (the tacos are overpriced for what you get). They have live music, the servers are very quick and attentive and has a great ambiance. Would give it a 5stars for just going out to drinks and 3stars for doing dinner there. After all its in its name, it is a bar and lounge first so set your expectations.

Terrible food. Tacos were super dry and chips and guac was undercooked. Dont know how can someone go wrong with chips lol. Drinks were good though! Service was ok as they forgot out food order and they took 18% gratuity on top. Dont think we ll be coming back here.

Great atmosphere l, awsome and helpful bartender. He helped me to pick the best mezcal to try for the first time And WOW for me its much better than tequlia . Fantastic place to taste very large amount of diffrent kind of tequlia and mezcals. And they have live music to just chekc their schedules.

I came in for a quick drink and this place never disappoints, there s a hidden gem of a patio in the back. The drinks are fantastic and unique great twists on classics but nothing like a Coronita and a Mezcal to get your night started.

My girlfriend and I went here for one drink on a recent Saturday night. The experience was great at first. Great music, and overall great vibe. That said, just before we were about to leave, my partner had to go to the bathroom. When she came back upstairs, she was being accused of puking and barfing all over the bathroom and the stairs without any basis. Meanwhile, the table across from us was a table of ladies that were dancing around and getting rowdy. Not sure if this was a race thing, or what. But I suggest checking your facts before accusing first time visitors of your establishment that they ve done something that doesn t even make any sense. Also, I tried to reach out to you on Instagram to provide some feedback and keep it private but, of course, I m not surprised that I did not receive any responses as you really don t care about the customers that come to your place. Won t ever come back here. Will never recommend this place.

I was there this weekend/Saturday they were so like I dont care if you want something. As a Mexican Im so tired that they use my culture to make money, and mistreat me as a Mexican, just a waiter was nice and the other one never ask us if we wanted something My friend and I, left with just finishing our drinks I dont know if it was racist or they think that we didnt have money.. Just rude

Margaritas and empanadas were good, and the lady bringing the food was super nice (thats why Im giving 2 stars and not 1). Guy behind the bar (we sat at the back patio) really had an attitude, as if he was doing me a favour and really didnt want to deal with me, making rude comments with sarcasm every time I went to the bar to order. It was the first time in my life that I was annoyed enough to give a $0 tip. I wish you guys well but I wont be coming back.

Mezcal bar with live Jazz music and mexican snacks. The location itself is not spacious and you often need to wait quite a bit to find a spot to sit but its a fun restaurant to try.

I love coming here mid week to see their house acid jazz band. Ive been coming to this place since I was in university and I dont even drink tequila, I imagine youd give it 6 stars if you were a tequila drinker

Terrible place. Unorganized and complete lack of communication between staff. Sandy, the supposed owner, is extremely rude and unprofessional. Sent me a threatening and completely disrespectful email for a mistake HIS staff made and lack of communication between THEM. Realized the mistake was on them and tried to play it off casually after sending me the most rude and unprofessional email Ive ever seen. Will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Service was terrible, they served vegetarian members of ou party meat, was very expensive, food was not great.

Our group had an amazing night! Great vibes in the bar. Someone in our group left an item behind and the owner was extremely helpful in getting it returned. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

The food was disgusting and the service was terrible. Guacamole tasted like fish, stale chips, rude bartenders. They dont tell you that you need to come to the bar to order (a tiny sign was blocked by patrons at the bar). Dank bar and meh overpriced cocktails. Bar has a major identity crisis and feels stuck in the early 2000s. Would not come back.

Attended a private party here (in their private room) last weekend on Dec 3 and experienced some of the worst service by the bartender. Any simple question we had, she would dismiss and avoid responding to. We asked simply about a discrepancy that she described (ie. music level in party room was to be kept at minimum level while the adjacent bar room was blasting music). This didn t make sense to us and we were just looking to clarify. When I asked her the question, she completely ignored me and would not respond. Asked for the bar manager to clarify, a request that was also ignored. Don t go here.

My friend hosted a party here in their private room last weekend on Saturday. The service was really bad. From the start of the night the bartender was rude and seemingly annoyed with us. She also didnt tell me that an 18% gratuity was already incorporated and I overpaid for many drinks throughout the night.

My sister and I hosted a farewell party here last weekend on Dec 3. This was an important event to us as my sister is moving away overseas at the end of the year. Deciding on this bar was truly the worst decision, and I d recommend that anyone contemplating going to this bar to strongly reconsider. There were a multitude of issues: 1. The music level in the adjacent room was extremely loud, yet we were asked to keep our music level down. This makes absolutely no sense and when I asked very directly about this, the female bartender was extremely rude and didn t provide an adequate response or rationale for the discrepancy I pointed out. I asked to clarify this with the bar manager and she wouldn t call him for me. She asked me to go find him myself? How am I to figure out who the bar manager is? I have never met them before. Unbelievable. Further, other people asked the same question and she was just as rude when communicating with them. She literally just said yup to one person who asked her why is that the other/next door room can have the music louder? Very poor etiquette/service standards for an establishment that is offering a social setting/event services to abide by. Take your guests more seriously and be interested in how to make their experiences in your bar the best they can be. 2. We requested a specific amount of guacamole and chips with a coordinator (Sandy) by way of email. My sister sent an email directly to him outlining this. However, when we got to the bar and let the bartender know, she was again dismissive and said that your bar only had 4 guacamole/chips left. Totally dismissive of the fact that we had placed the order in advance. Poor communication and coordination. 3. We requested a knife to cut a cake that I had brought to celebrate the promotion/farewell, and were told that the bar had no knives. A bar with no knives to provide upon request to its guests who have paid a decent amount to host an event there? This is bizarre and again in line with the inadequate and rude service I explained above. Take your role and service a bit more seriously and genuinely be interested in your guests experiences! We were forced to cut the cake with a plastic butter knife that we thankfully had brought with us. Completely abhorrent and inadequate bar standards. Truly put a bad taste in our mouths. No proper response from the bar on this matter, and since the date of the party, have heard from many of our friends about the rude service they received.

I attended a private event this past Saturday at Reposado. The female bartender that was there was very cold and hostile to my friends who were hosting this event. It seemed like whatever you asked her was an inconvenience which is odd considering this is her job. An 18% gratuity was also added on automatically which is fine but that means the server should be doing her part to earn that gratuity. We spent a lot of money at this establishment and felt unsatisfied in how we were treated for simple requests such as a knife to cut a cake or an answer to why the music on one side can be louder than the other side. I can t see myself or anyone who attended this event booking this place out for another event due to the issues we had with service.

I hosted a farewell party in their private room just this past weekend. There were a number of issues and I d really advise against booking any sort of event here. Further, they couldn t even accommodate our simple request for 6 guacamole and chips which I had sent over in advance and was assured that the order would be communicated/submitted. We also asked to use a knife to cut a cake (also requested in advance) but we were literally told that this bar had no knives to spare?! Ridiculous. We had to look for a knife and thankfully found a plastic butter knife. All of that to say, this is probably the worst and least accommodating place to host an event. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Absolute great service. Abby and Sophia made us feel like VIP. Never have I had better service at a bar. 100% would recommend coming here with Abby and Sophia serving!

Ive always heard really good things about this place. I dont know if the guy was just having a bad day or something was off for him, but as soon as we got there the cashier was upset at us for ordering drinks to go.He ended up grabbing the wrong drink twice and when we pointed out we said we wanted this drink can we please have this one he greeted us with a loud sigh and a groan saying no hes not going to get them and then went because I said so? We thought he was joking, he was dead serious. Then asked are are you done now? I dont know what we did wrong or what was upsetting him that day but I have never been treated so badly for trying to support a small business. If you see some bearded dude running the cash, run.

One of the neighborhood s best places. Staff is top notch and friendly. Beautiful patio space and the tacos are truly amazing.

Laid back and delicious food. The blood orange margarita was delicious! The spicy margaritas are infused with peppers to give the spice - one of rue best spicy margs I ve ever had! I really like the vegetable empanadas. My favourite taco would also be the Buffalo cauliflower; very similar to the baja but with not flavour in my opinion.

If you like boozy cocktails, this place is it ! Had a mango margarita and some veggie and chicken empanadas. They were amazing, fresh, and very tasty! Pricing for the drinks was a little more premium than other places, but they aren t skimping on the alcohol.

Do you like tacos? I do. And I liked these tacos very much. Also they were short staffed the day I went but the server knocked it out of the park considering she had to manage the door as well as the inside and a full patio. I shall return.

This guy gives a s#&t! great bar. catch him when hes performing if you can. variety or drinks second to none and worth every penny. its a tough crowd in that neighbourhood. more experts per square foot than many places in toronto. make this place a must stop and stay the whole night! when someone cares this much about the stuff he sells, you know you will be fine. cant wait to come back.

Food was delicious; mushroom tacos are stellar, if itty bitty. Partner loved his chicken tinga and barbacoa tacos. Staff was friendly. Though guac was bland and came in a small, plastic container - why disposable? Chips needed salt and, well, more guac. Severely understaffed for a busy Thursday summer night, so was really slow and no one checked much. Just a few management tweaks shy of a really great experience.

Grabbed some quick drinks on the front patio. Not bad, had an okay experience. Great location though to really feel that Ossington street vibe.

What a vibe! We got seated within 10 minutes on a Friday at 9pm to a indoor high top seating. Host and waitress were both super friendly. The band was unbelievable and we easily had a smile on our faces the entire night. Great tequila selection and excited to come back!

*WARNING* Be careful with this place. My friends ordered 2 tequila flights for 28$ (3 shots of tequila), but got charged for 38$ ones instead. They insist that the bill cannot be split, so it can be easy to overlook these things! Which is unfortunate, because we also tipped 20% on top of the bill. This place made 60$ on scamming us.

This is a great casual spot to unwind with friends while having drinks. The inside is cute and cozy but the patio at the back is the true gem! It has a cover and some heaters to keep you warm. The menus (drink & food) is not extensive but Im certain youll find something you will enjoy. I recommend having a cocktail - the Paloma. If you want to have something to nibble - the empanadas or of course a taco.

A close friend and I were looking for a spot to have a nice cocktail. This place was perfect. Abby taught us the basics of tequila and overall it made for a really delightful experience. Highly recommend.
