Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I always order delivery and the food is amazing. But when I went in person was shocked by the rudeness of staff. They are dismissive, unhelpful. I asked for help with the menu, as I wanted to try something new and they refused. There were two young women working during that time.
The young woman who was running the entire store was fantastic. Service was a little slow understandably as one person dealt with 10 customers in 10 mins, as well as online orders. The portions were a good size: the hot sauce is delicious, as is the spicy chicken. The place is clearly cleaned regularly.
The lady in front was very helpful and helps me in finding best burrito for me. Excellent customer service. Must visit again
I order every week once or twice a week. The portions are smaller depending who’s working I’m assuming. I order a bowl everytime and Sometimes barely get any lettuce keep in mind I request with no rice so you would think they would put a good amount of the other toppings. I pay for extra cheese this is always missed, even today I ended up with no cheese . I gave this place a try for 3 months straight and I’ve probably received 2 orders with no error. If it was free I wouldn’t care but I’m spending $30-$40 every visit kind’ve ridiculous to not receive a decent amount of food for what you are paying for or even the order done correctly. Today I did a bean bowl wasn’t aware you would only get one type of bean considering it’s a bean bowl, missing the cheese , missing the green pepper , they added this red thing I have no clue. I just wasn’t impressed at all .
On October 19, 2024 I went to grab dinner at this location. I needed to write this for the amazing employee who served me. She was the only employee working and had customers in line as well as delivery orders to fill. Having being spoken down to by customers who were irate and had no patience or understanding, this employee Harshdeep, kept her composure and was so graceful. Love the food here and, the customer service from Harshdeep was star quality. Many employees would not put up with the abuse of customers. I hope her employer knows and appreciates her.
Food and service was excellent, but there was only one poor lady working there during the rush how. She was super nice and quick but it's not right to let her work alone when it's the busy hours! Management should make sure to have good coverage so workers aren't working alone
I visited this place with my friends. I loved the experience here. The staff was very warm and efficient. The food was tasty and delicious. I will definitely recommend this place for people who love Spanish food. The beans ,veggies and rice was cooked perfect
I enjoy their food cause it's worth it and fresh. I usually buy the bowls which you can add whatever you want on it. Here pictured is the mild chicken bowl which I usually get and chips and salsa. Very nice and clean restaurant and workers are nice and quick with my orders. Will keep coming back.

Its okay if you don t understand english, but my problem i have is you act like you do then get my order wrong to blame me when i repeated myself and even asked if that was mine to tell me no, just to say it is. Its very frustrating and hope you hire people that actually understands english or atleast have genuine people that can say they don t understand so we can help eachother get the order done.

On Sunday i went to the shop for the first time and we were confused about the order, what to order, so we ask The employee what are the things you are offering, and can you suggest me some dishes for myself, but she, but she was not interested to help me and she was not at all helping us to order to decide what is good and what are the sizes about the order, so I don t like the service there, yeah that s all we went on Sunday night around 9 PM. I don t go there, please, if anyone wants to go after nine, yeah.
I went to this restaurant for the first time on Sunday night. The food was good but the attitude of the staff was not good.
I ordered takeout and I have the best experience by Meshi such a genuine person with warm welcome. She made sure to listen to my topping choice and suggested diary free options. Definitely will come back Food

It is Mexican food in my opinion and not a single person even knows how to prepare that food, the flavor is passable but completely good

Almost $20 for a wet and mushy burrito, you guys are insane (thats without adding any extra charges like cheese or guac). Also the people working there could not care less whether you buy there or not, they treat you as if you were an animal... owners need to really look into training their employees on basic social skills and how to be polite to other human beings.
Went to this location 3 times for a burrito and all three times they were unable to make as out of ingredients. The first time they had no rice, the last two times no crispy chicken and this was early evening.
I ve been to this location multiple times and the service is going from bad to worse. I went by today and ordered my usual and besides saying she couldn t do it( as they usually do it!) she ignored me when I asked why and INTERRUPTED me by talking to her AirPods! All of this while taking my order. The food is great, but to have this type of service I d rather go get food somewhere else.

The staff at Barburrito went above and beyond in ensuring a fantastic dining experience especially staff name (Smile). She is have very good customer service attitude she treated us very awesomely. We like her customer service and we enjoy alote their. Assistance added a personal touch, enhancing the overall positive impression of the restaurant. Highly commendable service.

I know - there are quite a few burrito spots in The 6ix; however, I especially like this one because I am a sucker for burritos and ones where the service is friendly, the burritos are fulsome, and the atmosphere is chill. I especially like the Bang Bang Shrimp burrito with sour cream and burrito sauce, but the nice thing is you can pick a size and sauce of your choice. If you re in the area and looking for somewhere to eat - I would recommend this place highly - as you can see.

The meat is not fresh I come here all the time since grand opening and its went down hill to the owner its not the business that fails its the employees that fail the business by not keeping up standards like fresh food. toppings are fresh but the meat is not they removed the steak from the menu because it was dry and hard just because someone told her how bad it was doesnt mean u should remove the item from the menu it means u should either train her pr fire her so if this business fails its because of the employees not doing there job and keeping up standard practices before it was fresh the meat would rotate
Customer service is a joke
The treatment was terrible, the food was dry , cold and doesn t taste good. I do not recommend and I ll never come back here again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No consideration for their paying customers.
A bowl is not a bowl. She shows me a container and then only fills it half way. Asked me what toppings I wanted and sprinkled a measly amount of shedded processed cheese on it. Very misleading . Very small portions. Not worth the price.

I went into the bar burrito and the girl serving us was by herself. She did an excellent job there was literally four people in the store +2 orders that came in over the phone or however, Uber eats comes in and she handled everything under the pressure really good excellent service for being understaffed. This location needs to hire more people because she works very hard. Incredible.
Had to pay extra for guacamole. Did not sit well with me. Especially after a 60 dollar order
