We ve been coming to Eggsmart for years and Kriss is fabulous!

Sunday afternoon breakfast sooooo good. Classic eggs with bacon.

Great food and service! Kris always gets my coffee ready as soon as she sees me walk through the front door. The keto scrambler is my go-to dish, and the coffee is delicious!

The only lady who looked after was excellent in giving a top-class service, better than the one on Kingston and Lawrence, where customer service sucks. I thought I would stop patronizing Egg Smart, but second chance was needed, and the experience was good. Keep it up.

Everytime we go we have great service but the best waitress is Kriss. She is amazing and very friendly.

We asked for no mayo or sauce on the kids burger but it came out with sauce. And we were supposed to get rye toast with our respective meals but we were given white toast. How will you comp me if we come back?

Pricy but soooo worth it

This place is just a few min away from our home however we have not visited this place in ages. We stopped going there because quality of food was not good, service was very slow and sloppy, and the cleaningles was something questionable. We decided to see how it is and to our surprise the food variety is great, the food itself looked and tasted very good. Our server was amazing, very tentative to us, checked several times with us for coffee refill, etc. We were really pleased and planning to go back to try other dishes. Our server, Chrissy is fantastic. We come there as a group every Saturday and she knows what each of us wants without the menu. She is a good ambassador for your chain. I understand that the owners of this establishment never let the server know how theyre good reviews. I would like to see that changed and you let them know when they are very much appreciated. The food was great no complaint, better then it was before. The service wasnt the best, waited over 10 min for coffee, wasnt that busy. The restaurant was very very hot. Waitress was nice but very slow. Food : 5/5

the service was fast and friendly, the portions are good for the price, especially if you get the early bird specials, there is lots of variety in what you can order, this particular location has been open for a while and never fails to deliver a quality brekki, my compliments to the chefs and the kind and attentive waiters

The new chocolate pancake need some tweeking as they lacked chocolate flavour. Server is kind and thoughtful and even adjusted heat for older customers

I ve been going too this location for years. The wait staff are fantastic and friendly. Extremely conscious of food allergies and ensure there is no cross contamination. This is one of three locations I comfortably and constantly prefer to go to. Thank you Kriss for making my family and I feel welcome. During my breakfast visit, I asked for water, the sever got the water with ice and I asked for water without ice after that, and the server responded rudely, suggesting it would have been better if I had specified that preference earlier. I found the tone unpleasant and plan to try a different Eggsmart location in the future.

Been going to this location for sometime now and it is simple yet delightful. Our waitress Kriss has always been so kind and peppy! Her quick service, energetic vibes, is exactly what you need for a Sunday morning bite! This location surpassed my eggspectation above all the other spots.

Food and service are good.

Ordered online thinking it would be available for pick up at a reasonable time. Not greeted upon entering I travelled back as I thought that would be the most appropriate place. Order was ready 20 minutes past pick up time. The reason for delay was that they had a 12 top that backed them up. Extra staff waiting around the kitchen area audibly complain on how patrons a delivery pick up drivers are standing right beside the kitchen. Was unfortunately witness to a server picking up an order to take to a table as a sausage link rolled off and fell onto the dirty ledge next to the pick up area only for the blonde-haired server(I used that description as the others are brunette) to pick up the sausage with her hands, place onto the plate and serve it. Disgusting. The only silver lining in my extra long visit to this eggsmart location is that I was able to watch my entire meal cook and assemble into the bag ensuring there wasn t any contamination to my meal. Safe to say I ll never return to this location until I can be reassured it is safe to eat here.

Fast service, good food. This place is Great breakfast spot.

Ive been to several Eggsmart locations around the city, but this one has the most outstanding service. The servers are Jackie and Chris, and they seem to remember what my boys like when we go. While the food is comparable to any other location, its the personal service that keeps me coming back.

I came here on a very busy Sunday morning. The waitress was run off her feet with all the tables but was still finding the time to chat with customers and seat everyone that came in. They have a great menu with a lot of variety. I ordered the chicken and waffles, it was delicious and despite how busy it was, I wasn t waiting to be served for long. Price wise it was reasonable and I will be ordering here again

It was my first experience at eggsmart. I had never experienced such a warm. Welcome, as I got one today by Jackie and her colleague. Undoubtedly, the food is awesome, but Wht I believe is more than just convincing customer to buy food is to make them feel inclusive and comfortable in the Nobel place at first place. I had a great time, though short. Thank you very much!

This is a great location. The food is so good and the price is great. Also, you cannot beat the wonderful customer service from Kriss! She s awesome and makes having breakfast at Eggsmart a bit more special.

Today, at the Ellesmere location in Scarborough, I had the delicious Meat Lovers Skillet with a side of sausages, fresh orange juice & Earl Grey tea with milk. What made it most enjoyable was my server Kriss. Shes the best! Shes friendly, makes you feel at home; she checks-in on you at the right times; shes efficient; it she offered to get me hot water before I asked, etc. Consider yourself lucky if you get Kriss!!

Staff was nice and served quickly, food was okay for the price. Overall somewhat bleak setting but lots of seating.

Great service, great food, only thing is on the pos machine it suggests to leave a 10 percent tip. The servers deserve better. Any reason why you would suggest such a low tip option for them? I would advise treating your staff better.

Waitress is extremely rude and loud.

My family and I have been going to Eggsmart for the last year every weekend. The food is good at the price point offered. We have never had any bad experiences! Kriss and Jackie are exceptional servers who are friendly, personable and really make the atmosphere warm and inviting. Having been to other Eggsmart locations, this one is one of a kind! Definitely a good place to go to for breakfast or brunch.

Tried ordering take-out brunch, but the server walked past and ignored me at the counter several times, not even a hello, before finally taking my order. Food is fine at the end, but this experience could ve been a lot friendlier

We come to this location because of our experiences with great well made food and the service. Our breakfast requests are always very specific and between the kitchen and our server always great ! The few times that the kitchen has had an error to our order always our server has corrected it for us . She s wonderful always friendly and never forgets us . Always super attentive and eager to please . She is the reason we come to this location over any others . Thanks to her . Never new over the years of coming to this location ,my daughter corrected me though. She said our server s name is Kriss. Yes Kriss is the reason we have been faithful to this location . Decent restaurant, do not really expect too much from waiters. We even have to ask for plate to put our sugar and milk disposal instead of leaving them on the table as they dont bring it with your coffee.

I ATE BREAKFAST FOR THE FIRST TIME AT this location on Monday Oct 10th 2023. Service was great but it was the worst breakfast Ive ever had. Homefries deep fried , sausages deep fried and Ive never had eggs that runny before. I ordered them soup. ewe. I will never try this place again.

I went a few months ago and only had the opportunity to write. It was a terrible experience. An extremely rude woman took care of me, or rather she did... She seemed to be throwing everything on the table. It was clear he wasnt happy there, but I couldnt understand why he worked or why the place hired him. It was unacceptable for the coffee to arrive in a cup with traces of red lipstick on it. The food that arrived was extremely mediocre. I always tip, I never wanted to tip here. But to be honest, I was mad at myself because we shouldnt have stopped there in the first place. I wouldnt consider going to eggsmart again, it s not worth the money.

I have been a regular customer at this Eggsmart for several years. Chris and Jackie who are the main servers are attentive, greet everyone who walks in and both have great senses of humour. Food is always good and reasonable and the chef is always accommodating to modify orders when required. A great spot for brunch.

Most of my food tasted undercooked. My sausages were pink inside.

I ve been to several Eggsmarts in Toronto and this one is by far the slowest kitchen. We waited about 45 minuted for a basic breakfast and when it came the home fries were cold (not luke warm, actually out of the fridge cold).

Arrived at 10 oclock on Saturday, there were a lot of people, but the service was pretty good. But the hygiene situation is worrying, and there are lipstick marks from the previous person on the coffee cup...

Service was excellent! The food was good, but, the menu description was wrong. I ordered my dish as it specified red peppers only in the description, when it came it had red peppers but was also full of finely diced green peppers, which I can not eat. It was disappointing. But what I did get to eat was delicious.I guess I just need to ask more questions when ordering and not trust the menu.

The dynamic duo of Kriss and Jackie strikes again! I have been to several Eggsmart, but this is the only one where it feels like home. The vibe is also positive, the food and service are exceptional (from both of them). If you want to be valued as a customer bring your family or friends here and be prepared because they will greet you with a smile :)) It would be great if Jackie was in on the weekends so I could bring my family more often.

Rude staff . Called to place an order and he got so mad when I asked what s the total for my order. He literally yelled at me and said I m busy with other order just come after 20 minutes and you ll know the total.

Just visited Eggsmart at 477 ellesemere road, closing time is 4:00 pm and I visited at 3:15pm and they refused to serve me.same thing happened to me last month as well.This is totally disgusting.If you cant serve 45 minutes before closing then change your closing time or make a note on website saying we dont serve customers after 3:00PM

Twice in a row. No food at 3:30 pm. We reached there and lady said no food available, everything is finished for the day. They should change their work hours or have more inventories added which can last up to closing time. Owner has to take strict action to this.

This Egg Smart Location is full of Excuses. Second Time I ve been there on Sunday 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME and the employee tells me that everything is done. That they don t have any food left. The first time they said they don t take orders 30 minutes before closing. I think there is an issue with this place. I am extremely disappointed with this type of behaviour.

Love it when a waitress remembers a customer even after a long time. Food is always great and service with a smile. Went back for fathers day and Impressed that our beautiful waitresses remembered what we had before. Steak and eggs was tasty and steak tender.

Had ham and eggs for 15 bucks. That includes multigrain toast and a cup of tea. It was good. Even had some jam on my toast. This restaurant is open and spacious with a nice view out the window. Kid-friendliness: They allow little people to dine in here Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a ramp in front of the front door and the door is accessible for the disabled.

Good Afternoon, My wife and I were at the Ellesmere site this past Saturday and weren t able to enjoy our breakfast because there was a couple sitting near the back and the woman was yelling at her husband/boyfriend/friend whoever it was the entire time we were there. It was disturbing the entire place, people were looking over at her is disbelief. There were children there and parents left because of it. I just read a review by Tasnia Rahman about an old waitress? There isn t any old lady waitresses there. Both waitresses are younger, wear glasses and are tall. I m wondering if you may be mistaking the behaviour of the yelling woman at the back with the waitress? The waitresses were perfectly friendly with everyone there. I didn t witness anyone else having an issue. If anything maybe the waitress was kindly asking the unruly woman to keep it down so she wouldn t continue disturbing all the other diners there.

Been coming here for years. Kris is always so kind and remembers our usual orders. Jackie is also very welcoming. Food is consistently good

My family has been eating here for 13ys and Kris has been an excellent server. She knows our orders and the variations. Kris and Jackie offer warm welcomes and make connections with the customers. We love the atmosphere they create and the efficiency and attentiveness of all the staff (cooks included) is to be commended!!!

The food is always excellent here, and one cook and one waitress. Super friendly but both are extremely busy. Need to hire another cook and waiter/ waitress. If anything ever happened to either of them it wouldnt be good. She shouldnt be by herself she deserves to have an extra hand. Kudos and thanks for the best food ever. You both deserve a big raise.

We are regulars here. We know the staff well here. Kriss and Jackie are the best. They know what we want before we even order. My special needs sister loves these two girls very much. When we wentTuesday and saw neither girl my sister and I were so upset. These two girls are the reason why eggsmart is so special. Next time I come back I want Jackie and Kriss there. They are the reason we go there.

Excellent service, delicious food and reasonably priced. Came here with my husband and daughter. We ordered the Baja benny, the classic bfast, a pancake and freshly squeezed OJ. The benny was bursting with flavour, the fruits were fresh, the bacon wasnt too oily and the pancake was fluffy. Even have crayons for the little ones to enjoy. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My order came incomplete and when I called eggsmart they told me to call skip the dishes. As if it s their fault the items were not put in the bag. On top of that my poached eggs were hard when asked for soft. Worst customer care. Fix your mistakes take responsibility. Never order from there I m out ten bucks for my missed items and they ruined my Mother s Day breakfast

Items are always missing from my order! . whether I order via uber eats or doordash. 3 times in a row! Will never order again! This happens way too often. Its obviously not a problem with the delivery drivers, its the restaurant! Obviously needs better training

I ordered Benedick egg. The tinny eggs tasted like pre cooked last night and reheat. It comes with pork than beef. The pork tastes it s been left over in indoor temperature for 12h and cooked after. There is no fruit or vegetable. Maybe it s my fault that I didn t order separately. I hope the cook can visit some similar restaurants in montreal, and there is a franchised brunch restaurant called Allo Mon Coco.

Ordered eggs Benedict said sauce on the side. they didnt get it right as sauce was slobbered all over it. Second the potatoes were the worst they were hard stail and over cooked. Seems like the potatoes were from yesterday. Even though too saucy the Benedict was decent

Bright and friendly - and thats the Staff - Now with the new renovations - WOW! Kris, Jill, Siva and Kat are fantastic. Weve been regular customers, and our Downs Syndrome ward puts a visit in her plans every time she stays with us. Call ahead for takeout or take advantage of the socially distanced tables to eat in. A new menu with wonderful food choices - as well as a team that will greet you with a smile (even though its under the mask) - come check them out - you wont be disappointed.

I decided to try out the Early Bird Special which allows for a lot of customization. I went with the 3 egg omlette, bacon, home fries & rye bread toast. The food was tasty and filling, it was honest enough food for 2 people. Service was also fast & friendly.

So we ordered breakfast from Eggsmart on Ellesmere & Birchmount last week (month of October) I asked them to butter the bread. This is what they sent/served me (via delivery of course). See image below. Nuff said. Now today. I order 2 pancakes and not a waffle. They send me a waffle. When I order something I expect to get what I paid for. Not ordering anything from this place again. Nothing more to say. Im done
