I have had chicken burrito from many places but this place has just impressed me and satisfied my burrito craving like no other. The best place for burritos.

Simply amazing, went there for a post party giant burrito and the food was quick and amazing !! Try some of their ghost pepper sauce if youre feeling freaky.

Had a veggie burrito it was absolutely stunning and there veggie looks fresh just like from the garden also staff was very friendly.

The individuals working are really responsive and active, food is pretty delicious and multiple options too

I stumbled upon this place as they have a Wednesday deal. I tried it once and our family was blown away by the quality and we eat Mexican quite often. What sets this place apart from our other go-to spots is that every time I order something every single one of the stuff I have encountered are so kind and helpful. Im usually with a stroller and they have been so helpful to hold the door for me and even allow me to place my order and come back. If you pass by definitely try their food and be kind to them as theyre always so kind to their customers

Second and last time at this location. The burritos are so tiny. Burrito boyz are double the size for the same price.

The staff was very friendly. I had a bowl and it was odd that they added noodles which were burned and made it taste not that great.

Great late night burrito spot. They actually put veggies (and a variety of them too) in their burritos unlike other spots and are super accommodating and on top of special requests even when ordered through an app. Plus guacamole for no extra charge like what s not to love? Vegetarian options: Their yam burrito is amazing and affordable!

I have refused service at 10:51 , walked there for 10 minutes map shows open till 11. Just bad service to refuse someone even they re still open.

This place has really gone downhill. This was my and my wife s #1 comfort spot for years. We don t order out often, so when we do, we re splurging for something that s a luxury for us. The last few times we ve ordered from here the past several months have been absolutely disappointing. Ingredients are consistently wrong or missing. The burritos are assembled messily and very sparingly. What ingredients are in there are limited enough that the burritos are a loose, floppy mess. After the first two times, I thought it was just a fluke. After three times feeling totally ripped off, I m done.

Worst burrito experience to date. Asked for the huge size, burrito was underfilled, creating large amounts of folded tortilla wrap. Burrito filling was also overwhelmingly bland. Everything from the sauce, rice, beans, and fried fish. Just a mush of food material. I really struggled to finish it, and not because of the quantity consumed. Unless you need a super quick fix after a night out, I do not recommend at all. Although the benches for seating outside the shop are a cool spot for people watching!

We visited this store last week, the food and customer service was excellent but it was too hot inside the store, better to fix up the air conditioner. Felt very sorry for the employees and the customers who choose dining.

ordered a shrimp quesadilla. there were 3 tiny shrimp on the entire thing and half of the toppings missing. sauce was wrong. bummer :( also: bring back letting people order quesadillas with all the same toppings as burritos again. Food

Staff at this location need to learn what customer services and to treat all orders and people with dignity and respect. Ive ordered from here several times on ritual and the staff members do not even start making the order every single time until I arrive, Im ordering for pickups that the food is ready when I get there as I am on a time frame. When I arrived tonight for my pickup that was supposed to be ready at 8:11 p.m. the staff members work just starting to make the order then but they said it would be ready in 2 to 3 minutes. Step outside wait 5 minutes and notice they are just starting to make my order at this point, and then made me wait another 7 minutes until my order was actually ready. If the staff members had communicated from the get-go that they were behind that would be one thing but to be late then lie and start making my order when it is already late for pickup is beyond unacceptable from a customer service standpoint and again this is not the first time Ive had this exact issue here, but the gentleman that was working tonight was quite possibly the rudest staff member Ive encountered at a food service place in a long time. I will also be forwarding this review to your corporate offices as this is an ongoing issue and the staff desperately need to be retrained

The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down... The pork and guac have no flavor anymore unfortunately. I struggled to get through my burrito bowl. The staff are okay. Food

This place used to be amazing! The quality is not good anymore. The burritos used to be huge, they are a lot smaller now. No more noodles and they only give a teaspoon of guac, you can t even pay for more. The last two times I have ordered I have asked for no hot sauce (because they put too much) and both times they still added way too much. Better options available!

Bought a shrimp burrito. The shrimp tasted like rubber. Real, bicycle-tire rubber. There was so much rice and noodles inside the burrito that pretty much nothing else could be tasted. The only reason I dont give it one star is because the service was quick and I was so hungry I wolfed down the whole thing. But I wasnt happy. So, two stars.

Tried to order Doordash from this location, and waited about 30 minutes before receiving a call from Doordash that my order has been cancelled due to this place Not having the ingredients to complete my order. I really do not appreciate that as they could have 1) Gave me a call and let me know that they didnt have the ingredients and offered to substitute something else or 2) Not wait a half hour before saying that they didnt have the ingredients. Just overall highly disappointed in this experience.

Just ordered a chicken burrito that was either made with very low-quality, horrible-tasting fish by accident, or some exceptionally expired chicken. Totally inedible.

Decent burrito but went Friday when they opened and clearly they didn t prep the toppings and weren t prepared to make food - there was brown days old lettuce they tried to put on my burrito, I had to tell them to get fresh ingredients for it. The one at King/Bathurst is way better.

This location blows. The sweet potato wasn t even fully cooked, the rice was super hard and the guy put the smallest amount of toppings, like a comically small amount, and got annoyed when I asked for more (He seemed annoyed with the guy behind me who kept having to ask for this as well). I try to be nice cause I know it s a minimum wage job and you shouldn t expect enthusiasm with jobs like this, I honestly get that. I d hate working there too. But the Tim Hortons service is seriously bad. Never going to this location again.

Guys, please do quality checks on your ingredients. I just bought a burrito and some of the ingredients have gone off. You should always offer your customers fresh food.

Sadly, the shrimp portions are horrible, I dont want to be the bad guy but Im giving my honest opinion, Please give at least 4 shrimp in each taco and less chopped lettuce. The ratio is not good Especially for the price. Regardless of the pandemic.

once of the very few instances where the food was way better than i expected. we ordered 2 tacos and quesadilla which were, again, better than we expected. the waiting line outside of the place was pretty long, and it took us around 35 minutes to get our order, but it was totally worth the wait. in general, it was a great experience and well definitely come back to this branch again.

Got a gluten free pork burrito. It was little sized, bit even full from eating it and Im not a big eater, cost $18, depressing.

No matter how you order ahead, either over the phone or via an app, they will not begin making your meal until you arrive 15 minutes later when they said it would be ready. Then you wait another 15 minutes, making ordering ahead pointless. Not to mention that, if you order via app, theyll lie and say its ready on the app so you cant report it. Burritos are fine.

2 star for service. Burrito was just disappointing. I had butter chicken burrito and it was just full of rice.. It had no flavour at all and I can only taste tomato sauce. Won t go back.

This place is fine in theory. They load up toppings and have good ratios but everytime there just seems to be something left to be desired, its as if the toppings dont mesh well together or something. Every time lve gotten the sweetpotato burrito, the sweetpotato is hard and uncooked.

First time I go here I waited 20 minutes for my food just for them to make it wrong. Wasted my whole lunch. Never going back..

We just had buritos from this place, there were two girls making nonstop buritos great service. Unfortunately I felt like there were sands under my teeth on every single bite I was having. It could be from the grill machine or unwashed ingredients. Hopefully the management will take care of it very soon.

I had the 3 fish taco They were large taco shells with loads of lettuce, salsa slaw an TWO bites size of fish.each. They were smaller than chicken nuggets at McDonalds , The slaw had too much of a vinaigrette toast to it. These tacos along with a drink cost me $14. I dont mind spending money for good quality food but this wasnt it!

My favourite burrito place!

First off , Im a Mexican , And i was craving something that would remind me of home when I saw this place. i walked in and ordered a chicken burrito , took it and sat down upon one of the toilettes (in their very well serviced restroom.) took my first bite and visions of my mother flooded my mind and then evaporated. I lost all mental recollection of my mother which is sad because i lost all of my photos of her in a fire. Im conflicted , on one hand they provided me with higher quality Mexican food but on the other they stole from me memories of my mother .

The worst burritonplace Ive ever been to. I only come here when Im drunk. Ive been here 6-10 times and every time Im disappointed in myself for coming here. The only reason I do is because Im drunk, leaving the bar, and think to myself oh wow, a burrito place Its always absolutely garbage. I order the big chicken (the largest chicken) and I barely get 2 oz of chicken... Are you kidding me? I paid $10 for the biggest size!!! Atleast load it up! Dont be cheap and tell me thats the biggest size! Its always garbage and I hate myself for being tricked by them. I hope that by writing this review I wont be fooled or bamboozled by them into thinking its a half decent burriot place the next time Im drunk. Absolute disgrace to call yourself a burrito place!!

Friday night - looking for my burrito fix: my big baked chicken was not big, it was less than small. I asked for mild spice and my face is currently on fire. Im going suffer tomorrow. I will not be going back.
