A complete mess. Management should be retrained so they can train their staff again. What a colossal effort of disasters in all their drink offerings.

There’s a spot inside the Waterworks Food Hall. It’s small and cute with a good variety of whiskeys. We ordered an old fashioned and an espresso martini. Both were pretty good. The consistency and taste were great, definitely made by a pro. The staff were super polite and knew their stuff. I’d recommend going during happy hour. It’s not too crowded, and the prices are a bit more reasonable. There are also lots of food options around. I plan to go again one evening after work to enjoy the service and cocktails in a busier atmosphere.

Very good bar within Waterworks Food Hall, serving a nice variety of beers. My favorite one was the waterworks pale ale. Price range of 9-15, so slightly cheaper than core downtown.
