James - big lips, elf ears. Very good, much service

Food price was awful, $15 for a main and no side, and the quality was extremely poor tasting exactly like something out of the microwave. Soda came with a presqueezed lime and was flat, something that is near impossible to mess up. Also didn t get full change back for the meal nor see the server often.

Great location, and decent service staff but marred by overpriced and rather crappy food. Ordered Ultimate Grilled Cheese, onion rings and Chicken Finger Sando. Ultimate Grilled cheese included a slice of Kraft Singles on brioche-adjacent bread for $15. Sent it back as the ultimate grilled cheese was supposed to have provolone, brie, and cheddar on a brioche bun. Manager visited the table and had the grilled cheese remade, but when it returned, it was still a letdown. Soggy bread, Kraft singles still there and maybe some provolone in there but who knows? it was rather gross, but as we were hungry, we ate it. Onion rings were good. Sando was meh - buffalo chicken fingers that were soggy. Pup patty was good for our pooch. Drinks - watermelon cocktail bland and watered down. Second Corona ordered never came. Restaurant was not busy at 1:30pm on a Sunday. For over $100 for lunch, expect a LOT better. We have been here 3 years running and before, Sandos were really good. Don t think we ll return - place has a lot of potential, but too many letdowns for the prices they charge.

The bar is located on the Toronto water front so great views of the lake as boats go by - day or night! The menu has several small plates and a wide drink menu. Definitely worth a walk down to check it out. Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp up from the waterfront boardwalk but tables are spaced a little close together.

This place is perfect. Staff Margaret/Meg and Amanda are the best servers. They took our music requests and treated us like family!

I tried it with 2 friends on a Wednesday evening. Not many people so very chill. There is a concert zone nearby, so it must be quite busy in the fds. Price a little high ($9-10 a beer). Not too much choice but given the small cabin serving as a bar, its not surprising! The place is still pretty and on the waters edge.

Over priced , lot of attitude among servers , limited food options

The obligatory 20% tips when there are 6 of you at the table is discriminatory in addition to being poorly done. Frankly it sucks.

Noise pollution by the lakefront

Patio season is back!! I had a fantastic experience today. My server Kiana made the experience memorable, and my chicken fingers and corona were the perfect way to ring in the summer. Thanks!

My friends and I went to the slip today after losing our soccer tournament, and even though we lost today, the service was amazing and the food hit. Thanks Kianna and slip team we will be back.

It s a great location, but they take advantage of that by charging exorbitant prices. $15 for a hot dog. None of the burgers or sandwiches come with fries and they are all +$16. Drinks are crazy over priced ($37 for a pitcher of beer?) no worth it

Staff was friendly and a beautiful spot to eat but the food is way overpriced for not great quality. This is not a place for decent dining, more like if you need a pick me up after drinking. The dogs had a better menu selection!

It is honestly such a great mid week chill patio. With a great lake view. They also allow dogs! Great music too! The staff are personable and have a great attitude! Especially the blonde server Meg who gave us amazing drink recommendations, was very personable and vibed smoothly with the table! I especially liked the Captain Lee and the Summertime s close recommendations! Definitely give it a go!

One of the best spots for summer in Toronto

Order some burgers that looked like sliders and buns were super cold. Frings were ok frozen fries and onion rings. Expensive food and drinks were ok. But I didnt really go for food. I went for the view and hangout. But the place could do much better in terms of food. I felt kinda disrespected by the food. What you pay and what you get but this is not the case. I paid a lot for a cold bun and 3oz burger.

So went over to this location On Victoria Day for the open outdoor dinning experience with family and friends. Was not crazy with the idea that as soon as we asked seating for 12 the idea of tipping is mentioned to us quite immediately with the dinning experience implemented in the bill (meaning that regardless, you are tipping no matter what). Menu at this location is ridiculously limited and overpriced. Ordered couple of cheeseburgers and when my cheeseburger was served was falling apart the second i lifted it. And looking at it, it really looked like a typical cheeseburger cooked up in any backyard. Ordered fries for my family because my son wanted onion rings and the server informed that non was available due to no batter/ lack of preparation? Not quite sure what he was trying to explain. Fries was a bit over cooked, they came out too golden, too crispy. Staff when serving was looking very confused and our server was constantly checking if everything was served looking a bit confused himself most of the times, also worth mentioning that he seemed to get irritated at a certain point. At the end, I been in other similar places and felt the service was right compared to this location. What is preventing me for a one star rate here is due to the outdoorsy music and great weather I had that just felt right.

Super nice bar by the lake. The staff are 11 out of 10, very friendly, polite, smiling, attentive, literally everything you want from a customer experience, I really like the service of each staff that had a conversation, very consistent. My one and only criticism (which I will not downgrade the rate because of it) is that they ate kind of ridiculous on their pet policy. My little dog could no seat on my lap while I was seated (and mean she was on my LAP).

I m not sure why they have nightclub speakers at the bar, with rap music. A bunch of 20 years old girls on their phones, they all look like they hate their job. Zero interaction with guests. They wonder why they are dead. You want to survive in this industry I suggest you step your game up

The location is amazing but the service can be hit or miss. You may have to wait a while for a table and it will probably be sunny wherever you are. The drinks are okay and the food is pretty basic. It s a nice spot for drinks but it is usually crowded. It is one of the few options to drink down by the water and isn t really covered, so rainy days can be tough for going there.
