They really need to get new chairs for the seat down area. They are extremely rusty and will mess up someone clothing. Too bad cause the rest of the place looks clean but those chair really destroyed the image for me.

Delicious and healthy options, will return! I tried the tequila/lime chicken. I loved that my burrito wrap was toasted til crunchy. Dietary restrictions: You build your own so if you don t eat animal products, beans, or gluten you can choose what works best.

Bad customer service. Staff not friendly at all. They charge to put chipotle sauce on your taco. Other locations dont. Ill never come back here.

Love this burrito place. Could never go wrong with their fusion burritos. Love coming here again and again. The service and food are really great.

I ordered a burrito bowl it was 15 bucks and so small that it s almost child portion. Quesadilla fell apart it barely had any food it in and it was soggy. Overall HORRID and didn t even taste like Mexican food it taste like curry chicken. Never ordering from this place again.

One of my favorite fast food shop. A small wrap is big enough to a 40+ age man like me. They keep the price stable for long time: a fast food lunch (as I mentioned above the big small wrap) here is 12.5$, but same size lunch in nearby Tim Hortons will cost me 18+$. Only cons here is just a little options of tastes.

Food is good, service is excellent. Pricey for a Burrito, but again, its tasty, and the staff are pleasant. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options. Parking: Large amount of strip mall parking.

Food is good, skimpy on toppings at times, especially with the cheese. The Queso sauce is NOT good at all. They need a new Queso sauce !!!

I was asked if I wanted guacamole in my bowl. I replied, Yes, but not the gray one; Please take it from the other bin where the guacamole is green, please. Confused, the guy went to ask his co-worker, who tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the gray one. I told him he had two choices: Put on the proper guacamole or I leave. I received the fresh guacamole. I was not being difficult. If you work in a food establishment, please take some pride in your work and show some common sense. There are at least half a dozen other places in this plaza offering food. This type of poor service may work in other locations but not here. Time to up your game. I suspect this location has changed ownership in the last year or two.

I was visit this place today. I was never try Mexican food in my life. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl. It was a great item I ever test in vegetarian option in Canada. It will visit this place again.

Nothing was fresh, chicken was dry. Live across the street, was cold when I got home to eat. Worst location I have been to. Just moved into the area, wont be returning. They lost a regular. If youre going to charge $14 for a bowl, gove customers $14 worth of quality food. How does the franchisor allow this?

The people working here are on thier phone the sections in the diplay area are all messed up. Same laddle used for both beans and no glove change between orders. They even tore my butrito while packing it and i asked for a repacement they denied. Terrible service.

This used to be my favorite FB Burrito out of all the ones I frequent. Somethings changed cause the service is not the same. Only good thing is this location still serves small burritos.

I had a great time eating a burrito today! The staff, Fenny and Meshwa, were very friendly and hospitable, and they made the best burrito I have ever had. Highly recommend it

Very good burritos! And their churro chips are so delicious! However, the restaurant is obviously very understaffed. We placed an order ahead online. The website said it would be 20-30 minutes. When we placed an order, we received a text saying the order would be ready in an hour. Once we arrived in an hour, we still had to wait another 25 minutes, watching two poor ladies busting themselves among endless online and in-person orders on Friday night. I dont think Ive ever seen anyone working that fast. And they still got the order right. But watching them struggle like that was painful. Not to mention that the dining area itself was very dirty because no one simply had time to attend to it. Overall: good food, good staff, bad management

I come here once a month as a little treat to myself, but my last visit here is going to be my last! What happened?!? The quality, the portion, the flavours all diminished. There was practically no protein (barbacoa) and the big size was what the lil used to be. Sad as I used to look forward to coming here

On 3 separate locations food is not ready for pick up when ordered ahead of time through Ritual. Order not even started when I arrived. Even when its not busy.

Ordered from this place on uber eats, they got my entire burrito wrong, they didnt add the right meat, no sauces at all and they added toppings i didnt want and didnt add all the ones i requested, id suggest people stay away from this location because this burrito they made for me tastes horrible without any sauces, the meat i can give a pass for but the wrong ingredients and no sauces is just unacceptable

Could give 0 if i could. never coming back you guys should really either. They really scam you out of your meat. got 2 burritos for last night and today. The steak one had like 3 -4 chunks of meat and the shrimp one had 5 pieces of shrimp... Nice you are literalyl eating mouthful of carbs with their wrap, rice and noodles..

Sadly will not be back. We used to enjoy their food but the quality of their food has gone down. Decided to give it another try at a different location. We got a chicken burrito bowl and the chicken was bad AGAIN.

We got chicken that was quite old and dry. The rest of the toppings seemed quite fresh. All 3 of us could not eat our chicken and had to pull it out of the bowl/burrito. The service was great and the place is a bit small. It was busy, so it gets crowded if you want to sit and eat inside.

Burrito heaven! This place serves up some of the most mouthwatering burritos Ive ever had. The flavors are out of this world, and the portions are generous. A must-try for any burrito lover!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Asked for mild hot sauce aside, it was all inserted in my ordered item. Quesadilla had very little chicken or anything else, that was pouring out of it and lots of spicy sauce in it. Ordered guacamole and paid extra for it $2.59, as pesto was free, I got pesto with jalapeno inside. I was not happy and escalated the issue with Skip the dishes customer service. I was refunded, as it should be and am happy. If next time I order and my order is again messed up, am definitely rating this business 1*. Permanently.

This place lacks 2 VERY important things ; knowledge of products and basic hand hygiene. I decided to stop by during my lunch hour as I work in the area. I was really craving Queso and chips, so I walked in, and the first thing I asked the young guy at the front was if he infact carried Queso if I bought the chips. He stated yes they did. Okay, I proceeded to order a combo with a burrito, chips, and a drink. While my order was being prepared, I watched the other employee, a young Indian lady handling some food. She then started cleaning the area, grabbed a marker, wrote some things down, put some things in the fridge then went and handled more food, all without washing her hands. Luckily, she never handled my food, or I would have asked for a refund and left. The employee who took my order did handle my food with gloves ( thank God!). However, I asked him about the queso a 2nd time, and he said he would put some in the bag. When he handed me my meal, I looked in the bag and saw there was no queso so I asked him about it and he looked lost. I then asked him if he even knew what Queso was and thats when the other employee told me they didnt carry queso. Why would you say yes 2 times if you dont know what it is? You would think that by working at a Mexican inspired restaurant, you would have some knowledge about the cuisine you are serving, but he obviously didnt. The truth is if he had told me in the beginning when I asked him about the queso that their wasnt any, I would have walked out because thats what I came for. The guacamole was very bland, no flavor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 1st and LAST time going there.

I was surprised that this mornings service was this poor, cause Ive been here before and have always been pleased. It took forever to make my burrito, even tho no other customers were there. I think they prepping skip orders which I feel pushed mine to the back, and my order was along side other orders which I felt I then got someone elses order, where I feel my chicken wasnt cooked which has my stomach feeling queezy all evening. I send this cause I want to be able to come back cause I usually have had great experiences in the past. Today was horrible.

Ordered through apps. As usual, the food is not ready for pickup when it s supposed to be. This time they didn t even start it when I got there and the past few delivery orders they ve been stale or broken. Just avoid this location at all costs. - UPDATE: After bringing the food home, the chicken was COLD not cooked my wife is pregnant, this is a serious concern. Serving potential bacteria.

Most of the complaints here seem to be related to the food after a delivery. Pick up from here and youll have no issues - good service, food is just like all other locations

i come for one thing only. a fried fish burrito. fish is always fried fresh. throw your favourite toppings in and the must add is the noodles. ample parking and well lit. bubble tea in the same plaza. great combo for a late night burrito.

Stopped by on a Sunday night around 10:00pm. Ordered a tequila lime chicken burrito which was prepared quickly and served hot. Location was clean- especially for at the end of the night. It looks like they resolved their customer service as per older reviews, both ladies who took my order and prepared my food were very nice and pleasant. No faults. Will stop by again.

2 consecutive bad experiences is enough for me to write this location off. Can me picky, but when I ask for shrimp and steak, I want the shrimp distributed throughout the burrito, not dropped in the bottom. Also, pulled chicken with jerk seasoning squirted on it does not constitute jerk chicken

I just dont understand why this place does not have a washroom??? Before I eat I wash my hands. They should make that a rule for every fast food place that has a table to eat at, they should also have a washroom for their customers. If you dont want customers to eat inside your business, then dont have tables available for them. Unfortunately I had to go across to Second Cup and buy a dessert and wash my hands in their washroom.

The staff (the lady, whoever she is) on Friday evening (pre-closing) on June 24th was rude and incoherent. First, we asked for extra scoop of tomatoes and she literally put on 2 pieces. Second, she gave our orders one by one, even the side sauces. Third, orders more than one should at least be in a bag, asked for it and she just gave an attitude, eventually gave the bag but grab one of order rudely out of my hands. Lastly, order churro chips and they forgot about it not until I asked for it. 1 star for the other staff tho for keeping it cool!

*Edit: This location has gone down hill in both food and customer service over the last couple of years. The person serving me looked like I was hugely inconveniencing them and the other person working looked miserable as well. The food was terrible. I ordered beef tacos and the beef was ice cold! The ingredients did not look fresh and tasted awful. Wont be going back to this location. This location is always reliable and food is always decent. Ive found recently that they often seem to be understaffed, which is fault of the manager, not the workers.

Amazing burritos! They were really generous with the servings of ingredients, and everything tasted very fresh.

Ordered dinner and was very disappointed. ~15 dollars for a burrito with no sauce at all. Meat was dry which made the lack of sauce even more apparent. Worst part was that all the meat was at the bottom of the burrito not distributed evenly so I had no meat through the burrito until the end.

The lady (dont know her name) dropped a coin on the floor while giving change to me. She picked up the same coin and gave it back to me. And on top of that, she didnt even wash the hands and made my burrito! I mean seriously, these people have no sense how unhygienic it is! I didnt say anything at that time, because I didnt wanna put her down in front of other customers. These people should get a proper training on hygiene. Thanks for reading this review.

Long time to get order ready. The specific lady that served seemed to be unwilling doing the job. Expensive as well. Bar design could be better. Stools were close to corrosive.

Ordered for myself and my husband, lady working (there was only one person working) ends up completing my order and then taking the customers after us orders, leaving my husband to wait 10 minutes for his burrito. Lady working was slow, not friendly, and did not look like she wanted to be working; maybe they should increase their staff working to promote better customer service. Produce and beans were not nicely kept. Overall, disappointing and won t be coming back.

I loved the crispy chicken burrito i ordered from here. the regular chicken they have isn t the best but the crispy chicken was really good so i would strongly recommend that if you are looking to get a chicken burrito or bowl. The burritos are massive. Especially compared to a place like chipotle. Great value for the price. This restaurant is a great pick if your craving a burrito like i was the other day. I even got a second burrito free because it was a uber eats promotion. Felt bad because i didn t need it but still great value

One of the best Mexican food restaurant in North York, York mills Rd. The ambience of the place is just perfect. Food at this location is up to the mark when it comes to quality, Well maintained and clean store, staff and service is genuinely great. Must try Loaded waffle fries.

Their new sauce (Nashville) was good. However, the last time I had the chicken was extremely dry.

I ordered on Ritual and went inside when it said ready for pickup. They had no idea the order came in and only started to make it when I asked if it was ready.

I ordered a steak burrito, wasnt steak more like a roast beef. I wanted sour cream, didnt get it. lettuce tasted off, and it was mostly beans on it, and not a lot of meat. I expected more out of an almost 20 dollar burrito.

Everything is always cold and so flavorless. Not worth it.

I always order through skip the dishes, and I m always pleased. This is the best burrito place! They are never to heavy or light handed on the sauces, and my burrito is always perfectly wrapped. Anyone who can make a delivery burrito taste amazing gets 5 stars in my book!

Pretty good burritos when compared to original Burrito Boyz. Good veggie options, and more toppings carb (like noodles) options than most places. They toast their burritos which adds a nice texture, along with the optional nacho chips.

Been going to this location for a few years and usually have no issues with food/consistency. I feel like the prices are decent for the amount of food you get. Only reason I would remove one star is the friendless of the staff varies greatly from day to day. Some days they are kind and friendly and other days it feels like you are ruining their day by showing up and having to serve someone.

The server just hurried through our order. No patience and level of service not upto par.

Ordered once on Ubereats for pick up and they added ingredients I didnt order and didnt put in ones that I did. Cilantro is something Im non negotiable on! I love the chain but I have to order in store if I want my order done correctly which isnt the most convenient on my short lunch breaks.

Fast service, good burrito. Guac is free but free of quality. If you re in a rush or in the move, skip the wrap and get it in a bowl. Chips and noodles in the burrito are a must. If you re new and don t want to explore, try the BBQ pulled pork or the steak burrito. They have Mexican Coke, which uses real sugar as opposed to sugar cane. Won t coat your mouth in thick liquid - a definite plus.

Really good just needs a bit more topping options. Amazing hot sauce and the noodle option is definitely unique. Burrito sauce is the weakest link as its watery with very little taste.

Portion size on the biggest sized bowls are incredibly small. There s a tiny layer of rice and the container isn t even half full. Staff are rude like others have mentioned. Steak had a bad smell to it. Expensive, poor service and very average taste.

Ive been here before many times but today we visited and the servers were talking over the ingredients. One had a mask on and the other had her mask off her face and was talking to her coworker over the food. We asked if she should be wearing her mask and she admitted that she should. Wont be returning soon.

Tried ordering from here several times but they never answer the phone after several calls on multiple occasions. Whats even the point of listing your phone number if no one is going to answer?

Lots of selections and free guacamole! Price is reasonable and better than Chipotle for me. Worth a try if you havent yet!

I ve ordered here many times within the month and have had no issues. Quick, consistent, and higher quality compared to most mainstream burrito places. I usually order through the app and it s always ready when I get there. I guess my only complaint would be that it is a bit pricy.

More dough than burrito. Much lesser flavour that Burrito Boyz. Got order wrong. Bland Mexican inspired food at best, maybe it s this location? Maybe it s just the brand? Highly unreccomend , won t be back. The bowl? The guys touched it with gluten on their hands and had to remake that too. Lacking in flavour completely.
