sometimes my burrito bowl is soggy, but aside from that, these guys are the best

I ordered naked bean and cheese last night and I am amazed by the service of this location and the taste of it.

My favorite Burrito spot. Come here a little too often :)

I never tried burritos before this and something compelled me to after seeing an Instagram video of someone eating a burrito. 10/10 this burrito was delicious and ill definitely reorder.

Got a sweet potato quesadilla, asked to get rice in the quesadilla (which I ve gotten for years and have got it at this location before) and they refused to put rice in the quesadilla. Staff got rude, even after I explained I ve got this for many years and rice doesn t affect the quesadilla. Will not be coming back because of how staff handled the situation.

This is one of my favourite Burrito Boyz locations! Whenever I order in-person, the staff are always incredibly friendly. There is one cashier I see often who remembers me every time and we love catching up with each other. There are two picnic tables outside at the front which are great to sit at while youre waiting for takeout, or for dining in. All of my orders have been ready in 10-15 minutes, usually less. My favourite menu item right now is the Calamari Bites. Theyre always crispy & tasty, with a little lime wedge & dipping sauce. Usually eaten within 5 minutes of picking up! I also often order their Naked Burritos, which are awesome if youre looking for a grain-free meal option. Pulled Pork and Sweet Potato with a salad & black bean base is my go-to order. They pile everything on, theres no skimping! I used to absolutely love ordering the Pulled Pork Quesadillas as well. The only thing Im sad about is they took the vegan cheese off the menu, so there is no longer a dairy-free option. I wish they would bring this back! They have mixed up a couple things with orders in the past (forgot to add sweet potato on a mixed naked burrito, gave us caramel churro sauce instead of chocolate, added a different salsa than requested) but the quality service makes up for it!

Worst costumer ever i will never step my foot again here

Do not go here if you value your money. Ordered a huge ground beef burrito for 18 dollars and had a difficult time locating any ground beef on it. When I went back in to let them know, the lady said she put two scoops . (what does that even mean?) Been there twice, first and last.

I have been going to this place for more than 3 years, have known the staff as they changed, have known the quality as it goes up and down, and have known as the owners changed. The quality feels to have gone down and shrinkflation has hit this place the worst - first they decreased the size of the containers, then they reduced the qty itself, all within a span of last year with the price increasing too. Unless you order meat (/protein), the naked burrito is no longer filling. And about 60% of the container is lettuce, so if you do not like lettuce, dont bother coming to this place. The frequency of ordering from this place has gone down for me over the last year from (atleast) every week to maybe once a month, that too, if I have an offer from delivery apps - else its just not worth it. The new sauces are good, but this doesnt compensate for the significant reduction in qty, for me. I acknowledge that some of this is driven by corporate, but that doesnt change the fact that they are no longer a cheaper and more qty alternative to other mexican food chains that have far better ingredients, imo. Hope they improve it.

This place rocks, portions are always great, lots of flavour, tons of topping options, and friendly staff! My only complaint is that the last time I went the chips tasted fishy, like they were fried in oil that was just used to fry fish. As a vegetarian that really put me off. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this spot!

I went in to order a chicken burrito bowl and the chicken was awful - it was grey, dry and overcooked. I went back to get a refund. The staff explained that this is now the new recipe, they offered to make a new bowl for me. So long as this is their quality of chicken I will not be going back.

Staff was so friendly! Clean and nice atmosphere! Dine in area was so clean and tidy ! Food was delicious! Best Mexican food I have ever ate ! I will visit again and again !

I work down the street from this place so its my go-to Burrito place of all the Burito Boyz locations. The staff are friendly, the place is spotless, but the food is phenomenal (as usual). Highly recommend, and try something new, you wont be disappointed!

I ordered vegan burrito in the store and I was very happy that food wis ready in just 10 minutes and another thing was the store was clean and staff was friendly too. I would suggest everyone to give attest one visit youll love it. Vegetarian options: They have vegan food for us.

Great services....I really the environment of store. The staff are very friendly. The buritto made by the staff was really nice and was helpful to decide the toppings for me because I tried it for the first time.

I used to love Burrito boys when it was on the south side of the street. The staff and environment was always upbeat. They were generous with their toppings and you could choose how much of a specific ingredient you wanted. Now they are really chinsy on the toppings and try to get you to choose what toppings you want at the cash which doesnt allow you to say more or less of a certain ingredient. The service at the cash was very robotic. Reminds me of what McDonalds would be like if it made burritos.

Have ordered food thrice from here in the last month and got delicious top-quality burrito bowls every single time. Impressed with the kind and friendly customer service as well. Kudos to the team!

This is one of the better BB locations; the balance is usually perfect and hefty sized, what more could you ask from a burrito really.

I ordered mine through app to pick up. When I arrived, lady was emptying herself by looking outside. I ask for pick up, wasn t started!!! What did you do in the 10 mins I walk on my way?!

Lots of parking and very clean location. Lots of staff as well so you won t be waiting too long for your food, they are very attentive to customers. All friendly staff. Washroom is clean and has a touchless sink faucet, which is RARE for restaurants in Toronto. Happy that I stopped by here today when I was in the area.

I was recommended this place by my friend, so I really looked forward to eating the chicken nacho. But I couldt find any chicken. Is this chicken nacho? I think it was excluded chicken. I was disappointed to here. But nacho was large in quantity and delicious.

Great food!

Was double-charged for my order. Spent 2 months repeatedly emailing. Tried feedback , franchisee and even the president mostly got non-responses, no apologies, excuses, empty promises. Gave up and now am battling it out with my credit card co. This used to be our favourite, but refuse now after such poor customer service.

Got some tacos, tasted decent but the meat and chicken was cold.

I couldnt eat cilantro, so I asked her to take it out, but it was in the chicken and the Shrimp quesadilla. I called the store, but even if I go back, they ll record it because its time for the store to close, so I can call them next time and pick it up. All the burrito boys thought they were connected (like starbucks) soI went to different branches and talked about it when they placed the order and they said I had to go to the same branch to get food. I visited again a long time later, (not the branch I used to go to often) but I took a long time saying that there was no record. At the end of the ups and downs, They said would give me 1 shlimp quesadilla instead of 3 quesadillas that I couldnt eat at all. Also they cant just give it and I have to pay for one. Its the worst service Ive ever had. I had to pay money to eat my fair food due to their fault. And this time, I asked for jalapeno separately, but I didnt get it. If there was an order record and a customer record, I never complained here (I was too lazy to go back even if it came out wrong). I was so hungry last time, but I couldnt eat at all, so I called you because I really wanted to point it out. Its not a bad customer or a picky customer, but I really wanted to let you know that its hard to correct such a wrong order. Especially this store was the worst. At least for me

Just ordered 2 chicken and beef bowls with extra cheese and they literally made me the best bowls I ve ever had at any burrito boyz. Packed nicely, lots of toppings and they actually added the exact amount of double meat that I paid for. Great job to the chefs tonight.

Ddnt pack the order right. Food was not that good. My sister tried non vegan she couldn t eat the steak. I tried the vegan option and my special add ons were not included.

Ordered from this location multiple times. Very unreliable.. you never know what youre gonna get depending on the day/time. Some days the quality is pretty bad, food tastes stale borderline spoiled.

Great Food

I placed a pick up order on the Burrito Boyz website. The food was delicious but I was not too happy when I found there was no cutlery and napkins placed in the bag for a TAKEOUT order. I planned on eating this in my car after a very long appointment instead I had to drive back to the restaurant just to get cutlery and napkins which should be essential items for a takeout order. An employee stated that some people complain about the plastic. I understand what she meant but how did she expected me to eat a naked burrito without a spoon and fork? Overall, 3.5 star rating, good food but takeout orders placed on the website need bit more attention from staff.

Ordered a naked burrito on Uber eats and it arrived very quickly and was a very large portion. Flavours are really great and I love the vegetarian options. The soy meat is 10/10 and the sweet potatoes are also yummy.

It s been twice now that I ve order (and paid for) cheese sauce for my chips and didn t get it. When you re paying almost $2 for cheese, I expect to get it. Not impressed.

I havent been to this location but I went for a quick bite before going to work and I decided fo stop by for lunch I orders the quesadilla and it was not that bad. However the lady that takes orders needs abit more training I asked for the chicken quesadilla and then she said it comes with a side of any sauce you want so I said nacho cheese and guacamole then she kept on adding and asking me any other sauces then I noticed she was charging me for the topics and I asked her if she was charging me and she said yes. I said you just told me this is the sauces it comes with then she smiled and said oh no. Just salsa and sour cream.Then she asked if I wanted a drink with mt lunch and I said yes a diet coke please she didnt say anything and kept on punching into the order machine and then when I proceeded to get the diet coke shes like wait I didnt charge you. Also they leave the door open so flies come in. Its not that bad of a restaurant but just better training.

Food is good but Really disappointed by the service. Last time we came and ordered food takeaway. Arrived home they missed an item so when we called to let them know they told us they will give us 30% off our next order. My husband took time to ask (multiples times) the lady how will the staff know he has the 30% off she said just give your number and they will know....we came to finally order today again and staff said they could not find any note so could no honor this discount...which I could understand if someone dishonest was coming to get a random discount. But why did the note was not there in the first place, she could see that we were legit waiting for her to give us our discount this time because this was their mistake but no... so we left because we did not want to give our money to the same place that got our money last time and did not give us our complete meal....management needs to review the way discounts for mistake made are managed in this place

My fave location - I m a huge burrito boyz fan. My typical order is the veggie soy naked burrito check out the picture it says it all in terms of product quality & presentation (I got no dairy and skipped a few other toppings so this is a custom order). Every order at this location has been top notch and the service is excellent.

This place is my go-to burrito spot in the Etobicoke area. This is a spot where when you go there you get your mind blown past your expectations. I normally get a steak burrito with the usual fillings. The burrito is very tasty and flavorful having the right amount of fillings to fill you up being packed and stuffed with toppings in every bite. This is a very good place to eat for a moderately low price for the amount of food you get. Staff is kind and knowledgeable on how to do their job. The place is in a good area at Islington & Bloor and the wait times arent that long.

Out of all the locations Ive tried, this one is by far the absolute best one. Ive driven out of my way just to go to this location instead of local downtown ones, thats how consistent and delicious they make their Burritos! Every time I place an order for myself and some co-workers (typically every second Friday (HT)), they nail it! Its the easiest go to lunch that will always satisfy the cravings. The staff at this location are always smiling and very polite.

I went to this location. Normally I love Burrito Boyz. Im not sure if they have changed their supplier or if its just this location. The staff is friendly and professional but the quality of food is drastically worse than other locations. tortilla was really soggy on the tacos and burrito really felt like there was no flavour. best thing about the meal was the chips.

We like this location because it s convenient and the portions are usually very large and tasty. Staff is friendly and the parking is good for a quick run in to grab the takeout as long as no green p parking enforcers are around. My one complaint is that they don t have the mango coleslaw that all other locations do. This location lists it on their website as an option and when I call and placed my orders (the last 6 times because the website isn t working still) they say they have it but I always get the regular coleslaw (which I don t like) and my receipt says regular coleslaw even when I talk to someone and specifically ask for the mango one.

I tried Nachoz and fries they were super delicious. I went to other location but nothing like this location. Service is 10 and their food is always fresh. Try other location and than come to this one you can tell the difference it s fresh and delicious. I recommend this location.

The service is good but the food is not great. Also there was a child behind the counter next to all the food in a full winter coat and back pack for more than 5 minutes. Unsanitary but also just a weird place for a kid to be when they have many available tables and chairs in the dining area. My food was not good and the chicken had fine bones (like fish) which makes no sense unless they are added canned chicken or tuna to stretch the protein amounts very gross.

Fresh burritos

Burrito Boyz is one of the few fast food chain places that is still just as good now as it was years ago. The new system of taking your phone number and remembering your order, as well as texting you when its done is great. The staff is always in a good mood, you can tell that their management treats them well and those are the people you want to be making your food. Its consistent, reliable, and fills you up every time. If youre looking for mexican food and want it quickly without sacrificing quality, this is your best option.

Service is great, ordering is seamless, prices are a little high and the ingredients (veg) are sometimes bland. They are light on the cheese compared to other Burrito places I go to.

Loved it. Tried veg burrito bowl with soya. Great taste. The location of this store is very convenient, just on the main road and near to the Islington subway station. The staff was also very good. They prepared the order very quickly. They have some space for outdoor patio as well.

Absolutely blown away at the fantastic service and top notch quality from Burrito boys at Islington and Bloor. Tried different B&Bs around Toronto but nothing comes close to this location. Always the go to for a great Friday night meal but last night took the cake! Carefully packaged, hot and fresh upon arrival and some complementary tortilla chips for the whole family. FANTASTIC cooks and friendly service! Keep up the good work.

I used to go to the location on Queensway, however once they moved something changed about the taste of their chicken, nothing bad I just didnt enjoy it as much. This location was closer once it opened up and I have been going to it ever since. I never got her name but the young lady who always seems to take charge even remembers my name which is quite awesome considering how many people they see in and out.

Do not eat here

Maybe its a one off, or they were having a bad day, or they were too busy.. but the burritos we had tonight were just awful. The chicken was just bad, it was overcooked and dry and had a strange after taste and very underseasoned. And these burritos were stuffed with only this bad chicken! Look at the picture I attached. Where is the extra burrito sauce, rice, beans and especially the cheese?! There is no cheese in here that I could find. And the guac was old and had too much of what tastes like lime concentrate. Burritos are supposed to be a medley of flavours and ingredients but this was just a nightmare that we ended up throwing in the trash. What a waste.

Best burritos ever.. the staff is awesome, quick and makes yummy burritos, loaded nachos and quesadillas (I know a lot of you might think every burrito tastes the same and there is nothing that who prepares it has do, but its not true visit this joint and know). Must visit to all who loves burrito and Burrito Boyz in particular.

Ive been twice...and both times I wasnt super impressed. For whatever reason...both the chicken and beef are very dry (and the beef is stringy). I may give it another go....but only because the service is really good, and the people are friendly. Hopefully the food improves.

I think your employees should wear hair nets! I found a long dark hair encrusted in my burrito and a shorter one too. Truly disgusted!!! Gloves and hair nets people!!!
